Abstract
一种电风扇的导风机构，由于风轮旋钮仅通过弹
性调整环即可调控导风轮的转速，使电扇实现从“慢”
到“快”的无级调速。本实用新型具有零件少，装配简
单，结构合理，调速可靠，成本不高等优点，可广泛用
于各种尺寸的座钟电扇或鸿运扇。
Description
本实用新型属于转页式电风扇的风轮调速装置。
目前，国内流行的电风扇导风机构较为复杂，零件较多，如申请号为86206086的专利申请所公开的“转页式电风扇导风格栅调速装置”，就包括了导风轮、导风轮衬套、导风轮盖、螺钉等部件，并且导风轮盖需用螺钉固定。这种调速装置（也称导风机构）由于结构复杂，不能可靠地进行调速，故一般采用“停”或“转”的形式工作。
本实用新型的目的，是提供一种新的导风机构，无需使用导风轮盖，节省了零部件，调速装置变得结构简单，使电扇实现从“慢”到“快”的无级调速。
该导风机构由导风轮、嵌件、衬套、调速环、轴挡件、风轮旋钮等构成。导风轮、衬套及嵌件可依次同轴紧密安装；也可将导风轮与衬套注塑成一整体，再与嵌件同轴安装；也可将衬套与嵌件注塑成一整体，在与导风轮同轴安装。将已装上衬套、嵌件的导风轮紧密装配在电扇的中心轴上，紧贴着导风轮，装上调整环，用轴挡件将调整环固定在电风扇的中心轴上，在调整环外及中心轴末端，装上风轮旋钮。轴挡件可选用卡圈，也可选用螺母。
本实用新型具有零件少，装置简单，结构合理，调整可靠，成本不高等优点。
附图1为本实用新型结构剖示图。
以250毫米座钟电风扇为例：电扇主体（11），垫圈（7，8），螺钉（6），销钉（19）。圆形的风轮旋钮（1）通过弹性调整环（2）来调控导风轮（10）的转速。轴挡件（9）选用圆形的弹性卡圈，并将调整环（2）固定在电扇的中心轴（4）上。嵌件（5）、衬套（3）与导风轮（10）依次紧密安装。
Claims (6)
1、一种由导风轮、嵌件、衬套、调整环、轴挡件、风轮旋钮等构成的导风机构，其特征在于导风轮(10)、衬套(3)与嵌件(5)同轴紧密安装，并装配在电风扇的中心轴(4)上，紧贴着导风轮(10)，装上调整环(2)，用轴挡件(9)将调整环(2)固定在中心轴(4)上，在调整环(2)外及中心轴(4)末端，装上风轮旋钮(1)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的导风机构，其特征在于轴挡件（9）可选用弹性卡圈。
3、根据权利要求1所述的导风机构，其特征在于轴挡件（9）也可选用螺母。
4、根据权利要求1所述的导风机构，其特征在于导风轮（10）、衬套（3）、嵌件（5）可依次同轴紧密安装。
5、根据权利要求1所述的导风机构，其特征在于可将导风轮（10）与衬套（3）注塑成一整体，再与嵌件（5）同轴安装。
6、根据权利要求1所述的导风机构，其特征在于可将衬套（3）与嵌件（5）注塑成一整体，再与导风轮（10）同轴安装。
