本实用新型涉及作为换热介质的熔盐储热罐。
背景技术
熔盐储热系统是利用熔盐的温度变化将能量以热的形式储存起来。目前太阳能光热发电储能系统主要采用双罐式熔盐储热,即一个低温罐,一个高温罐。这种双罐式适合大型熔盐储热系统,成本较高,不适合在中型熔盐储热系统使用。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种适合在中型熔盐储热系统使用的熔盐储热罐。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它是由罐体和罐底组成,其特征是:所述罐体呈夹芯层结构,具体是以桁架为夹芯层,桁架的里侧是绝热层,桁架的外侧是活动房夹芯板;所述绝热层是,在金属板的外表面均匀固定若干个锚固件,将硅酸铝纤维毯盖在金属板的外表面,使所有的锚固件插在硅酸铝纤维毯上;
所述罐底自上而下由空腔层、砂垫层、保温砖层和钢筋混凝土层复合构成;所述空腔层由腔壁位于上、下盖板之间围成,在腔内均匀布置若干个支撑座支撑在上、下盖板之间,腔壁外边缘嵌入绝热层里;砂垫层和保温砖层外边缘抵达活动房夹芯板内侧;活动房夹芯板安装在钢筋混凝土层上,使罐底形成塔基形的三台阶。
活动房夹芯板具有保温作用;桁架既起支撑、连接作用,也起隔热作用;空腔层起到隔热作用。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的积极效果是:为中型熔盐储热系统提供了成本低廉的熔盐储热罐;整体结构稳定,集绝热保温、防水防潮的和耐腐蚀于一体。
