目前，华联公司卧虎山矿的洗澡设施均为太阳能供给热水，太阳能热水器多是利用真空集热管将吸收的太阳能转换为热能并对进入集热管内的冷水加热，真空集热管具有吸热、传热功能，加热后的热水存储在保温水箱内，保证热水热量不会散失，但是，在使用过程中，经常出现集热管爆管的问题，影响了职工的正常使用。
