技术领域
本实用新型属于建筑装饰材料领域，尤其涉及一种装饰面板。
背景技术
近年来，墙面装饰材料开始追求轻型、时尚、环保、安装简单快捷，如传统木塑板、复合铝板等。复合铝板轻巧时尚、款式多样，但材料价格和加工成本都比较高，产品不易回收再利用，传统木塑板虽成本低，但表面花色单一，墙面安装需要龙骨不方便，不易推广应用。
发明内容
为此，本实用新型目的提供一种成本低，安装方便的装饰面板，它包括：面板本体，所述面板本体一侧设有插接条，另一侧设有定位边及与插接条相配合的插接槽，所述定位边为由面板本体材料和改性塑料材料共挤形成的定位边，所述定位边的上表面设有一个凹部，所述凹部为沿定位边的长度方向设置。本实用新型实施例的面板本体材料采用竹或木与树脂粉复合而成的材料，这种材料成本低，面板表面通过包覆不同花色膜变得美观时尚，通过在定位边上设置凹部，可以通过在凹部打上钉子，方便、牢固地将装饰面板固定在墙体上。但竹或木与树脂粉复合而成的材料面板强度和韧度都不是很好，如果在定位边上钉钉子，定位边或整个面板容易裂开或变形，为此，本实用新型装饰面板的整条定位边采用由面板本体材料和改性塑料材料共挤形成，不仅可以提高装饰面板拼插接部位的受力强度，还大大增加了定位边的韧度。
进一步的，为增加定位边的强度，在所述凹部外侧边缘还设有凸起部，所述凸起部为沿定位边的长度方向设置。
本实用新型装饰面板成本低，加工方便，安装方便和牢固，易于推广和应用。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示。本实施例装饰面板包括面板本体1，所述面板本体一侧设有插接条2，另一侧设有定位边3和与插接条2匹配的插接槽4。所述定位边3的上表面设有一个凹部5，所述凹部沿定位边的长度方向设置。所述定位边上表面指远离墙体表面的那一面，下表面为与墙体表面配合的这一面。安装装饰面板时，排钉或钢钉钉入凹部5，将装饰面板固定在墙体上，相邻两块装饰面板之间通过侧边的插接条和插接槽相互插接拼装在一起。
为顺利将钉子钉入凹部5，且在钉子钉入后，装饰面板的插接条2可不受钉子头部阻碍而顺利插入与该块装饰面板邻接的另一块装饰面板插接槽4内，优选的，本实施例将定位边凹部5的宽度设计为5-10mm，深度设计为1±0.5mm。
本实施例的面板本体材料采用竹或木与树脂粉复合而成的材料，这种材料的装饰面板成本低，面板图案丰富多彩，但单一使用时，这种材料强度和韧度不是最佳，本实施例优选将面板定位边采用面板本体材料和改性特种塑料材料共挤形成，可有效提高面板拼装部位打钉安装时的强度和韧度。
为进一步增加定位边的强度，在所述凹部5外侧边缘还设有凸起部6，所述凸起部为沿定位边的长度方向设置。

1.一种装饰面板，包括面板本体（1），所述面板本体一侧设有插接条（2），另一侧设有定位边（3）及与所述插接条（2）相配合的插接槽（4），其特征在于：所述定位边（3）为由面板本体材料和改性塑料材料共挤形成的定位边，所述定位边的上表面设有一个凹部（5），所述凹部为沿定位边的长度方向设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的装饰面板，其特征在于：所述凹部（5）外侧边缘设有一个凸起部（6），所述凸起部为沿定位边的长度方向设置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装饰面板，其特征在于：所述凹部（5）的宽度为5-10mm，深度为1±0.5mm。
