本实用新型有关一可逆套筒扳手之套筒置换构 造,该可逆套筒扳手包含一头部及一把手;装设于头 部圆形开口之齿轮;及制动机构;该齿轮旋转轴中心 设有一多角形套接孔;一外周缘截面形状对应于该多 角形套接孔,而中央贯设有外接螺栓穿孔之套筒;环 体折曲之一对卡环,该对卡环被分别同心地弹性地限 制于该齿轮之两端,该套筒则藉其开口两端外周缘所 设有之倒角而被按压穿过该卡环并为该对卡环夹持 于该齿轮中心之套接孔中。

Description

本实用新型有关一种可逆套筒扳手,尤指一种具有新颖套筒置换构造的套筒扳手。
本实用新型是对台湾实用新型案号89206344.0,申请日期1989年4月19日,“可逆扳手”,之后续改良。上述申请案中该套筒扳手之套接杆与套筒之接合仍然使用传统弹簧钢珠(位于套接杆末端上)与套筒所具有之凹洞卡合而达成,此种弹簧钢珠与凹洞之结合具有以下缺点:
1.该套接杆之高度再加上所外接套筒之高度,会造成该扳手无法伸入一狭窄空间进行操作;及
2.当该扳手欲从有效顺时钟方向转变为有效逆时钟方向旋转时,操作者必须先取下该套筒,再按压该套接杆使得其另一端突出于扳手之另一端,然后才能将该套筒套上该套接杆,进行操作,反用这亦然。
本实用新型之目的就是对现有扳手的上述缺点进行改进。
本实用新型之扳手,其驱动齿轮之旋转中心处贯穿设有一承接套筒之多角形孔,同时位于该多角形孔之两端开口上分别固定限制有一环体折曲之卡环,并且该卡环之内周围环体弹性地突出于该多角形孔,一外周缘截面形状对应于该齿轮中心多角形孔之套筒,其两端外周缘设有一倒角而可被按压通过该卡环并为该对卡环固定夹拼于该齿轮中心之贯穿孔中,而该齿轮之制动机构包含一具有复数个爪之制动销,其系垂直于该齿轮之旋转轴而被装设于该扳手之头部内,其中该爪与该齿轮之棘齿相啮合;及一弹性元件,其被弹性地装置于该制动销之一端与扳手头部内,而且其弹性使得该制动销之爪与该齿轮之棘齿保持啮合,同时该装置定位之弹性元件亦可进一步被压缩,而使得该制动销在扳手被延可逆方向旋转操作时,可越过该齿轮棘齿打滑。藉由上述改良,扳手仍然具有与上述申请案相同之功能,但却可以避免上述所提之缺点。
在本实用新型之另一较佳实施例中,该套筒之外表面近中间处有一附加V-形槽,一附加C-形环,其内径稍大于该套筒末端倒角之外径而小于该套筒多角形截面,被同心地装置于该齿轮之套接孔内壁近中间处,当该套筒两端外周缘之倒角处为该对卡环所分别弹性地夹持时,该C-形环夹持于该套筒之V-形槽,而进一步帮助套筒被夹持于该驱动齿轮内。

图4为另一较佳实施例之分解立体示意图。
如图1,图2及图3所示,为依本实用新型一较佳具体例所制造之可逆套筒扳手,包含一本体,该本体含有一把手20及位于该把手20一端之头部10,该头部10具有一位于该把手20延伸方向之一圆形垂直穿孔101,及与该垂直穿孔101相切之半深穿孔102;
一齿轮17,其外周缘中段部位环绕凸设有棘齿170,而位于该棘齿170之上下两端分别具有一圆柱体171、172;该齿轮17之旋转轴心位置上具有一多角形套接孔173,该圆柱体171,172之两端外周缘分别具有一倒角,以方便以下之上盖60及下盖30之压迫套合;
一下盖30,其中央具有一直径稍为小于上述齿轮17下端圆柱体172外径之圆形穿孔31,并且该圆形穿孔31之底端具有一凸缘32,而该下盖30之外径又大于上述头部之垂直穿孔101;
一环体折曲之卡环50,其环体外周围圆径大约等于该下盖30之圆形穿孔31,而被置放于该圆形穿孔31内之凸缘32上,并且该卡环50之内周围环体弹性地突出于该凸缘32;
一具有复数个爪41之制动销40,其被装置于该本体头部之半深穿孔102内,并且其所具有之爪41露出于该本体头部10之垂直穿孔101;
一喇叭形压缩弹簧18,其大头端被置放于该制动销40之大头端上,而其另一端为一扣合于该半深穿孔102开口上之塞19所压缩并限制于半深穿孔102内;
上述齿轮17被置放于该扳手头部10之垂直穿孔101内,而该下盖30(内含卡环50)被同心地由该扳手头部垂直穿孔101之下方开口油压迫合于该齿轮17下端圆柱体172上,其中该卡环50被弹性地限制于该下盖30与齿轮17下端间之一空间内,同时该齿轮17之棘齿170与该制动销40之爪41相啮合;
对称于上述下盖30及卡环50,一相同形状之上盖60及卡环70被分别结合于上述齿轮17上端圆柱体171上及弹性地限制于该上盖60与该齿轮17上端间之一空间内;及
一套筒16,系呈一中空多角形管,其外周缘截面形状对应于上述齿轮17之多角形套接孔173,并且其开口两端外周缘分别设有一倒角163,而使得该套筒16两末端之外径约等于或稍小于上述卡环50,70环体内周围之圆径;
因为该等卡环50,70为折曲形状,且具有一断裂重叠部分,因此当上述套筒16之一端被插入于上述卡环70时,该卡环70可以随着套筒16之倒角163而被撑开,并允许套筒16中间多角形部位之通过,而当该套筒16之下端进入卡环50时,将如图2所示,套筒16之中间多角形部位为位于套筒16之上下两倒角163位置上之卡环50,70所弹性地夹持。同理,当操作者进一步按压该套筒16时,套筒16将脱出卡环50,70之夹持及套接孔173,而可另外换装一内部多角形孔大小不同之套筒,以外接不同尺寸之螺帽。
藉由上述各元件之组合,如图2及3所示,当喇叭形压缩弹簧18被固定于半深穿孔102内时,会稍微迫使制动销40之爪41向齿轮17之棘齿170抵紧啮合,同时该装置定位之喇叭形压缩弹簧18亦可进一步被压缩,而使得当套筒16外接螺栓进行操作时,该套筒16仅单方向会受把手20带动旋转,相反方向则为打滑动作,而成为一可逆套筒扳手。又因为该套筒16中心多角形孔其两端开口皆可外接螺栓,因此藉翻转扳手,即可改变扳手之有效旋转方向。
当图2所示之套筒16中心多角形孔之下方开口166外接一正牙螺栓时,操作者依顺时针方向扳转把手20,从图3中可以看出制动销40因受制于半深穿孔102而把手20同步旋转,并藉制动销40之爪41和齿轮17之棘齿170呈啮合状态而使得齿轮17亦作顺时针旋转,进而带动套筒16作同向旋转,以达致锁紧正牙螺栓之目的。
另当逆时针旋转把手20时,则因喇叭形弹簧18被进一步压缩,制动销40之爪41将越过齿轮17之棘齿170,而呈打滑动作,亦即可把手20之旋转无法带动齿轮17和套筒16,因而不会松动螺栓并恢复扳手再次旋紧之角度。又当将图2所示之套筒之上方开口167由下往上套接工作物操作时,依右手姆指定理,原先上述顺时针转动可旋紧正牙螺栓恰转变成此处之有效逆时针旋松正牙螺栓动作,同时,原先上述之无效逆时针转动仍为无效之可逆转动。
图4所示为本实用新型之另一较佳实施例,其中除了一附加C-形环162被装置于该多角形孔173内,以夹持设于该套筒16′外表面之附加V-形槽165外,均与图1相同。该多角形套接孔173之内壁近中间处设有一垂直凹槽176,一C-形环162则被装置于该垂直凹槽176内,该C-形环162之内径稍大于该套筒16′两末端倒角163处之外径,而稍小于该套筒16′之多角形截面,此装置定位之C-形环162可进一步被扩张以夹持该套筒16′。套筒16′之外表面近中间处设有一对应于该C-形环162之V-形槽165。当套筒16′被按压装置于该驱动齿轮17之套接孔173时,该C-形环162首先将为套筒16′末端之倒角163所撑开再夹持于V-形槽165上,同时该套筒16′两端之倒角163亦为卡环50、70所弹性地夹持。
上述本实用新型所揭露之套筒置换装置,使用两端分别设有倒角之套筒及于棘轮套接孔两端分别设置一对卡环,具有套筒置换容易并且制造过程简单之优点。

Claims (2)

1、一可逆套筒扳手之套筒置换构造,该可逆套筒扳手包含一头部及由头部延伸出一把手;一装设于上述头部所具有之圆形开口之齿轮;及控制该齿轮旋转方向之制动机构;其特征在于该齿轮旋转轴中心设有一多角形套接孔;一外周缘截面形状对应于该多角形套接孔,而中央贯设有外接螺栓穿孔之套筒;环体折曲之一对卡环,其环体外周围圆径大于该齿轮中心之多角形套接孔,而其内周围圆径小于该齿轮中心之多角形套接孔;一对分别结合于该齿轮或扳手头部圆形开口两端之盖,该等盖之中心分别具有一穿孔其大小系介于该齿轮中心之多角形套接孔及该卡环环体外周围圆径之间,而将该对卡环分别同心地弹性地限制于该齿轮之两端,其中该套筒两端外周缘分别设有倒角而可被按压穿过该卡环中心,并因为该对卡环分别弹性地夹持该套筒两端外周缘之倒角处,而将该套筒可置换地装置于该棘轮中心之套接孔中。
2、根据权利要求1所述之可逆套筒扳手,其特征在于该套筒之外表面近中间处有一附加V-形槽,一附加C-形环,其内径稍大于该套筒末端倒角之外径而小于该套筒多角形截面,被同心地装置于该齿轮之套接孔内壁近中间处,当该套筒两端外周缘之倒角处为该对卡环所分别弹性地夹持时,该C-形环夹持于该套筒之V-形槽。
