Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种包装材料,特别涉及具有压纹图案的包装材料。本实用新型还涉及一种由这样的包装材料形成的包装。
背景技术
一些现有的用于液态食品的基于纸板(carton)的包装包括在封闭的底部和顶部之间延伸的管状体。底部通常为平面的,使得包装可以放在桌上,并且顶部通常包括开口装置。
这种一次性包装,特别是用于存储液态食品的包装,常常由包装层压板制成,包装层压板包括纸芯层,该层在第一或外侧覆盖有聚合物装饰层。在另一侧(即面向待封装的产品的内侧),提供了多层片材。所述内部多层通常包括聚合物材料的第一层、阻挡膜、以及聚合物材料的第二附加层。所述层压包装材料经常以卷绕在存储卷筒上的连续卷材的形式供给,并在已被从其存储卷筒展开之后通过以下被转换:在自动灌装机中折叠、密封、填充和最终折叠成经填充的包装容器。
多种不同的尺寸的液态食品包装被提供用于封装不同体积的液态食品,如牛奶,果蔬汁等。例如,所描述的一次性基于纸板型的果蔬汁包装可封装0.1至2升(例如0.25至2升)的体积。由于包装的尺寸可以在很大范围内变化,包装的用户可能不能立即清楚如何以便于搬运和倾倒的最佳方式握持包装。
在同一申请人申请的WO2012/105891中,已经建议在包装材料上提供触觉图案。以在所述包装材料的外侧的凹陷形式提供的所述触觉图案被定位成使得拟抓握区在最终包装上是明显的。触觉图案主要有两个目的:指示抓住包装的位置,以及提高抓握包装的能力。虽然证明了提供非常令人满意的结果,但是在上述文献中提出的解决方案局限于凹陷形式。对于其中期望触觉图案从所述包装材料的外侧突出的情况,可能不再使用上面提出的解决方案。
鉴于此,需要一种改进的方法,其允许使存在于包装材料外侧 (即拟面向最终包装外部环境的所述侧)的触觉图案突出。
实用新型内容
因此,本实用新型优选地寻求缓解、减轻或消除单独的一个或多个本领域中的上述缺陷和缺点或其任何组合,并且解决了至少上述问题。
本实用新型的一个目的是提供一种包装材料,其具有在拟形成最终包装的外侧或外部的所述侧上的突出的特征。
本实用新型的进一步的目的是提供一种用于制造包装材料的方法,其确保了内部层压层的完整性,所述内部层压层为拟形成最终包装的内侧或内部的该包装材料的内侧。
本实用新型的构思是在层压之前进行触觉图案的压纹 (embossing)。本发明人已经发现,如果层压之后进行压纹,是有风险的,即至少所述层压包装材料的一些层将在压纹过程中被损坏。在包装材料上设置有阻挡层,如铝箔,的情况下尤为如此。在压纹过程中,需要相对大的压力,模具可能会损坏铝箔,使得整个包装的完整性显著降低。
根据本实用新型的第一方面,提供了一种用于生产包装材料的方法。所述方法包括提供具有内侧和外侧的基于纤维的材料的芯部材料层,对所述芯部材料层进行压纹,用于形成具有初始高度的压纹特征,所述压纹特征从所述芯部材料层的外侧突出以随后在待由所述包装材料形成的包装的侧面上形成触觉图案,以及将至少一层层压至所述压纹芯部材料层的内侧,使得所述压纹特征的高度暂时降低到最小的高度。
压纹特征在压纹后即时的初始高度可以是20-200微米,如50-200 微米。
压纹特征在层压后即时的最小高度可以是层压前的高度的20- 80%,优选30-60%,且甚至更优选35-45%。
在一实施方式中,压纹是通过在凸模和凹模之间布置芯部材料层进行的。
可以以凸模辊的形式提供所述凸模,可以以凹模辊的形式提供所述凹模,并且可通过所述辊之间的辊隙(nip)送入所述芯部材料层。
该方法还可以包括在压纹之前在所述芯部材料层的外侧上印刷装饰层。

所述层压包装材料包括具有内侧和外侧的基于纤维的材料的芯部材料层、至少一层聚合物外层、多层结构层、保护层以及聚合物材料层合层,所述芯部材料层具有从所述芯部材料层的外侧突出的压纹特征,以随后在待由所述层压包装材料形成的包装的一侧上形成触觉图案,所述芯部材料层的内侧仅具有凹部而没有突起,所述至少一层聚合物外层被层压至所述芯部材料层的外侧,所述多层结构层包含待与拟被容纳在所述包装内的液态食品接触的至少一层聚合物材料层,所述保护层防止氧气传输,以及所述聚合物材料层合层被层压到所述芯部材料层的内侧,所述层合层因此被层压在所述保护层和所述芯部材料层之间,其中出现在所述层压的包装材料上的压纹特征被平坦化,以具有暂时降低的最小高度,并且能够在至少0.1秒期间通过一个或多个操作步骤重新获得高度,使得所述压纹特征的高度相对于其最小高度增大以及从而提供预期的触觉效果,其中所述一个或多个操作步骤选自:将所述包装材料中的温度升高到30-90℃,和将作用在所述包装材料的内侧上的压强增加至0.5-1.2bar的超压。
所述基于纤维的材料可以是适用于液体的纸盒包装的类型的纸板或厚纸板(carton)。
所述保护层防止氧气从所述包装的外侧传输到内部和包装的食品,其可以是金属箔,如铝箔。
在所述芯层的外侧和内侧上施加液密的且可热封的热塑性聚合物层,作为最外层。所述热塑性聚合物可以是聚烯烃,如聚乙烯或聚丙烯或聚合物混合物或由烯烃单体制得的共聚物。
所述层压包装材料可进一步包括在所述芯部材料层的外侧上的印刷的装饰层,其中所述压纹特征与所述印刷的装饰层对准,使得所述压纹特征还为所述装饰层提供视觉效果。
根据本实用新型的第三个方面,提供一种用于从包装材料制造包装的方法,所述包装材料具有压纹特征以随后在待由所述包装材料形成的包装的侧面上形成触觉图案。所述压纹特征的高度暂时降低到最小的高度,并且所述方法包括通过灌装机送入所述包装材料,和从所述包装材料的至少一部分成形、灌装以及密封包装。所述方法进一步包括增加所述包装材料的温度、所述包装材料的湿度、和/或作用在所述包装材料上的压力,使得所述压纹特征的高度相对于其最小高度增大。
可升高所述包装材料的温度,使得所述温度达到30-90℃,例如 60-90℃。
可增加所述包装材料的湿度,使得所述湿度达到50-100%。
可通过输送所述包装材料通过氧化氢液体来增加所示包装材料的湿度。
可通过采用液体内容物填充所述包装使得所述液体内容物在所述包装的内侧上施加压力来增加作用在所述包装材料上的压力。
所述最终包装的压纹特征的高度可以是所述最小高度的20- 200%,优选50-150%,并且甚至更优选80-120%。
在一实施方式中,所述包装材料是根据第一方面制造的。
所述最终包装的压纹特征的高度是所述初始高度的50-90%,优选 60-90%,并且甚至更优选70-90%。

具体实施方式
参照附图在下文更详细地描述本实用新型的实施方式,以使本领域技术人员能够实施本实用新型。然而,本实用新型可以以许多不同的形式实现,并且不应被解释为局限于本文所阐述的实施方式。所述实施方式不限制本实用新型,而是本实用新型仅由所附的专利权利要求限制。此外,在附图中示出的特定实施方式的详细描述中使用的术语并不旨在限制本实用新型。
参照图1,用于随后形成包装材料的一部分的芯部材料层1被示出。所述芯层1具有内侧3和外侧5,内侧3拟面向最终包装的内部,并且所述外侧5因此拟面向所述最终包装的外部环境。如可以在图1中看到的,所述芯部材料层1基本上是平坦的。所述芯部材料层1优选地被提供为基于纤维的材料,例如板、纸、纸板、卡纸板等。所述芯部材料层1的目的是向待形成的包装材料提供坚固性和稳定性,如本领域中众所周知的。所述芯部材料层1可选地在其外侧5上设置有装饰,即印刷图案。
层压之前,即向所述芯部材料层1的内侧和外侧3、5提供保护性聚合物层的步骤之前,所述芯部材料层1进行压纹加工。在本文中,压纹应被解释为其中通过在选定区域提供凸起特征改变所述芯部材料层1的表面的任意工艺。然而,在一些实施方式中,在压纹之前在芯部材料层1的外侧5 上设置保护层,如下面将进一步解释的。
现在参照图2,其显示了压纹后的所述芯部材料层1。优选使用 (例如根据图2b所显示的)压纹站进行压纹。在压纹步骤期间,所述芯部材料层1设置在凸模12和凹模14之间,所述凸模12具有对应于所期望的压纹图案的突起部12a,所述凹模14具有与所述凸模12的突起部12a匹配的凹槽14a。通过施加特定压力至所述模12、14,所述芯部材料层1的纤维将朝向彼此按压或挤压,由此产生凸起特征的图案化区域。这显示在图2a中,其中,所述芯部材料层1的压纹提供了凸起区域的图案,即压纹特征10。图案的确切构造可以根据各种参数(例如位置、高度、宽度/深度等)来选择。
如可以在图2a中看到的,压纹图案是在所述芯部材料层1的外侧 5处向外突出。这意味着,在压纹期间,所述外侧5被布置与凹模14接触,而凸模12与所述芯部材料层1的内侧3a啮合。
所述模14、12可以优选地被提供为辊,其中,所述凸模辊12配备有径向向外延伸的突起部12a,而凹模辊14配备有径向向内延伸的配合凹槽14a。所述辊12、14在它们的旋转运动中被对准,使得突起部12a和凹槽 14a彼此相遇在辊隙中。对于压纹,所述芯部材料层1通过辊隙送入,从而形成在所述芯部材料层的外侧5上的凸起图案。
优选地,该压纹图案也与所述印刷的装饰对齐,使得压纹图案为所述装饰提供视觉效果。这可以通过控制所述模辊使得在所述突起部/凹槽与芯部材料层1啮合的所述位置是基于所述装饰的特性来设定而得以实现。
压纹之后,所述芯部材料层1被层压,使得保护性聚合物层被设置在所述芯部材料层1的内侧3和外侧5上。在图3中示出所得的包装材料 20。包装材料20包括所述芯部材料层1、外层22和内层24,其中,所述外层22和内层24在压纹后被施加到芯部材料层1的相对侧。在一个替代实施例中,外层22在压纹之前被施加到所述芯部材料层1的外侧5。施加到所述芯部材料层1的外侧5的外层22适于提供待生产的包装的外表面,外表面5 和外层22面向包装的周围环境。内层24被施加到所述芯部材料层1的另一侧3,并适于提供待生产的包装的内表面,所述内表面与容纳在所述包装中的物质(即液态食品)接触。
外层22可包括至少一层聚合物材料层,其被施加到所述芯部材料层1。此外,如前面所解释的,构成外层22的所述层中的一层可以是印刷在待形成的包装材料的外表面5上的装饰层。
内层24可以包括至少一层聚合物材料的最内层27、28。这种多层结构示于图3。保护层26可以存在于所述芯部材料层1和所述最内层27、 28之间。保护层26可以是箔,例如金属箔,优选铝箔。保护层26是阻挡层,即防止氧气和光传输,以在环境温度下保持包装内食品的营养价值和风味。可替换地,保护层可包括施加在聚合物膜基底上的氧气阻隔涂层,例如金属化的聚合物膜或不同的气相沉积涂覆的聚合物膜。
另外,层压层25可以存在于保护层26和芯部材料层1之间。所述层压层25可以是至少一层聚合物材料层。
根据一实施方式,意图用于成品包装的与容纳于所述包装中的物质(即液态食品)接触的内部的包装材料20的层从所述芯部材料层1起始依次包括:层压层25,保护层26和密封层27、28。层压层25使所述芯部材料层1粘到施加的任何保护层26。密封层27,28使得包装能密封。
包装材料20的聚合物层22、25、27、28可以是任何合适类型的聚合物材料,优选塑料材料如聚乙烯。
再次参照图2a所示的芯部材料层1,可以看出,压纹特征10具有一定的高度d1。高度d1对应于离所述芯部材料层1的平坦外侧面5的法线方向上的距离,其由压纹过程中使用的模具限定。典型地,高度d1为约20 至200μm,例如100μm。
然而,现在参照图3,在层压过程中施加到芯部材料层1中的压力将有助于减小的压纹特征10的高度。在图3中层压之后的高度表示d2,且如清楚地示出的,d2<d1。尽管不希望受任何特定理论的束缚,据信在层压过程中整个包装材料20将暴露于在法线方向上的指向内部或朝向该包装材料20的中心的按压力。典型地通过将所述芯部材料层1和其相关联的一或多层层压层送料通过一个或多个辊隙来提供所述施加的按压力,其将协助压缩所述压纹特征10,由此它们各自的高度减小。已经显示的是,典型的高度的减小为在60%的范围内,因此具有高度d1为100μm的压纹特征10将在层压过程中被压缩到约40μm的高度d2。
虽然包装材料20的层压过程中获得的高度减小可能在清晰度 (definition)和用户识别方面看似明显的缺点,但是已经令人惊奇地发现,该高度的降低只是暂时的,特别是如果包装材料20稍后用于灌装机生产各个包装的情况。如将在下面进一步解释的,压纹特征10将最终恢复其初始高度 (d1)的至少一部分,使得它们再次可为用户所识别。
在图4示意性示出的灌装机30典型地包括多个连续的站,用于转化平面包装材料20成封闭包装40。
卷轴状和卷筒形状包装层压材料20被装载到包装和灌装机30。展开的包装材料20被输送装置的送料器不断地传送,并且通过弯曲辊和阻尼辊被传送到条带施加器31。条带32通过条带施加器31连续地施加到所述包装材料20的一个边缘上。
包装材料20被转移至灭菌装置33,并且在灭菌装置33中通过例如过氧化氢的杀菌液或电子束照射的方式灭菌。在使用过氧化氢作为杀菌剂的情况下,包装层压材料20被输送到气刀34,以由气刀34干燥。包装层压材料1被运送到无菌室35,确保利用无菌气氛将液态食品填满管状包装材料。利用成型环36以及其他成形环使包装材料20逐渐变形,以形成管状形状。
管状包装材料20由来自纵向密封装置的预热装置37的热空气预热,以被纵向密封。液态食品从填充管38出口的底端被充填到管状包装材料 20。最后,横向密封单元39封闭所述管状包装材料,使得形成封闭的上端,同时作为所述管状包装材料20的封闭的底部端部。所述密封单元39也执行横向切削,以将成品包装40从管状包装材料20分离。切掉的包装可进一步折叠成型,并且密封,以获得其最终形状,例如长方体形状。
尽管在图4中示出的灌装机30被示出为产生一定类型的包装,但是应当注意的是,重新建立包装材料20的压纹特征10的高度的一部分的作用已被证明也适用于其他类型的灌装机。这种灌装机包括例如所谓人字形顶包装(例如参见图6)和所谓的纸瓶,即设置有封闭的塑料顶部的纸箱套筒式包装(carton-sleeved packages)。
当包装材料20输送通过灌装机时,它将经受升高的温度、增加的湿度、以及最终增加的压力。温度升高的发生至少部分是因为灌装机本身的操作条件,以及当热被施加到层压层27、28用于获得纵向和横向密封时的密封操作。湿度增加的发生在一些情况下是由于过氧化氢的湿式浴,或者如果不存在的话,只是因为灌装机内部的湿度增加。当管状包装材料中填充有其目的产品,特别是当该产物是液体时,发生压力增大。相比于增加的温度或增加的内部压力的影响,单独的湿度增加的影响相对小得多。因此,从升高包装材料中的温度和/或增大作用于所述层压的包装材料的内侧(3)上的压力,观察到对重新获得高度的压纹特征10的最大影响。
在输送通过灌装机30期间,已证明,存在于包装材料的外侧上的压纹特征10将重新获得其高度的一部分,使得最终包装40设置有具有比所述包装材料20在填充、成型和密封成单独的包装40之前更大的高度d3的压纹特征10。
在图5中示出所制造的包装40的包装材料20的一部分。压纹特征10的高度d3大于包装材料20的高度,但是小于所述芯部材料层1的压纹特征10在层压前的高度d1。因此,d1>d3>d2。
在一些实验中,已经证明,如果d1≈100μm,和d2≈40μm,在所制造的包装40上的压纹特征的高度d3为约80μm。再次不希望被任何特定的理论约束,相信的是,升高的温度、湿度和/或内部压力与一定的松弛时间的组合允许对包装材料20的压纹特征10除去压缩,并因此至少部分地允许它们回弹至它们的初始高度d1。
不同类型的包装40可从包装材料20获得,且包装材料20或正在制造的40可以用于食品,所述食品优选可以是液态的。

所述方法50从步骤51开始,其中提供基于纤维的材料的芯部材料层1。如前所述,所述芯部材料层1具有内侧3和外侧5。在随后的步骤 52中,所述芯部材料层1被压纹,以形成具有初始高度d1的压纹特征10。所述压纹特征10从所述芯部材料层1的外侧5突出。优选地,所述压纹特征 10在压纹之后即时的初始高度d1是50-200μm。
在步骤53中,至少一个层24被层压到压纹的芯部材料层1的内侧3,使得所述压纹特征10的高度被暂时减小到最小高度d2。压纹特征10 在层压后即时的最小高度d2是在层压之前的高度d1的20-80%,优选30- 60%,并且甚至更优选35-45%。
方法50可任选地包括在压纹52前实施的在芯部材料层的外侧5 上印刷的装饰层的步骤54。进一步地,压纹52之前或之后可进行另一步骤 55,其中至少一个层22被层压到芯部材料层1的外侧5。
现在参照图8,将描述用于从包装材料20生产包装40的方法 60。包装材料20上设置有压纹特征10,其中,所述压纹特征10的高度被暂时从芯部材料层1的初始高度d1降低到最小高度d2。所述方法包括第一步骤61和后续步骤62,所述第一步骤61为将所述包装材料20送料通过灌装机 30,所述后续步骤62为从至少一部分所述包装材料形成、填充和密封包装 40。该方法进一步包括步骤63,步骤63为增加该包装材料20的温度、包装材料20的湿度和/或作用在包装材料20上的压力,使得压纹特征10的高度相对于它的最小高度d2增加。
温度、湿度和/或作用在包装材料20上的压力的增加优选地维持一定时间,例如>0.1秒,使得期望的所述压纹特征10的再成形得以实现。
当执行步骤63,使得温度升高时,温度优选达到30-90℃。
当执行步骤63,使得湿度增加时,湿度优选达到50-100%。
当执行步骤63,使得作用在所述包装材料20上的压强增加时,压强优选达到1.1-3bar,更优选1.5-2.5bar,甚至更优选1.5-2.2bar,即作用在包装材料的内侧上的压强差优选为0.5-1.5巴,例如0.5至1.2巴。可以通过向所述包装40填充液态内容物使得液态内容物在所述包装40的内侧上施加压力来增加作用在包装材料20上的压力。更具体地说,当所述管的横向密封发生在高速包装机中时,在层压包装材料的填充的管中的内部压力可在短的时间(例如>0.1秒)达到峰值。
所述最终包装40的压纹特征10的高度d3优选为最小高度d2的 20-200%,更优选50-150%,并且甚至更优选80-120%。
换言之,最终包装40的压纹特征10的高度d3优选为初始高度 d1的50-90%,优选60-90%,并且甚至更优选70-90%。
Claims (26)
1.层压的包装材料(20),其包括:
具有内侧(3)和外侧(5)的基于纤维的材料的芯部材料层(1),所述芯部材料层(1)具有通过压纹加工从所述芯部材料层(1)的所述外侧(5)突出的压纹特征(10),以随后在待由所述层压的包装材料(20)形成的包装(40)的一侧上形成触觉图案,所述芯部材料层的所述内侧(3)仅具有凹部而没有突起,
至少一个聚合物外层(22),其被层压到所述芯部材料层(1)的所述外侧(5),和
多层结构层(24),其包括待接触拟容纳在所述包装中的液态食品的至少一个聚合物材料层(28)、防止氧气传输的保护层(26)和聚合物材料的层压层(25),所述聚合物材料的层压层(25)被层压到所述芯部材料层(1)的所述内侧(3),由此所述聚合物材料的层压层(25)被层压在所述保护层(26)和所述芯部材料层(1)之间,其中
出现在所述层压的包装材料(20)上的所述压纹特征(10)具有在层压后暂时降低的最小高度(d2),且在所述包装(40)中,所述压纹特征(10)的所述暂时降低的最小高度(d2)能增加至高度(d3),从而提供预期的触觉效果。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层压的包装材料(20),其中所述保护层(26)是金属箔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的层压的包装材料(20),其中所述保护层(26)是铝箔。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的层压的包装材料(20),其还包括在所述芯部材料层(1)的所述外侧(5)上的印刷的装饰层,其中,所述压纹特征与所述印刷的装饰层对准,使得所述压纹特征还为所述装饰层提供视觉效果。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的层压的包装材料(20),其中所述压纹特征(10)具有在压纹加工后即时的初始高度(d1),所述初始高度(d1)为20-200μm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的层压的包装材料(20),其中所述初始高度(d1)为50-200μm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的层压的包装材料(20),其中所述暂时降低的最小高度(d2)是所述初始高度(d1)的20-90%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的层压的包装材料(20),其中所述暂时降低的最小高度(d2)是所述初始高度(d1)的20-80%。
9.根据权利要求7所述的层压的包装材料(20),其中所述暂时降低的最小高度(d2)是所述初始高度(d1)的30-60%。
10.根据权利要求7所述的层压的包装材料(20),其中所述暂时降低的最小高度(d2)是所述初始高度(d1)的35-45%。
11.根据权利要求5所述的层压的包装材料(20),其中所述压纹特征(10)的所述高度(d3)是所述初始高度(d1)的50-90%。
12.根据权利要求11所述的层压的包装材料(20),其中所述压纹特征(10)的所述高度(d3)是所述初始高度(d1)的60-90%。
13.根据权利要求11所述的层压的包装材料(20),其中所述压纹特征(10)的所述高度(d3)是所述初始高度(d1)的70-90%。
14.一种包装(40),其特征在于,所述包装(40)的至少一个侧壁至少部分地设置有由布置在压纹区域(45)内的压纹特征(10)形成的触觉图案,以及所述包装(40)从外向内包括至少一个聚合物外层(22)、具有内侧(3)和外侧(5)的基于纤维的材料的芯部材料层(1)和多层结构层(24),
其中,所述压纹特征(10)从所述芯部材料层(1)的所述外侧(5)突出,且所述芯部材料层(1)的所述内侧(3)仅具有凹部而没有突起,
所述至少一个聚合物外层(22)被层压到所述芯部材料层(1)的所述外侧(5),并且
所述多层结构层(24)包括待接触拟容纳在所述包装(40)中的液态食品的至少一个聚合物材料层(28)、防止氧气传输的保护层(26)和聚合物材料的层压层(25),所述聚合物材料的层压层(25)被层压到所述芯部材料层(1)的所述内侧(3),由此所述聚合物材料的层压层(25)被层压在所述保护层(26)和所述芯部材料层(1)之间,其中
所述包装(40)的所述压纹特征(10)具有高度(d3),所述高度(d3)大于用于形成所述包装(40)的层压的包装材料(20)的所述压纹特征(10)的暂时降低的最小高度(d2),从而提供预期的触觉效果。
15.根据权利要求14所述的包装(40),其中所述保护层(26)是金属箔。
16.根据权利要求15所述的包装(40),其中所述保护层(26)是铝箔。
17.根据权利要求14-16中任一项所述的包装(40),其还包括在所述芯部材料层(1)的所述外侧(5)上的印刷的装饰层,其中,所述压纹特征(10)与所述印刷的装饰层对准,使得所述压纹特征(10)还为所述装饰层提供视觉效果。
18.根据权利要求14-16中任一项所述的包装(40),其中所述层压的包装材料(20)的所述压纹特征(10)具有在压纹加工后即时的初始高度(d1),所述初始高度(d1)为20-200μm。
19.根据权利要求18所述的包装(40),其中所述初始高度(d1)为50-200μm。
20.根据权利要求18所述的包装(40),其中所述压纹特征(10)的所述暂时降低的最小高度(d2)是所述初始高度(d1)的20-90%。
21.根据权利要求20所述的包装(40),其中所述压纹特征(10)的所述暂时降低的最小高度(d2)是所述初始高度(d1)的20-80%。
22.根据权利要求20所述的包装(40),其中所述压纹特征(10)的所述暂时降低的最小高度(d2)是所述初始高度(d1)的30-60%。
23.根据权利要求20所述的包装(40),其中所述压纹特征(10)的所述暂时降低的最小高度(d2)是所述初始高度(d1)的35-45%。
24.根据权利要求18所述的包装(40),其中所述包装(40)的所述压纹特征(10)的所述高度(d3)是所述初始高度(d1)的50-90%。
25.根据权利要求24所述的包装(40),其中所述包装(40)的所述压纹特征(10)的所述高度(d3)是所述初始高度(d1)的60-90%。
26.根据权利要求24所述的包装(40),其中所述包装(40)的所述压纹特征(10)的所述高度(d3)是所述初始高度(d1)的70-90%。
