本实用新型涉及一种篮式过滤器。
背景技术：
篮式过滤器主要应用在石油，化工厂、食品、制药、环保等。篮式过滤器通常安装在压缩机、泵、仪表设备的进口端，用来清除介质中的杂质，保护管道上的设备配件免受磨损和堵塞，既可以延长泵和其他设备的使用寿命，又能保证整个系统的安全。现有的篮式过滤器没有在线检测过滤网前后的压差的功能；篮式过滤器中部采用普通垫片长时间的挤压容易散架影响过滤器密封性能和使用寿命；篮式过滤器阀盖位置没有放空阀，因此，确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种篮式过滤器。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案有：一种篮式过滤器，其特征在于：包括阀体、阀盖、缠绕垫片、过滤网、螺栓、排污堵头、放空阀和清洗堵头，所述过滤网设于阀体内，阀盖通过螺栓与阀体固定连接，缠绕垫片设于阀体和阀盖之间，清洗堵头螺纹连接在阀体的侧壁上，排污堵头螺纹连接在阀体的底面上，放空阀螺纹连接在阀盖上，且放空阀的一端伸于过滤网内。
进一步地，所述阀体上设有限位凸起部，过滤网端口壁向外延伸并形成有限位边，所述限位边抵触于限位凸起部上。
进一步地，所述阀体上设有限位槽，阀盖上设有与所述限位槽相适配的台阶部。
进一步地，所述过滤网内设有加强筋。
进一步地，所述缠绕垫片上设有加强环。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果：
1)在阀体的中部设有清洗堵头，可以拧掉清洗堵头安装压力表检测过滤网前后的压差；当过滤网前后压差大到一定的程度时，就说明介质中的杂质对过滤网堵塞严重影响过滤功能，这时就要对过滤网进行清洗，使用起来简单方便；
2)本实用新型设有放空阀，放空阀可以在过滤器维修时先把腔体里面残余的压力泄放掉，避免在维修拆卸时腔体里面残余的压力伤人，降低维修时的安全隐患；
3)缠绕垫片上设有加强环，防止缠绕垫片挤压时散架影响过滤器密封性能和使用寿命；
4)过滤网的内部设置加强筋，确保过滤网强度，不会因压力等级的升高而产生弯曲变形，确保过滤器的功能和使用寿命；
5)过滤网通过限位边定位于阀体的限位凸起部上，过滤网不会因瞬间压力的冲击下产生很大的位置移动，确保产品的过滤功能和使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1至图3所示，本实用新型公开一种篮式过滤器，包括阀体1、阀盖2、缠绕垫片3、过滤网4、螺栓5、排污堵头6、放空阀7和清洗堵头8，过滤网4设于阀体1内，阀盖2通过螺栓5与阀体1固定连接，缠绕垫片3设于阀体1和阀盖2之间，清洗堵头8螺纹连接在阀体1的侧壁上，排污堵头6螺纹连接在阀体1的底面上，放空阀7螺纹连接在阀盖2上，且放空阀7的一端伸于过滤网4内。
为便于更好地将过滤网4定位于阀体1内，在阀体1上设有限位凸起部18，过滤网4端口壁向外延伸并形成有限位边48，限位边48抵触于限位凸起部18上。
为更好地将阀盖2定位于阀体1上，在阀体1上设有限位槽11，在阀盖2上设有与限位槽11相适配的台阶部21。缠绕垫片3设于阀体1的限位槽11内，有效地防止缠绕垫片3错位移动。
为增加过滤网4的强度，在过滤网4内设有加强筋41。
为增加缠绕垫片3的强度，在缠绕垫片3上设有加强环。
本实用新型安装在压缩机、泵、仪表设备的进口端，用来清除介质中的杂质，保护管道上的设备配件免受磨损和堵塞，既可以延长泵和其他设备的使用寿命，又能保证整个系统的安全。

1.一种篮式过滤器，其特征在于：包括阀体(1)、阀盖(2)、缠绕垫片(3)、过滤网(4)、螺栓(5)、排污堵头(6)、放空阀(7)和清洗堵头(8)，所述过滤网(4)设于阀体(1)内，阀盖(2)通过螺栓(5)与阀体(1)固定连接，缠绕垫片(3)设于阀体(1)和阀盖(2)之间，清洗堵头(8)螺纹连接在阀体(1)的侧壁上，排污堵头(6)螺纹连接在阀体(1)的底面上，放空阀(7)螺纹连接在阀盖(2)上，且放空阀(7)的一端伸于过滤网(4)内。
2.如权利要求1所述的篮式过滤器，其特征在于：所述阀体(1)上设有限位凸起部(18)，过滤网(4)端口壁向外延伸并形成有限位边(48)，所述限位边(48)抵触于限位凸起部(18)上。
3.如权利要求1所述的篮式过滤器，其特征在于：所述阀体(1)上设有限位槽(11)，阀盖(2)上设有与所述限位槽(11)相适配的台阶部(21)。
4.如权利要求1所述的篮式过滤器，其特征在于：所述过滤网(4)内设有加强筋(41)。
5.如权利要求1所述的篮式过滤器，其特征在于：所述缠绕垫片(3)上设有加强环。
