Preferably, but not limited to, the vehicle ordering terminal 400 may be a mobile terminal commonly used in a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a tablet computer, etc., and various intelligent wearable electronic devices, such as smart glasses, smart watches, etc. In this embodiment, preferably, a mobile phone is used.
Preferably, but not by way of limitation, the terminal communication circuit 430 employs a wireless transceiver to perform a communication function. Preferably, but not limited to, the wireless communication function of the wireless transceiver device may be implemented by a GSM wireless transceiver module, through which the vehicle ordering terminal can implement communication with the server.
Preferably, but not by way of limitation, the order terminal 400 further includes a display structure (not shown), which in this embodiment is an electronic display screen, such as a TFT or OLED display screen. In this embodiment, the display screen preferably adopts an OLED material, and the OLED has the characteristics of light weight, self-luminescence, large visual angle, full color, and the like, and is better than the TFT material.
As shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a working state of a vehicle ordering terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As can be seen from the figure, fig. 5 includes: order terminal 500, display box 510, select box 520.
In this embodiment, the information "you have acquired three scanning unlock failures, you have successfully reserved for shared vehicles" is output in display box 510. The selection box 520 has buttons for "route navigation" and "cancel reservation". If the order terminal 500 determines that it is correct, the user is now looking for a shared vehicle, and the user can more quickly find the reserved shared vehicle by navigating the route by selecting the "route navigation" button. If the reservation is not the result the user wants to get, the user can cancel the reservation for the vehicle by selecting the "cancel reservation" button.
As a preferred but not limiting method, the following method may be adopted for judging unlocking failure of the user: when the vehicle is provided with the electronic lock, if the electronic lock cannot be opened, feedback information is generated, and after the feedback information of the electronic lock of the vehicle is received, the vehicle is judged to be unavailable; if the mechanical lock is used for the vehicle, a pressure sensor can be arranged in the mechanical lock, and whether the lock tongue of the mechanical lock returns to an open state or not can be judged through the pressure sensor.
Preferably, but not by way of limitation, the vehicle displacement may also be collected to determine whether the vehicle is available. As an example, when the user inputs the identification code of the vehicle at the vehicle ordering terminal, a time range, for example, 1 minute is preset. And acquiring the displacement of the target shared vehicle after one minute, and judging that the target shared vehicle is in an unavailable state if the position of the target shared vehicle does not move.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of another working state of the vehicle ordering terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6.
As can be seen from the figure, fig. 6 includes: order terminal 600, first display box 610, second display box 620.
In this embodiment, the method for determining whether the user has a vehicle demand according to the user behavior feature is as follows:
the method comprises the steps that the behavior characteristics of the vehicle are preset by a user, and when the behavior characteristics are met, reservation operation is triggered for the user;
collecting behavior characteristics of a user, and comparing the behavior characteristics with the behavior characteristics of a vehicle preset by the user;
and if the comparison results are consistent, judging that the user has vehicle requirements.
Preferably, but not limited to, in the order terminal 600, the contents in the first display frame 610 and the second display frame 620 are a behavior feature preset by a user and a geographical region preset. In this embodiment, the behavior characteristics preset by the user in the first display box 610 are: 1. swing left and right three times; 2. continuously clapping hands for three times; 3. continuously jumping for three times; 4. the walking speed exceeds 6m/s; … …. The specific behavior features are not limited herein. The content "preset area" displayed from the second display frame 620: as known in "within 100 meters around the XXX cell gate", the predetermined area is within 100 meters around the XXX cell gate. For example, when the user sets the behavior feature of the reserved shared vehicle to be the behavior feature, the user walks to a preset geographical area to perform a preset action, and the reserved shared vehicle is reserved for the user after being identified by the vehicle booking terminal.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of a system for reserving and sharing a vehicle based on user behavior according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As can be seen from the figure, fig. 7 includes: the system 700 for reservation based on user behavior includes a shared vehicle 710, a server 720, a vehicle-ordering terminal 730, a positioning circuit 711, an in-vehicle communication circuit 712, a reservation circuit 721, a server communication circuit 722, a determination circuit 723, a region condition circuit 724, an input circuit 731, a terminal communication circuit 732, and an information acquisition circuit 733.
The system 700 based on user behavior reservation in the present embodiment includes:
the shared vehicle 710, including the vehicle body structure, further includes,
a positioning circuit 711 for positioning the shared vehicle 710;
a vehicle-mounted communication circuit 712 connecting the positioning circuit 711 and the server 720 for transmitting the acquired positioning information to the server 720;
a server 720, the server 720 comprising,
the server communication circuit 722 is configured to communicate with the shared vehicle 710 and the vehicle ordering terminal 730, and acquire positioning information of the shared vehicle 710 and position information and behavior feature information of the user acquired by the vehicle ordering terminal 730;
a determination circuit 723 connected to the server communication circuit 722 for determining whether there is a vehicle demand according to the behavior characteristics of the user;
a reservation circuit 721 connected to the determination circuit 723 for reserving the shared vehicle for the user when the determination circuit 723 determines that the user has a vehicle demand;
a bookbinding terminal 730, which includes,
the information acquisition circuit 733 is used for acquiring the position information and behavior characteristic information of the user;
and a terminal communication circuit 732 connected to the server 720 and the information acquisition circuit 733, and configured to communicate with the server 720 and transmit the information acquired by the information acquisition circuit 733 to the server 720.
Preferably, but not limited to, the server 720 is further provided with a regional condition circuit 724 for determining whether the current location of the user is located in a preset geographic area, where the aforementioned determination circuit is valid or the condition triggers the determination circuit to execute.
Preferably, but not by way of limitation, the geographic condition circuit 724 includes:
the storage sub-chip is used for storing geographic area information preset by a user;
the regional condition sub-circuit is connected with the storage sub-chip and is used for comparing the geographical area where the current position of the user is positioned with the geographical area information preset by the user and judging whether the current position of the user is positioned in the geographical area preset by the user or not;
and the output sub-circuit is connected with the region condition circuit and is used for outputting a judging result when the judging result is yes.
Preferably, but not by way of limitation, the order terminal further comprises an input circuit 731 for inputting a behavior feature preset by a user, the behavior feature being capable of triggering a behavior of the reservation sharing vehicle.
Preferably, but not by way of limitation, the information acquisition circuit 733 includes:
the first information acquisition sub-circuit is used for acquiring one or more of the walking speed, the walking direction, the walking route and the walking gesture of the user;
and the second information acquisition sub-circuit is used for acquiring the times of failure of the user to start the shared vehicle on the vehicle ordering terminal and/or the vehicle.
Preferably, but not limited to, the server 720 further includes an electronic lock unlocking circuit for triggering an electronic lock unlocking operation when a user reaches a preset threshold value of the reserved shared vehicle.
Preferably, but not limited to, the distance threshold may be set to 3 meters, and when it is determined that the user walks within 3 meters of the reserved shared vehicle according to the positioning information of the user and the positioning information of the shared vehicle, the electronic lock opening operation is triggered to open the shared vehicle for the user, so that the time for opening the shared vehicle by the user is saved, and the user experience is improved.
In the several embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed related apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, e.g., the division of the modules or units is merely a logical functional division, and there may be additional divisions when actually implemented, e.g., multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed.
The units described as separate units may or may not be physically separate, and units shown as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment.
In addition, each functional unit or module in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated in one unit. The integrated units may be implemented in hardware or in software functional units.

Claims (17)

1. A method for reserving a shared vehicle based on user behavior, the method comprising the steps of:
collecting user behavior characteristics, and judging whether a user has a vehicle demand according to the user behavior characteristics;
if the result is yes, reserving the shared vehicle for the user,
wherein the collection of the user behavior characteristics is performed in a preset geographical area,
wherein the method for presetting the geographic area comprises the following steps of,
collecting historical vehicle records of a user, and judging historical starting vehicle positions, vehicle finding routes and parking vehicle positions of the user according to the vehicle records;
a preset distance range, taking the area including the position and the route in the preset distance range as a preset area,
wherein the behavioral characteristics of the user include at least one of,
the vehicle two-dimensional code is scanned at the vehicle ordering terminal, and/or the unlocking operation is triggered by inputting the vehicle identification code;
unlocking the shared vehicle on the vehicle;
opening a vehicle ordering terminal to trigger a vehicle searching behavior;
opening a vehicle ordering terminal to check nearby shared vehicles;
the travel route leads to a shared vehicle public parking area.
2. A method of reserving a shared vehicle based on user behavior as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the method for reserving and sharing the vehicle for the user through the user behavior characteristics comprises the steps of collecting scanning operation of the user on the two-dimensional code of the vehicle;
identifying whether a vehicle lock is opened after the two-dimensional code is scanned;
and if the unlocking of the lock fails, reserving the shared vehicle for the user.
3. A method of reserving a shared vehicle based on user behavior as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the method for reserving and sharing the vehicle for the user through the user behavior characteristics comprises the steps of collecting vehicle finding behaviors triggered by opening a vehicle ordering terminal by the user;
identifying whether the user successfully finds the target sharing vehicle;
if not, reserving the shared vehicle for the user.
4. A method of reserving a shared vehicle based on user behavior as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the method for reserving the shared vehicles for the user through the behavior characteristics of the user comprises the steps of identifying whether the user has the behavior of opening a vehicle ordering terminal to check the nearby shared vehicles;
if yes, reserving the shared vehicle for the user.
5. A method of reserving a shared vehicle based on user behavior as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the method for reserving the shared vehicle for the user according to the behavior characteristics of the user comprises the steps of collecting the current walking route of the user;
judging whether the current walking route of the user leads to a shared vehicle public parking area or not;
if the result is yes, reserving the shared vehicle for the user.
6. A method of reserving a shared vehicle based on user behavior as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the method for reserving the shared vehicle for the user according to the behavior characteristics of the user comprises the steps of collecting unlocking operation of the user on the vehicle ordering terminal and/or the vehicle on the shared vehicle;
identifying whether the vehicle is in a reserved or repair state through unlocking operation;
and if the vehicle is in a reservation or repair report state, reserving and sharing the vehicle for the user.
7. A method of reserving a shared vehicle based on user behavior as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the method for reserving the shared vehicle for the user is based on the walking route of the user, and reserving the shared vehicle closest to the user.
8. A method of reserving a shared vehicle based on user behavior as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the method for judging whether the user has a vehicle demand according to the behavior characteristics of the user comprises the steps of presetting the behavior characteristics of the vehicle by the user, and triggering reservation operation for the user when the behavior characteristics are met;
collecting behavior characteristics of a user, and comparing the behavior characteristics with the behavior characteristics of a vehicle preset by the user;
and if the comparison results are consistent, judging that the user has vehicle requirements.
9. A method of reserving a shared vehicle based on user behavior as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the preset vehicle finding behavior of the user is characterized by one or more of swinging frequency, walking speed, walking route and walking direction change frequency; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the number of times of failure to open the shared vehicle at the order terminal or vehicle.
10. A vehicle ordering terminal for reserving a shared vehicle based on user behavior corresponding to the method of any one of the preceding claims 1-9, characterized by comprising: the judging circuit is used for judging whether the user has a vehicle demand according to the behavior characteristics of the user;
and the reservation circuit is connected with the judging circuit and is used for reserving the shared vehicle for the user when judging that the user has a vehicle demand.
11. A vehicle ordering terminal for reserving a shared vehicle based on user behavior as claimed in claim 10, wherein:
the vehicle ordering terminal comprises an information identifying circuit for identifying whether the current position of the user is a preset geographical area, the information identifying circuit comprises,
the information acquisition sub-circuit is used for acquiring the geographical area where the current position of the user is located;
the storage chip is used for storing geographic area information preset by a user;
and the information judging sub-circuit is connected with the information collecting sub-circuit and the storage chip and is used for comparing the geographical area where the current position of the user is positioned with the geographical area information preset by the user and judging whether the geographical area where the current position of the user is positioned is the geographical area preset by the user or not.
12. A system for reservation of a shared vehicle based on user behaviour corresponding to the method of any of the preceding claims 1-9, characterized in that the system comprises: a shared vehicle includes
The vehicle body structure further comprises a first body and a second body,
the positioning circuit is used for positioning the sharing vehicle;
the vehicle-mounted communication circuit is connected with the positioning circuit and the server and is used for sending the acquired positioning information to the server;
a server, the server comprising,
the server communication circuit is used for communicating with the shared vehicle and the vehicle ordering terminal to acquire positioning information of the shared vehicle and position information and behavior characteristic information of a user acquired by the vehicle ordering terminal; the judging circuit is connected with the server communication circuit and is used for judging whether the vehicle needs exist or not according to the behavior characteristics of the user;
the reservation circuit is connected with the judging circuit and is used for reserving the shared vehicle for the user when the judging circuit judges that the user has a vehicle demand;
a vehicle ordering terminal, the terminal comprising,
the information acquisition circuit is used for acquiring the position information and behavior characteristic information of the user;
and the terminal communication circuit is connected with the server and the acquisition circuit and is used for communicating with the server and sending the information acquired by the acquisition circuit to the server.

A system for reserving a shared vehicle based on user behavior as claimed in claim 12, wherein: the server is also provided with a region condition circuit which is used for judging whether the current position of the user is located in a preset geographic area, and the judging circuit is effective under the condition that the current position of the user is located in the content of the geographic area or the judging circuit is triggered to execute under the condition.
14. A system for reserving a shared vehicle based on user behavior as claimed in claim 13, wherein: the geographical area condition circuit includes a circuit configuration,
the storage sub-chip is used for storing geographic area information preset by a user;
the regional condition sub-circuit is connected with the storage sub-chip and is used for comparing the geographical area where the current position of the user is positioned with the geographical area information preset by the user and judging whether the current position of the user is positioned in the geographical area preset by the user or not;
and the output sub-circuit is connected with the region condition circuit and is used for outputting a judging result when the judging result is yes.

A system for reserving a shared vehicle based on user behavior as claimed in claim 12, wherein: the vehicle ordering terminal further comprises an input circuit, wherein the input circuit is used for inputting behavior characteristics preset by a user, and the behavior characteristics can trigger the behavior of the vehicle for ordering and sharing.
16. A system for reserving a shared vehicle based on user behavior as claimed in claim 15, wherein: the information acquisition circuit comprises a circuit board and a control circuit,
the information acquisition sub-circuit is used for acquiring behavior characteristics of a user, wherein the behavior characteristics comprise one or more of walking speed, walking direction, walking route and walking gesture; and/or the number of times the user fails to turn on the shared vehicle at the order terminal or on the vehicle.

A system for reserving a shared vehicle based on user behavior as claimed in claim 12, wherein: the server also comprises an electronic lock unlocking circuit which is used for triggering the electronic lock unlocking operation when the user reaches the preset threshold value of the reserved shared vehicle.
