背景技术
现有技术中在进行产品无菌灌装时，需使用已灭菌的容器对已过滤的半成品进行储存。现在一般采用玻璃瓶封口后放置于A级层流下，玻璃瓶存在易碎、进出口公用、不易操作、密封不严、易被污染的风险。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种无菌灌装壶，解决了背景技术中的灌装容器易碎、密封不严、易被污染的缺点。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种无菌灌装壶，包括罐体，罐体通过进料管道与进料口相连，罐体下部设有出料管道，所述罐体上设有空气过滤器，罐体上部设有清洗管道，清洗管道下部设有喷淋球。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型采用不锈钢罐体既能满足生产需要，也不易破碎，分别设置的进出口可防止污染，密封性好，可最大程度地降低污染风险。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解与实施，下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述：一种无菌灌装壶，包括罐体7，罐体7通过进料管道3与进料口2相连，罐体7下部设有出料管道6，罐体7上设有空气过滤器1，罐体7上部设有清洗管道4，清洗管道4下部设有喷淋球5。
使用前，先外接除菌级的呼吸口空气过滤器5，使罐体内外压力相同，然后通过蠕动泵将半成品原液通过进料口2和进料管道3泵入罐体内，将灌装壶通过出料管道6与灌装设备连接，实现半成品与灌装系统的密封连接。
使用完毕后，使用纯净水和注射用水通过清洗管道4和喷淋球5对罐体进行清洗。
本实用新型采用不锈钢罐体既能满足生产需要，也不易破碎，分别设置的进出口可防止污染，密封性好，可最大程度地降低污染风险。
