[0011] 1、污水进入池体内部,通过设置的沉淀池可以将污泥沉淀到池底,更好地进行水 和淤泥的分离,通过设置的刮泥器,可以将沉淀池底的淤泥进行较为干净的清理,通过设置 的排泥管能够及时将淤泥排出,通过设置的控制阀门可将缓冲池内的污水缓流入沉淀池, 避免湍急的水流造成水质的浑浊,提高污水沉淀效果和效率,随着沉淀池的水位升高,上层 的清水将会通过第二隔板进入清水池,进行后续处理。
[0012] 2、经过处理后的污水进入过滤池内部,通过上下设置的第一滤料层、第二滤料层、 第一活性炭层、填料层和第二活性炭层对污水进行层层过滤,提高了污水处理效果,第一滤 料层和第二滤料层分别为猛砂滤料和石英砂滤料组成,经过层层过滤,过滤后的污水进入 贮水槽中进行下一步处理。
[0013] 3、污水处理过程中,第二水栗通过左侧的第二水管和右侧的水泵出水管将污水抽 到气液混合器内,再通过臭氧发生器将臭氧输送到气液混合器内,气液混合器将臭氧和污 水混合,并产生化学反应,通过输水管将产生反应的污水水送到消毒处理池中,污水通过粗 滤活性炭装置和精滤膜装置对产生反应的污水进行过滤,粗滤活性炭装置和精滤膜装置能 够提高污水中有机物和氨氮的去除率,且能对污水进行臭氧杀菌消毒,进一步的提高了污 水处理的效果,通过设置纳米光触媒涂层,能够充分分解污水中的细菌和有毒物质,从而对 污水进行深层净化,保证了污水处理效果。
[0014] 4、经过消毒处理池处理后的污水被抽入第一水处理器、第二水处理器和第三水处 理器进行处理,驱动电机驱动水净化框转动,利用离心力的作用,使水净化框中的污水产生 压力,从而达到反渗透的要求,净化水则由水净化框中进入到外壳内部,最后净化水经过外 壳的出水口从出水主管流出,经过水处理器处理的净化水进入收集池中被收集,以方便后 续再利用,整个水处理系统,净化效果好、效率高,处理后的水能够达到再利用的要求,避免 了污水污染,也节约了宝贵的水资源。

[0017]请参阅图1,本实用新型实施例中,一种用于城市污水的高效处理系统,包括池体 1,所述池体1的左侧顶端设置有进水管2,污水进水管2延伸进入池体1内部且在污水进水管 2的右端连接有缓冲管201,在池体1的内部靠左侧设有第一隔板101,第一隔板101的左侧 为缓冲池1〇2,缓冲管201设置在缓冲池102顶部,在第一隔板1〇1的底端设置有控制阀103, 在池体1的内部靠右侧设有第二隔板105,第一隔板101和第二隔板1〇5之间为沉淀池104,第 二隔板105的右侧为清水池106,所述第一隔板101和第二隔板1〇5均由高分子塑料制成,沉 淀池104的底部设置有刮泥器5,刮泥器5下端设置有防水电机51,防水电机51两侧设置有排 泥管4,在排泥管4的顶部设有排泥阀门3,污水进入池体1内部,通过设置的沉淀池可以将污 泥沉淀到池底,更好地进行水和淤泥的分离,通过设置的刮泥器,可以将沉淀池底的淤泥进 行较为干净的清理,通过设置的排泥管能够及时将淤泥排出,通过设置的控制阀门可将缓 冲池内的污水缓流入沉淀池,避免湍急的水流造成水质的浑浊,提高污水沉淀效果和效率, 随着沉淀池的水位升高,上层的清水将会通过第二隔板进入清水池,进行后续处理;所述池 体1的右侧设有过滤池8,在过滤池8的上侧设有喷淋管9,在喷淋管9的下侧外壁上均匀设有 若干个喷淋头91,池体1通过第一进水管6与喷淋管9的进水口连接,在第一进水管6上设有 第一水泵7,在过滤池8内部由上至下依次设有第一滤料层81、第二滤料层82、第一活性炭 层83、填料层84和第二活性炭层85,所述第一活性炭层83和第二活性炭层85之间的密度之 比为1:2,所述填料层84内的填料为纤维状,过滤池8的底部设有贮水槽86,经过处理后的 污水进入过滤池8内部,通过上下设置的第一滤料层81、第二滤料层82、第一活性炭层83、 填料层84和第二活性炭层85对污水进行层层过滤,提高了污水处理效果,第一滤料层和第 二滤料层分别为猛砂滤料和石英砂滤料组成,经过层层过滤,过滤后的污水进入贮水槽86 中进行下一步处理;所述过滤池8右侧设有消毒处理池16,消毒处理池16与过滤池8之间设 有气液混合器11,气液混合器11通过输水管17与消毒处理池16连接,气液混合器11上侧依 次设有第二水泵12和臭氧发生器14,第二水栗12通过第二进水管10与过滤池8底端的出水 口连接,第二水栗12的出水口通过水栗出水管13与气液混合器11连接,臭氧发生器14出气 口通过出气管15与气液混合器11连接,在消毒处理池16内部设有精滤膜装置18,精滤膜装 置18的内部设有粗滤活性炭装置19,在粗滤活性炭装置19内部设有导流器171,在消毒处 理池16的内壁上设有光触媒涂层161,污水处理过程中,第二水泵通过左侧的第二水管和 右侧的水栗出水管将污水抽到气液混合器内,再通过臭氧发生器将臭氧输送到气液混合器 内,气液混合器将臭氧和污水混合,并产生化学反应,通过输水管将产生反应的污水水送到 消毒处理池中,污水通过粗滤活性炭装置和精滤膜装置对产生反应的污水进行过滤,粗滤 活性炭装置和精滤膜装置能够提高污水中有机物和氨氮的去除率,且能对污水进行臭氧杀 菌消毒,进一步的提高了污水处理的效果,通过设置纳米光触媒涂层161,能够充分分解污 水中的细菌和有毒物质,从而对污水进行深层净化,保证了污水处理效果;所述消毒处理池 16右侧依次设有第一水处理器23、第二水处理器24和第三水处理器25,消毒处理池16的出 水口处连接有第二连接水管,第二连接水管通过第二水泵20与进水主管21连接,进水主管 21分别通过三个进水支管22和第一水处理器23、第二水处理器24、第三水处理器25连接,第 一水处理器23、第二水处理器24和第三水处理器25都包括水净化框26、旋转接头27、外壳 28、驱动电机29和转轴30,水净化框26位于外壳28内部,旋转接头27位于水净化框26的上 端,驱动电机29设置在水净化框26的底部,驱动电机29通过转轴30驱动水净化框26,驱动电 机29的中心轴线、旋转接头27的中心轴线、水净化框26的中心轴线和外壳28的中心轴线在 同一直线上,水净化框26通过旋转接头27与进水支管22连通,水净化框26内侧和外侧均设 置有筒状反渗透膜,两个反渗透膜的中心轴线和水净化框26的中心轴线在同一直线上,水 净化框26的内部通过反渗透膜与外壳28的内部连通,外壳28的出水口通过出水支管31与 出水主管32连通,所述旋转接头27为单向通道旋转接头,出水主管32连接有收集池,经过消 毒处理池ie处理后的污水被抽入第一水处理器23、第二水处理器24和第三水处理器25进行 处理,驱动电机29驱动水净化框26转动,利用离心力的作用,使水净化框3中的污水产生压 力,从而达到反渗透的要求,净化水则由水净化框26中进入到外壳28内部,最后净化水经过 外壳28的出水口从出水主管32流出,经过水处理器处理的净化水进入收集池中被收集,以 方便后续再利用,整个水处理系统,净化效果好、效率高,处理后的水能够达到再利用的要 求,避免了污水污染,也节约了宝贵的水资源。本实用新型用于城市污水的高效处理系统, 采用多级处理设备对污水进行处理,对污水中的小分子污染物进行降解,同时膜组件对污 水进行深层过滤,处理效果好、效率高,处理后的水能够达到再利用的要求,避免了污水污 染,也节约了宝贵的水资源。

1. 一种用于城市污水的高效处理系统,包括池体(1),其特征在于,所述池体(1)的左侧 顶端设置有进水管(2),污水进水管⑵延伸进入池体(1)内部且在污水进水管(2)的右端连 接有缓冲管(201),在池体(1)的内部靠左侧设有第一隔板(101),第一隔板(101)的左侧为 缓冲池(102),缓冲管(201)设置在缓冲池(102)顶部,在第一隔板(101)的底端设置有控制 阀(103),在池体(1)的内部靠右侧设有第二隔板(105),第一隔板(101)和第二隔板(105)之 间为沉淀池(104),第二隔板(105)的右侧为清水池(106),沉淀池(104)的底部设置有刮泥 器(5),刮泥器(5)下端设置有防水电机(51),防水电机(51)两侧设置有排泥管(4),在排泥 管⑷的顶部设有排泥阀门⑶,所述池体⑴的右侧设有过滤池⑻,在过滤池⑻的上侧设 有喷淋管(9),在喷淋管⑼的下侧外壁上均匀设有若干个喷淋头(91),池体(1)通过第一进 水管⑹与喷淋管⑼的进水口连接,在第一进水管⑹上设有第一水栗(7),在过滤池⑻内 部由上至下依次设有第一滤料层(81)、第二滤料层(82)、第一活性炭层(83)、填料层(84)和 第二活性炭层(85),过滤池(8)的底部设有贮水槽(86),所述过滤池(8)右侧设有消毒处理 池(16),消毒处理池(16)与过滤池⑻之间设有气液混合器(11),气液混合器(11)通过输水 管(17)与消毒处理池(16)连接,气液混合器(11)上侧依次设有第二水泵(12)和臭氧发生器 (14) ,第二水栗(12)通过第二进水管(10)与过滤池(8)底端的出水口连接,第二水泵(12)的 出水口通过水泵出水管(13)与气液混合器(11)连接,臭氧发生器(14)出气口通过出气管 (15) 与气液混合器(11)连接,在消毒处理池(16)内部设有精滤膜装置(18),精滤膜装置 (18)的内部设有粗滤活性炭装置(19),在粗滤活性炭装置(⑼内部设有导流器(171),在消 毒处理池(16)的内壁上设有光触媒涂层(161)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于城市污水的高效处理系统,其特征在于,所述第一隔板 (101)和第二隔板(105)均由高分子塑料制成。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于城市污水的高效处理系统,其特征在于,所述第一活性炭 层(83)和第二活性炭层(85)之间的密度之比为1: 2。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于城市污水的高效处理系统,其特征在于,所述填料层(84) 内的填料为纤维状。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于城市污水的高效处理系统,其特征在于,所述消毒处理池 (16) 右侧依次设有第一水处理器(23)、第二水处理器(24)和第三水处理器(25),消毒处理 池(16)的出水口处连接有第二连接水管,第二连接水管通过第二水泵(20)与进水主管(21) 连接,进水主管(21)分别通过三个进水支管(22)和第一水处理器(23)、第二水处理器(24)、 第三水处理器(25)连接,第一水处理器(23)、第二水处理器(24)和第三水处理器(25)都包 括水净化框(26)、旋转接头(27)、外壳(28)、驱动电机(29)和转轴(30),水净化框(26)位于 外壳(28)内部,旋转接头(27)位于水净化框(26)的上端,驱动电机(29)设置在水净化框 (26)的底部,驱动电机(29)通过转轴(30)驱动水净化框(26),驱动电机(29)的中心轴线、旋 转接头(27)的中心轴线、水净化框(26)的中心轴线和外壳(28)的中心轴线在同一直线上, 水净化框(26)通过旋转接头(27)与进水支管(22)连通,水净化框(26)内侧和外侧均设置有 筒状反渗透膜,两个反渗透膜的中心轴线和水净化框(26)的中心轴线在同一直线上,水净 化框(26)的内部通过反渗透膜与外壳(28)的内部连通,外壳(28)的出水口通过出水支管 (31)与出水主管(32)连通,所述旋转接头(2乃为单向通道旋转接头,出水主管(3¾连接有 收集池。
