Abstract
本实用新型涉及空气环境调节技术领域,特别涉及一种环境控制装置。包括壳体和设置于壳体内的散热装置、水管、加热装置、控制装置、感应装置、安全防护装置、空气净化装置和加湿装置。本实用新型将高效循环式供热系统与空气净化装置相结合,在迅速加热空气的同时,利用冷热空气对流加快空气循环净化及加湿处理过程。设有的感应装置可实时检测室内空气质量,并可根据环境参数进一步通过控制系统来调节温度、湿度和空气质量。本实用新型利用空气对流循环有效提高空气净化加湿效率,具有很高的实用价值,对水暖行业的发展具有重要的积极意义。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及空气环境调节技术领域,特别涉及一种环境控制装置。
背景技术
传统的室内供暖大多采用暖气片,但是,暖气片供暖供热过程的热损失较大。暖气片固定的设置方式,不能移动,也不便于清洗更换。除了暖气片供暖外,现有的供暖方式还有采用空调机进行供暖,但是,长时间使用空调会导致皮肤干燥、人体不适等现象,而且空调耗能高、不环保。随着社会的发展,人们对室内环境质量的要求越来越高,采用传统的空调机供暖难以较好满足空气净化需求。为提高室内空气的质量,最常用的方法就是在室内增设空气净化器,但是,因净化器不能利用空气对流来加快循环效率,不能实现空气的快速更新净化,影响了空气净化器的使用效果。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型提供一种环境控制装置。
本实用新型的技术方案为:
环境控制装置,包括壳体、散热装置、水管、加热装置、控制装置、感应装置、安全防护装置、空气净化装置和加湿装置;所述壳体包括内壳体和外壳体,所述外壳体和内壳体之间形成风道;所述散热装置固定于内壳体内侧壁上,所述加热装置固定于内壳体底壁,所述加热装置通过水管与散热装置连接;所述控制装置包括控制器和显示装置,所述控制器设置于加热装置的上端固定于与散热装置相对的内壳体内侧壁上,所述显示装置设置于外壳体顶壁上;所述感应装置包括设置于外壳体外侧壁上与控制装置连接温度传感器、湿度传感器和PM传感器,还包括设置于内壳体内侧壁上的监控感应装置;所述安全防护装置包括设置于内壳体底端的防雷装置,设置于与控制器同侧的内壳体内侧壁上的防倾倒装置,设置于加热装置内的水位开关装置和设置于内壳体底端的防漏电装置;所述空气净化装置设置于控制器上端;所述加湿装置设置于空气净化装置内固定于内壳体顶壁上;所述加热装置、空气净化装置和加湿装置与控制装置电性连接。
进一步的,所述散热装置包括铜制散热管翅片和散热风机,所述散热风机安装在铜制散热管翅片一侧靠近水管的位置。
进一步的,所述加热装置包括水箱、水循环机构和加热机构,所述水循环机构和加热机构设置于水箱内,所述水箱为水油一体水箱,所述水循环机构设置为耐高温循环泵。
进一步的,所述壳体外侧壁上从上到下设置有进风口a和进风口b。
进一步的,所述空气净化装置包括进风口a、出风口、风机和复合滤网,所述进风口a设置于壳体的侧壁上,所述出风口呈梯形结构设置于壳体的顶壁上,所述复合滤网设置于进风口a后端与风道连接,所述风机设置于复合滤网的后端,所述加湿装置包括加湿部和出雾口,所述出雾口贯穿于壳体顶壁与壳体外部空气连通。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型将高效循环式供热系统与空气净化装置相结合,在迅速加热空气的同时,利用冷热空气对流加快空气循环净化及加湿处理过程。本实用新型设有的感应装置可实时检测室内空气质量,并可根据环境参数进一步通过控制系统来调节温度、湿度和空气质量。本实用新型具有环保舒适、安全健康、无冷热极、无热辐射、可移动、智能操作等优点。本实用新型利用空气对流循环有效提高空气净化加湿效率,具有很高的使用价值,对水暖行业的发展具有重要的积极意义。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图对本实用新型进行更加详细的说明,但不作为对本实用新型的限定。
如图1和图2所示,环境控制装置,包括壳体和设置于壳体内的散热装置2、水管3、加热装置4、控制装置、感应装置、空气净化装置5和加湿装置6。所述壳体包括内壳体和外壳体,所述外壳体内侧壁和内壳体外侧壁之间形成风道1。所述散热装置2固定于内壳的内侧壁上,所述加热装置4固定于内壳体的底壁,所述加热装置4通过水管3与散热装置2连接。所述水管3设置为‘7’字形结构,其一端与散热装置2上端连接,另一端与加热装置4连接。所述控制装置包括控制器71和显示装置72,所述控制器71于加热装置4的上端固定于与散热装置2相对的内壳体的内侧壁上,所述显示装置72设置于外壳体顶壁上。所述感应装置包括设置于外壳体外侧壁上与控制装置连接温度传感器、湿度传感器和PM传感器,还包括设置于内壳体内侧壁上的监控感应装置91。所述安全防护装置包括防雷装置93、防倾倒装置92、水位开关装置41和防漏电装置94,所述防雷装置93设置于内壳体侧壁底端,所述防倾倒92设置于与71同侧的内壳体内侧壁上,所述水位开关装置41设置于加热装置4内,所述防漏电装置94设置于壳体底端。所述空气净化装置5设置于控制器71上端,其一端固定于内壳体内侧壁上,另一端固定于内壳体顶壁上。所述加湿装置4设置于空气净化装置5内固定于内壳体顶壁上。所述加热装置4、空气净化装置5和加湿装置6与控制装置电性连接。
所述散热装置2包括铜制散热管翅片和散热风机,所述散热风机安装在铜制散热管翅片一侧靠近水管的位置,所述散热风机可设置为静音风扇。所述加热装置4包括水油一体水箱、耐高温循环水泵和加热机构,所述循环水泵和加热机构设置于水箱内。所述壳体外侧壁上从上到下设置有进风口a 51和进风口b 8,所述进风口a 51设为空气净化装置的进风口,所述进风口b 8设置为冷空气的进风口。所述空气净化装置包括进风口a 51、出风口54、风机53和复合滤网52,所述进风口a 51设置于壳体的侧壁上,所述出风口54呈梯形结构设置于壳体的顶壁上,所述复合滤网52设置于进风口a 51后端与风道1连接,所述风机53设置于复合滤网52的后端。所述加湿装置6包括加湿部和出雾口61,所述出雾口61贯穿于壳体顶壁与壳体外部空气连通。
如图3所示,在具体的使用过程中:所述水加热后,在水循环机构的作用下经过水管进入散热装置,通过散热风机的转动加速空气的对流从而大大提高散热装置的散热效果。这种塔式结构可以很好地对下部经过加热后的上升状态的热空气进行收集,从而提高处理效率。

Claims (5)
1.环境控制装置,其特征在于:包括壳体、散热装置、水管、加热装置、控制装置、感应装置、安全防护装置、空气净化装置和加湿装置;所述壳体包括内壳体和外壳体,所述外壳体和内壳体之间形成风道;所述散热装置固定于内壳体内侧壁上,所述加热装置固定于内壳体底壁,所述加热装置通过水管与散热装置连接;所述控制装置包括控制器和显示装置,所述控制器设置于加热装置的上端固定于与散热装置相对的内壳体内侧壁上,所述显示装置设置于外壳体顶壁上;所述感应装置包括设置于外壳体外侧壁上与控制装置连接的温度传感器、湿度传感器和PM传感器,还包括设置于内壳体内侧壁上的监控感应装置;所述安全防护装置包括设置于内壳体底端的防雷装置,设置于与控制器同侧的内壳体内侧壁上的防倾倒装置,设置于加热装置内的水位开关装置和设置于内壳体底端的防漏电装置;所述空气净化装置设置于控制器上端;所述加湿装置设置于空气净化装置内固定于内壳体顶壁上;所述加热装置、空气净化装置和加湿装置与控制装置电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环境控制装置,其特征在于:所述散热装置包括铜制散热管翅片和散热风机,所述散热风机安装在铜制散热管翅片一侧靠近水管的位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环境控制装置,其特征在于:所述加热装置包括水箱、水循环机构和加热机构,所述水循环机构和加热机构设置于水箱内,所述水箱为水油一体水箱,所述水循环机构设置为耐高温循环泵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环境控制装置,其特征在于:所述壳体外侧壁上从上到下设置有进风口a和进风口b。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的环境控制装置,其特征在于:所述空气净化装置包括进风口a、出风口、风机和复合滤网,所述进风口a设置于壳体的侧壁上,所述出风口呈梯形结构设置于壳体的顶壁上,所述复合滤网设置于进风口a后端与风道连接,所述风机设置于复合滤网的后端,所述加湿装置包括加湿部和出雾口,所述出雾口贯穿于壳体顶壁与壳体外部空气连通。
