[0002]矿山生产过程中,采用充填井下采空区技术,将尾矿浓密后的底流输送至井下采 空区,消除井下采空区的安全隐患,节省安全投入,对地貌恢复进行复垦,节省环境治理资 金,有利于地质环境保护,实现以废置换。此外,还解决了传统尾矿排放尾砂,造成的环境污 染存在的安全隐患和占用大量的土地的问题,将尾砂浓缩脱水后,不仅可以节省传统尾矿 库的建设费用和常规维护费用,还可以使溢流回水充分利用,消除尾矿库的安全隐患。
[0003]随着我司地下开采面积不断增加,井下出现大量采空区,加大了地下开采的安全 风险;随着生产能力的不断增加,地表尾矿库容逐渐受到制约,增加了地表环境风险因素。 为了解决井下采空区问题和尾矿库库容不足的问题,我司2013年新增了尾矿浓密系统,采 用充填技术,将浓密底流输送至井下采空区充填。但系统在前期运行运行过程中,存在较多 难题,如溢流水药剂残留量大,影响车间浮选指标,如浓密底流浓度不稳定,使得充填任务 难以完成,低浓度从充填站溢流到尾矿库等。因此,对尾矿高效浓密系统进行优化改造是非 常必要的。

Claims (6)
1. 一种高效尾矿浓密机,包括浓密机本体,所述浓密机本体包括槽体、位于槽体中部的 反应筒、位于槽体底部耙式刮泥机、横跨槽体的走廊、与反应筒内部相连通的供浆管、设置 在走廊上的驱动刮泥机的驱动机构,其特征在于:所述反应筒侧壁上部设置有与槽体相连 通的入水管,所述走廊中部设置有絮凝剂稀释水箱,所述水箱底部设置有第一至第三供液 管,第一供液管的出口设置在供浆管的出口处,第二供液管的出口设置在入水管的入口处, 第三供液管的出口设置在反应筒内矿浆循环尾部处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效尾矿浓密机,其特征在于:所述第一供液管上设置有第一 电磁阀,所述第二供液管上设置有第二电磁阀,所述第三供液管上设置有第三电磁阀,所述 入水管上设置有第四电磁阀。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的高效尾矿浓密机,其特征在于:还包括一PLC控制系统,所述 PLC控制系统控制第一至第四电磁阀的启闭。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的高效尾矿浓密机,其特征在于:所述水箱内设置有搅拌机。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的高效尾矿浓密机,其特征在于:所述供浆管设置在与反应筒侧 壁连接处的切线方向上,以使矿浆在反应筒内旋转。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的高效尾矿浓密机,其特征在于:所述入水管位于供浆管的上 方,且与供浆管相平行设置,以使澄清水助推矿浆旋转。
