本实用新型涉及焦化厂脱硫系统设备,尤其是一种无动力搅拌的脱硫泡沫槽。
背景技术
目前,焦化厂化工车间160万脱硫工段运行过程中,当硫泡沫液流入泡沫槽后,需要对泡沫槽里的硫泡沫液进行搅动,在泡沫槽上安装有动力搅拌装置对硫泡沫液进行旋转搅动,由于设备腐蚀严重,泡沫槽动力搅拌装置运行状态不好,故障频繁,动力搅拌装置无法长期运行,运行需要大量维护及维修费用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:设计一种无动力搅拌的脱硫泡沫槽。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:取消在泡沫槽上安装的动力搅拌装置,将脱硫泡沫槽上部设计为直径3m、高4m的圆柱形,下部呈圆锥形,满流管出口水平切线连接泡沫槽圆柱形中部。硫泡沫液自高位再生塔顺满流管而下,硫泡沫液的重力势能转为动能,在进入泡沫槽时获得一定流速,约2-4m/s,由于切线进入泡沫槽,故在泡沫槽内呈旋转状态,以达到搅拌作用。及节省搅拌设备又节省能源。
本实用新型的有益效果是:解决了硫泡沫液槽因搅拌装置的腐蚀而不能长期正常运行问题,节省了搅拌设备又节省能源及节省了维修费用,操作简单效率高,经济适用。
