本实用新型涉及军工设备防护领域,特别涉及一种应用于炮口的防护塞。
背景技术
火炮在存放或行军中，如不对炮膛进行密封，往往会有雨水、潮气或者沙尘等进入炮膛，这会对跑膛产生损伤，严重影响炮膛使用寿命。现在通常是在炮口上塞上防护塞来防止杂物的进入，但现有防护塞还主要存在以下缺点：一是有的炮口塞结构复杂或者使用时需要较大力气进行插拔，使用不方便；二是有的炮口塞结构简单，只需要较小的力气进行拔插，密封效果不好；三是没有除潮装置，不能避免在潮湿地区或因气温的变化而在炮膛内产生的潮气。
为此我们需要一种使用简易，同时能有效地阻止水、潮气、沙尘进入炮膛的一种炮口塞，从而延长身管的使用寿命，大大缩短火炮的维护保养时间，节约勤务耗材。
发明内容
为了解决上述所提到的使用简易，同时能有效地阻止水、潮气、沙尘进入炮膛，并且能解决炮膛内潮气的一种防护塞。
本实用新型解决问题的技术方案是：一种应用于炮口的防护塞，包括炮口和用于吸收潮气的吸潮剂，所述的炮口为圆形，还包括橡胶塞、置物盒、连杆、固定板和把手，所述的橡胶塞设为一端开口的中空圆柱，所述的橡胶塞的外侧壁阵列有弧形凸起，橡胶塞中部设有通孔，通孔与所述的连杆紧密配合，所述的把手设在连杆上，把手设在橡胶塞的开口一端，连杆的另一端穿过通孔连接固定板，所述的固定板设在圆柱的闭口一端外侧，固定板外侧设有存放所述吸潮剂的置物盒，所述的置物盒为中空，置物盒上设有使吸潮剂与炮膛连通的通气孔。
进一步的，所述的橡胶塞闭口一端设有限定固定板的限定凹槽，所述的固定板设在限定凹槽中，限定凹槽的直径小于橡胶塞的直径4mm-30mm。
进一步的，所述的连杆为螺钉和螺母，所述的把手与螺钉端部螺纹配合，所述的通孔上设有与螺钉配合的螺纹，所述的固定板上设有供螺钉穿过的固定孔，所述的螺母设在固定板设有置物盒的一侧，并且与螺钉配合，所述的置物盒中部设有螺纹孔，所述的螺纹孔与螺钉螺纹配合。
进一步的，所述凸起的高度为1mm-2mm，所述橡胶塞外侧壁的直径与炮口内径相差小于1mm。
进一步的，所述的橡胶塞外侧壁从开口一端到闭口一端逐渐变厚。
进一步的，所述的橡胶塞的外侧壁外侧的开口一端设有挡块，所述的挡块的高度大于凸起的高度，挡块的外径大于炮口的内径。
进一步的，本防护赛还包括警示装置，所述的警示装置为警示牌，所述的警示牌通过长线连接到橡胶塞的开口一端。
本实用新型的有益效果：
1.通过控制橡胶塞与炮口的直径来确定橡胶塞与炮口紧密的贴合，通过凸起来控制炮口塞的拔插力，在橡胶塞的闭口一端设有固定板来减少橡胶塞的变形，同时可以固定置物盒以方便放置吸潮剂，通过连杆将固定板和把手连接，使用时只需要简答的拔插，并且密封情况好，使用简单，效果明显。
2.通过将固定板设在限定凹槽中，来进一步的加固橡胶塞的形状，防止在插拔时产生较大的形变从而产生空隙，并且固定板这样会对橡胶塞的左右两侧产生反作用力，同时加固了橡胶塞的闭口一端的稳定性。
3.通过用螺钉和螺母来代替连杆，在固定固定板的同时，通过螺纹配合减少了通孔与连杆之间的空隙，并且螺钉的端部可以与置物盒配合，进一步来来固定置物盒。
4.通过加入警示装置来提醒使用者，防止实弹射击前漏摘炮口塞的情况发生。 5.本装置能够确保紧密密封炮口的同时限定了所需拔插力的大小，通过简单的结构完成密封，并且能够吸收炮膛内的潮气，功能更加全面，能够大大缩短火炮的维护保养时间，节约勤务耗材。

具体实施方式
本实用新型为一种应用于炮口的防护塞，结合附图和具体应用实例对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
如图1-图4所示，一种应用于炮口的防护塞，包括炮口和用于吸收潮气的吸潮剂6，吸潮剂6用吸潮剂6袋盛装，所述的炮口为圆形，还包括橡胶塞1、置物盒2、连杆4、固定板5和把手3，所述的橡胶塞1设为一端开口的中空圆柱，橡胶塞1是炮口防护塞的关键部件，通过橡胶硫化成型而成，因此对橡胶材料的要求更为苛刻。根据指标要求，首先对原材料进行筛选，通过十多个橡胶配方的反复试验，研制出MF70B胶料。该胶料具有弹性好、压缩永久变形小、耐油性好、老化时间长等特点。
所述的橡胶塞1的外侧壁阵列有凸起12，所述凸起12的高度为1-2mm，所述橡胶塞外侧壁11的直径与炮口内径相差不到1mm，再插入过程中，橡胶塞外侧壁11与炮口内壁紧密的贴合，在加上凸起12的高度，使凸起12与橡胶塞1 能更加紧贴从而防止水和沙尘的进入，同时凸起12使防护赛变紧不易脱落，所述的橡胶塞外侧壁11外侧的开口一端15设有挡块13，所述的挡块13的高度大于凸起12的高度，挡块13的外径大于炮口的内径。经过我们的反复试验，测得此种状态的炮口防护塞在-40～+70℃温度范围的插拔力在52N～280N之间，完全满足要求。
橡胶塞1中部设有通孔14，通孔14与连杆4紧密配合，所述的把手3设在连杆4上，把手3设在橡胶塞1的开口一端15，连杆4的另一端穿过通孔14连接固定板5，所述的连杆4为螺钉41和螺母42，所述的把手3与螺钉41端部螺纹配合，所述的通孔14上设有与螺钉41配合的螺纹，所述的固定板5上设有供螺钉41穿过的固定孔，所述的螺母42设在固定板5设有置物盒2的一侧，并且与螺钉41配合。一般的连杆4也能连接把和固定板5，但是连个在通过通孔14时不能保证连杆4能够喝通孔14内壁紧密贴合，如果有缝隙则会进入杂物，从而对炮膛产生影响，并且不能紧密贴合也会对连杆4的压力不足，连杆4 和通孔14容易产生松动，所以这里使用螺纹配合，通孔14中螺纹与螺钉41配合能够杜绝通孔14螺钉41之间的缝隙，从而达到炮膛和外界完全的封闭，同时螺钉41和把手3之间螺纹连接，更换零件时也更加方便，再者，螺钉41的端部在穿过螺母42后也可以与置物盒2配合，同时将置物盒2固定住。
所述的固定板5设在橡胶塞1的闭口一端16外侧，所述的橡胶塞1的闭口一端16设有限定固定板5的限定凹槽17，所述的固定板5设在限定凹槽17中，限定凹槽17的直径小于橡胶塞1的直径4-20mm。过将固定板5设在限定凹槽 17中，来进一步的加固橡胶塞1的形状，防止在插拔时产生较大的形变从而产生空隙，并且固定板5这样会对橡胶塞1的左右两侧产生反作用力，同时加固了橡胶塞1的闭口一端16的稳定性，同时固定板5给置物盒2的固定提供了方便。
固定板5外侧设有存放所述吸潮剂6的置物盒2，所述的置物盒2为中空，置物盒2上设有使吸潮剂6与炮膛连通的通气孔21。置物盒中部设有螺纹孔22，所述的螺纹孔22与螺钉41螺纹配合。
所述的橡胶塞外侧壁11从开口一端15到闭口一端16逐渐变厚，这是为了保证炮膛里面的橡胶塞1能够在应对较大来自炮口内侧的压力时不产生形变。
还包括警示装置7，所述的警示装置7为警示牌，所述的警示牌通过长线连到橡胶塞1的开口一端15从而避免实弹射击前漏摘炮塞情况发生。
本装置在使用时，首先确定置物盒2里放入吸潮剂6，然后只需要将炮口塞对准炮口推入就可以，在不使用时，拉动把手3就可以轻松把炮口塞拉出，使用简单但是效果十分明显。

1.一种应用于炮口的防护塞，包括炮口和用于吸收潮气的吸潮剂，所述的炮口为圆形，其特征在于，还包括橡胶塞、置物盒、连杆、固定板和把手，所述的橡胶塞设为一端开口的中空的圆柱，所述的圆柱的外侧壁阵列有凸起，圆柱中部设有通孔，通孔与所述的连杆紧密配合，所述的把手设在连杆上，把手设在橡胶塞的开口一端，连杆的另一端穿过通孔连接固定板，所述的固定板设在圆柱的闭口一端外侧，固定板外侧设有存放所述吸潮剂的置物盒，所述的置物盒为中空，置物盒上设有使吸潮剂与炮膛连通的通气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于炮口的防护塞，其特征在于，所述的橡胶塞闭口一端设有限定固定板的限定凹槽，所述的固定板设在限定凹槽中，限定凹槽的直径小于橡胶塞的直径4-20mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于炮口的防护塞，其特征在于，所述的连杆为螺钉和螺母，所述的把手与螺钉端部螺纹配合，所述的通孔上设有与螺钉配合的螺纹，所述的固定板上设有供螺钉穿过的固定孔，所述的螺母设在固定板设有置物盒的一侧，并且与螺钉配合，所述的置物盒中部设有螺纹孔，所述的螺纹孔与螺钉螺纹配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于炮口的防护塞，其特征在于，所述凸起的高度为1mm-2mm，所述橡胶塞外侧壁的直径与炮口内径相差小于1mm。
