在火力发电厂，磨煤机需要固定防磨导向板，但是由于在磨煤机运行过程中，导向板会受到巨大的应力，磨煤机上固定导向板的螺纹经常被损坏，甚至固定螺栓也会折断，损坏的螺纹需要重新加工，断裂的螺栓非常难取出。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种专用于火电厂磨煤机的导向板固定，断裂时拆卸方便的预埋式可拆卸螺孔。
本实用新型在固定件上开有T型孔，在T型孔内插入T型预埋件，T型预埋件的外表面与T型孔的内表面完全吻合，T型预埋件的预埋件前表面与固定件的固定件前表面在同一平面上，T型预埋件上开有隐藏螺栓孔，隐藏螺栓穿过隐藏螺栓孔将T型预埋件固定在固定件上，在T型预埋件内开有大螺栓孔，大螺栓的螺柱穿过工件与大螺栓孔螺纹安装，大螺栓的螺帽与固定件前表面、预埋件前表面将工件夹紧。
本实用新型将螺孔设计成预埋式可拆卸形式，一旦发生螺纹损坏或者螺栓断裂，可以直接更换螺孔件，方便快捷。

本实用新型在固定件3上开有T型孔，在T型孔内插入T型预埋件8，T型预埋件8的外表面7与T型孔的内表面完全吻合，T型预埋件8的预埋件前表面9与固定件3的固定件前表面4在同一平面上，T型预埋件8上开有隐藏螺栓孔5，隐藏螺栓穿过隐藏螺栓孔5将T型预埋件8固定在固定件3上，在T型预埋件8内开有大螺栓孔10，大螺栓的螺柱6穿过工件2与大螺栓孔10螺纹安装，大螺栓的螺帽1与固定件前表面4、预埋件前表面9将工件2夹紧。
本实用新型是针对火电厂的磨煤机固定导向板而设计，所以，首先在磨煤机上开一个预埋孔，将预埋件通过平头螺栓（隐藏螺栓）固定上，保证平头螺栓必须全部进入隐藏螺栓孔内，然后将工件贴附放置在固定件前表面、预埋件前表面上，再通过大螺栓将工件紧固，这样就可以将工件夹持住，当在剪切力作用下，大螺栓断折，简单的将预埋件直接取出更换即可，更换起来非常方便。

1.一种预埋式可拆卸螺孔，其特征在于：在固定件（3）上开有T型孔，在T型孔内插入T型预埋件（8），T型预埋件（8）的外表面（7）与T型孔的内表面完全吻合，T型预埋件（8）的预埋件前表面（9）与固定件（3）的固定件前表面（4）在同一平面上，T型预埋件（8）上开有隐藏螺栓孔（5），隐藏螺栓穿过隐藏螺栓孔（5）将T型预埋件（8）固定在固定件（3）上，在T型预埋件（8）内开有大螺栓孔（10），大螺栓的螺柱（6）穿过工件（2）与大螺栓孔（10）螺纹安装，大螺栓的螺帽（1）与固定件前表面（4）、预埋件前表面（9）将工件（2）夹紧。
