背景技术
在地质勘探过程中,在原有孔径加大时,需要使用扩孔钻头进行扩孔。现有的常规金刚石钻头虽然能够满足钻孔口径加大时使用,但是,钻头制工艺较麻烦,一般采用分体结构,将导正钻头与扩孔钻头连接到一个变径上,同心度较难保证,扩孔效率不高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种高效导正扩孔钻头结构,集导正钻头与扩孔钻头于一体,能够在普通钻孔的基础上扩大孔径时使用,还能够很好的达到扩孔目的,保证导正钻头与扩孔钻头的同轴度,防止孔径偏,解决背景技术存在的上述问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种高效导正扩孔钻头结构,包含孕镶金刚石钻头钢体、工作层和扩孔钻头,孕镶金刚石钻头钢体的端部设有工作层,所述工作层由多个导正钻头构成,导正钻头之间设有导正钻头主水口,导正钻头主水口下面设有导正钻头外侧水口和内侧水口,在孕镶金刚石钻头钢体的外表面沿圆周设有多个扩孔钻头,扩孔钻头由合金保径和复合片组合在一起构成,扩孔钻头之间形成外侧水道。
所述孕镶金刚石钻头钢体为空心结构,端部内腔设有卡簧座,内壁上沿圆周方向设有梯形螺纹,与钻杆连接。所述梯形螺纹为度梯形的螺纹。
多个导正钻头与多个扩孔钻头同轴布置。
采用本实用新型,导正钻头外径与原有孔径配合,间隙合理,既保证不卡涩,又能保证有一定的过水量,能起到良好的导正作用,导正钻头为金刚石钻头。同时根据需要扩孔的孔径,设置扩孔钻头,扩孔钻头采用的复合片为石油用切削具,扩孔钻头的合金保径,采用硬质合金,提高抗冲击能力。外侧水道保证复合片有足够的冷却空间,得到良好的冷却与润滑,提高效率与寿命。冷却液由孕镶金刚石钻头钢体内部的内侧水道,经过内侧水口、导正钻头主水口、导正钻头外侧水口、外侧水道形成闭合回路,对复合片进行冷却,保证寿命。同时采用一体式加工,保证导正钻头与扩孔钻头的同轴度,内部连接螺纹采用度梯形,保证连接顺畅,连接强度,保证钻进及扩孔效果。
本实用新型的有益效果是:集导正钻头与扩孔钻头于一体,能够在普通钻孔的基础上扩大孔径时使用,还能够很好的达到扩孔目的,保证导正钻头与扩孔钻头的同轴度,防止孔径偏,钻头效率高,导正效果好,在扩孔的同时有导正作用,能保证钻头沿原来的孔壁钻进,不易跑偏,结构简单,使用方便。

所述孕镶金刚石钻头钢体9为空心结构,端部内腔设有卡簧座7,内壁上沿圆周方向设有梯形螺纹8,与钻杆连接。所述梯形螺纹为10度梯形的螺纹。
多个导正钻头与多个扩孔钻头同轴布置。
采用本实用新型,导正钻头外径与原有孔径配合,间隙合理,既保证不卡涩,又能保证有一定的过水量,能起到良好的导正作用,导正钻头为金刚石钻头。同时根据需要扩孔的孔径,设置扩孔钻头,扩孔钻头采用的复合片为石油用切削具,扩孔钻头的合金保径,采用硬质合金,提高抗冲击能力。外侧水道3保证复合片有足够的冷却空间,得到良好的冷却与润滑,提高效率与寿命。冷却液由孕镶金刚石钻头钢体内部的内侧水道,经过内侧水口6、导正钻头主水口5、导正钻头外侧水口4、外侧水道3形成闭合回路,对复合片进行冷却,保证寿命。同时采用一体式加工,保证导正钻头与扩孔钻头的同轴度,内部连接螺纹采用10度梯形,保证连接顺畅,连接强度,保证钻进及扩孔效果。

1.一种高效导正扩孔钻头结构,其特征在于:包含孕镶金刚石钻头钢体(9)、工作层(10)和扩孔钻头,孕镶金刚石钻头钢体(9)的端部设有工作层(10),所述工作层(10)由多个导正钻头构成,导正钻头之间设有导正钻头主水口(5),导正钻头主水口(5)下面设有导正钻头外侧水口(4)和内侧水口(6),在孕镶金刚石钻头钢体(9)的外表面沿圆周设有多个扩孔钻头,扩孔钻头由合金保径(1)和复合片(2)组合在一起构成,扩孔钻头之间形成外侧水道(3)。
