Furthermore, the information that the user unlocks the shared vehicle for multiple times can be collected in the process that the user uses the shared vehicle, and charging is carried out in a different charging mode according to the use after different times of unlocking operation.
In another embodiment, the unlocking means may further include: the time acquisition circuit is connected with the distance judgment circuit and used for acquiring the moving speed information of the user terminal under the condition that the judgment distance is reduced to a preset distance threshold value, and acquiring the time spent by the user terminal to reach the shared vehicle according to the speed information and the distance information; the time judging circuit is connected with the time obtaining circuit and used for judging whether the time is in a preset time range or not and triggering the unlocking circuit to start when the time is judged to be in the preset time range; and the unlocking circuit unlocks the shared vehicle after being started. In another embodiment, the information acquisition circuit may further include an order information acquisition sub-circuit, configured to acquire order information of a shared vehicle in the user terminal, and acquire position information of the shared vehicle in an order in the use period; the current information acquisition sub-circuit is used for acquiring current position information of the user terminal and acquiring the position information of the shared transportation means in an idle state closest to the current position; the distance comparison sub-circuit is connected with the order information acquisition sub-circuit and the current information acquisition sub-circuit and used for judging whether the distance between the shared vehicle in the order and the user terminal is smaller than the distance between the nearest shared vehicle in the idle state and the user terminal; the replacement triggering sub-circuit is connected with the distance ratio sub-circuit and used for pushing the shared vehicle in the nearest idle state to the user terminal and acquiring information about whether the user replaces the shared vehicle or not under the condition that the judgment is negative; and the replacement execution sub-circuit is connected with the replacement triggering sub-circuit, and acquires the position information of the shared vehicle after replacement when the information of the shared vehicle replaced by the user is acquired and serves as the position information of the shared vehicle which can be started by the user terminal.
Therefore, for a user with an unfinished service life, in the suspension stage, the vehicle in the idle state closest to the user can be acquired according to the current geographic position information of the user to replace the vehicle in the previous order, so that the user can ride nearby without returning to the original place, and the user experience is improved.

Therefore, for a user with an unfinished service life, in the suspension stage, the vehicle in the idle state closest to the user can be acquired according to the current geographic position information of the user to replace the vehicle in the previous order, so that the user can ride nearby without returning to the original place, and the user experience is improved. This is explained with reference to fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 4, by way of example and not limitation, a user may use a mobile phone 300 carried with him as a user terminal, and the service life of the shared vehicle a is reserved for two hours by using the mobile phone 300. Preferably, the shared vehicle before replacement enters the idle state again for use by other users.
It should be noted that, although the unlocking system provided in this embodiment is provided with only the above functional circuit, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that other functional circuits in the unlocking device of the foregoing embodiment may also be added to the system server as needed, so that the unlocking system can implement corresponding functions.

1. An unlocking device for a shared vehicle, comprising:
the information acquisition circuit is used for acquiring the position information of the shared vehicle and the position information of a terminal capable of starting the shared vehicle when the shared vehicle is in a locked state, and acquiring the distance information between the user terminal and the shared vehicle;
the distance judging circuit is connected with the information acquisition circuit and used for judging whether the distance is reduced to a preset distance threshold value or not;
the unlocking circuit is connected with the distance judging circuit and used for unlocking the shared vehicle under the condition that the judged distance is reduced to a preset distance threshold;
wherein,
the information acquisition circuit comprises a locking detection structure arranged on a vehicle lock component, and the locking or unlocking state of the shared vehicle is acquired through the locking detection structure; or the information acquisition circuit comprises a camera device arranged on the lock component, and the camera device acquires the lock image to acquire the locking or unlocking state of the shared vehicle.
2. The unlocking device according to claim 1, wherein: the information acquisition circuit comprises a first circuit and a second circuit,
the order information acquisition sub-circuit is used for acquiring order information of shared vehicles in the user terminal;
the reservation information judging sub-circuit is connected with the order information collecting sub-circuit and used for judging whether the order information has an order for reservation use or not and triggering the positioning structure to start under the condition of judging that the order for reservation use exists;
and the positioning structure and the reservation information judgment sub-circuit are used for acquiring the position information of the user terminal after being started.
3. The unlocking device according to claim 2, wherein: the information acquisition circuit further comprises a first circuit for receiving the information,
the time information acquisition sub-circuit is connected with the order information acquisition sub-circuit and used for acquiring the reserved time information and the current time information of the reserved use order and acquiring the time difference between the reserved time information and the current time information;
the time judging sub-circuit is connected with the time information collecting sub-circuit and used for judging whether the time difference is smaller than a preset time threshold value or not and triggering the positioning structure to start under the condition that the time difference is smaller than the preset time threshold value; and the positioning structure acquires the position information of the user terminal after being started.
4. The unlocking device according to claim 1, wherein: the information acquisition circuit comprises a first circuit and a second circuit,
the order information acquisition sub-circuit is used for acquiring order information of shared vehicles in the user terminal;
the using information judging sub-circuit is connected with the order information collecting sub-circuit and used for judging whether the order information comprises an order in the using period or not and triggering the positioning structure to start under the condition of judging that the order in the using period exists;
and the positioning structure is connected with the use information judgment sub-circuit and used for acquiring the position information of the user terminal after being started.
5. The unlocking device according to claim 1, characterized by comprising: the information acquisition circuit comprises a first circuit and a second circuit,
the order information acquisition sub-circuit is used for acquiring order information of shared vehicles in the user terminal and acquiring position information of the shared vehicles in the orders in the service life;
the current information acquisition sub-circuit is used for acquiring current position information of the user terminal and acquiring the position information of the shared transportation means in an idle state closest to the current position;
the distance comparison sub-circuit is connected with the order information acquisition sub-circuit and the current information acquisition sub-circuit and used for judging whether the distance between the shared vehicle in the order and the user terminal is smaller than the distance between the nearest shared vehicle in the idle state and the user terminal;
the replacement triggering sub-circuit is connected with the distance ratio sub-circuit and used for pushing the shared vehicle in the nearest idle state to the user terminal and acquiring information about whether the user replaces the shared vehicle or not under the condition that the judgment is negative;
and the replacement execution sub-circuit is connected with the replacement triggering sub-circuit, and acquires the position information of the shared vehicle after replacement when the information of the shared vehicle replaced by the user is acquired and serves as the position information of the shared vehicle which can be started by the user terminal.
6. The unlocking device according to claim 1, wherein: the user terminal customizes the terminal of the shared vehicle for the user.
7. The unlocking device according to claim 1, further comprising:
the time acquisition circuit is connected with the distance judgment circuit and used for acquiring the moving speed information of the user terminal under the condition that the judgment distance is reduced to a preset distance threshold value, and acquiring the time spent by the user terminal to reach the shared vehicle according to the speed information and the distance information;
the time judging circuit is connected with the time obtaining circuit and used for judging whether the time is in a preset time range or not and triggering the unlocking circuit to start when the time is judged to be in the preset time range;
and the unlocking circuit unlocks the shared vehicle after being started.
8. The unlocking device according to claim 1, characterized by comprising:
the locking information acquisition circuit is used for acquiring locking time information of the shared vehicle entering a locking state;
the locking time acquisition circuit is connected with the locking information acquisition circuit and used for acquiring opening time information for triggering the shared vehicle to be opened by a user terminal capable of opening the shared vehicle and acquiring the time difference between the opening time information and the locking time information;
and the unlocking judging circuit is connected with the locking time acquisition circuit and used for judging whether the time difference exceeds a preset time threshold value or not and sending the information of keeping the locking state to the unlocking circuit under the condition of judging the time difference exceeds the preset time threshold value.
9. A shared vehicle, characterized by: the shared vehicle having the unlocking device of any one of claims 1-8.
10. A user terminal, characterized by: the user terminal is a portable device of a user, is provided with a positioning structure and a communication structure, and can trigger the unlocking device of any one of claims 1-8 to be opened.
11. An unlocking system for a shared vehicle, comprising:
a system server, the system server comprising,
the information acquisition circuit is used for acquiring the position information of the shared vehicle and the position information of a terminal capable of starting the shared vehicle when the shared vehicle is in a locked state, and acquiring the distance information between the user terminal and the shared vehicle;
a distance determination circuit, a continuous information acquisition circuit, for determining whether the distance is reduced to a preset distance threshold;
the unlocking trigger circuit is connected with the distance judging circuit and used for sending instruction information for unlocking the shared vehicle under the condition that the judging distance is reduced to a preset distance threshold value;
the server communication circuit is used for communicating with the unlocking device and sending the instruction information to the unlocking device;
the information acquisition circuit comprises a locking detection structure arranged on a vehicle lock component, and the locking or unlocking state of the shared vehicle is acquired through the locking detection structure; or the information acquisition circuit comprises a camera device arranged on the vehicle lock component, and the camera device is used for acquiring the image of the vehicle lock so as to acquire the locking or unlocking state of the shared vehicle;
an unlocking device mounted on the shared vehicle, the unlocking device comprising,
the unlocking device communication circuit is used for communicating with the system server and receiving and transmitting information;
the lock is used for executing unlocking operation according to the instruction information of the system server;
and the user terminal is a terminal capable of starting the shared vehicle.
