Abstract
一种铝箔复合保温通风管道,其外层是利用铝
箔、聚乙烯薄膜、玻璃纤维布和超细玻璃棉,用挤出方
法或热压方法复合而成,中间层配以钢丝骨架,采用
螺旋形式缠绕,内层是玻璃纤维布,经烘干固化而成,
用于冷暧通风管道的制品。
Description
本实用新型是一种用于建筑工程冷暖通风管道方面保温隔热制品,属通风管道领域。
公知的通风管道,均采用金属板制作桶身,外部包裹岩棉板(毡)、玻璃纤维布、油毡等等。其主要缺点是:金属桶身耐腐蚀性差,使用寿命短,成本较高,安装施工不方便,不能适应快速安装之要求。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种铝箔复合保温通风管道和无保温材料的通风管道,它可以克服上述之缺陷,还具有阻燃自熄性好,弯曲自由,伸缩性强,工艺简单,保温隔热性能好,安装维修方便的优点。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:内层材料是经过处理的玻璃纤维布为基材,中间层配以钢丝骨架和经过预加工复合的外层材料,螺旋缠绕烘干固化而成。
兹结合附图对其结构进一步叙述:

图1保温通风管道由外层(1),中间层(2)和内层(3)组成,其外层(1)是由铝箔、聚乙烯薄膜、玻璃纤维布以及超细玻璃棉叠合在一起,采用挤出复合方法使它复合成为一体,中间层(2)是本管道之骨架,它用弹簧钢丝,经过预加工,以螺旋形式缠绕而成,内层(3)是用经过预处理的玻璃纤维布制成。
图2是另一种实施例之附图,其内层、中间层、外层基本上与附图1相同,只是在外层(1)复合时不使用超细玻璃棉之保温层(7),这种管道主要用于回风或排风的管道。
图3是外层材料的剖视图。其中的各种材料叠合顺序是铝箔(4)、聚乙烯薄膜(5)、玻璃纤维布(6)、超细玻璃棉(7)所组成。
Claims (2)
1、一种铝箔复合保温通风管道,其特征在于它由内层、中间层和外层所组成,其外层(1)是由铝箔、聚乙烯薄膜、玻璃纤维布以及超细玻璃棉叠合在一起复合而成,中间层(2)是由弹簧钢丝缠绕的骨架,内层(3)是玻璃纤维布。
2、根据权利要求1所述的管道,其特征在于管道的外层(1)是由铝箔(4),聚乙烯薄膜(5),玻璃纤维布(6),超细玻璃棉(7),按顺序叠合在一起复合而成。
