目前，大多数管道焊接装置的工装不足之处为：①体积庞大，成本高；②对作业空间要求高；③无固定功能；④精度差。

本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足，提供了一种制作成本低、适用性强的且带有固定功能的抱箍式管道焊接装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种抱箍，由抱箍本体构成所述抱箍本体上等距设置有多个向外延伸的凸块，所述凸块之间设置有点焊槽。
所述凸块向外延伸的长度在5cm～10cm；其厚度在10cm～30cm之间。
所述点焊槽的水平投影长度在10cm～15cm；其宽度在3cm～8cm
所述抱箍本体包括第一抱箍和第二抱箍，所述第一抱箍两端与所述第二抱箍的两端螺栓连接。
有益效果
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的技术方案所带来的有益效果是：
(1)本实用新型中，分体式抱箍可通过螺栓予以固定，可根据障碍物的大小进行伸缩调节，节省空间，适用性强；
(2)本实用新型抱箍结构简单，便于拆卸、组装；
(3)本实用新型中，抱箍本体上的凸块可实现物体横向方向的固定；提高安装精准度；
(4)本实用新型中，抱箍本体上设有多个点焊槽可依据管道焊口进行点焊固定，适应能力更强。
(5)本实用新型结构简单、易于制作，制作时机械设备及人力投入较少，制作所用材料二次回收率高，因此还具有成本低的优点。

如图1所示，本实用新型提供一种抱箍，由抱箍本体1构成，所述抱箍本体包括第一抱箍11和第二抱箍12，所述第一抱箍11两端与所述第二抱箍12的两端螺栓连接。如图2所示，所述第一抱箍11两端和所述第二抱箍12两端的连接处均设有螺栓孔5，螺栓4通过螺栓孔4实现第一抱箍11与第二抱箍12连接。
如图1所示，所述抱箍本体(11，12)上等距设置有多个向外延伸的凸块2，所述凸块2向外延伸的长度在5cm～10cm；其厚度在10cm～30cm之间；所述凸块2之间设置有点焊槽3；所述点焊槽3的水平投影长度在10cm～15cm；其宽度在3cm～8cm。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抱箍，其特征在于：所述抱箍本体包括第一抱箍和第二抱箍，所述第一抱箍两端与所述第二抱箍的两端螺栓连接。
