背景技术
现有的轮毂电机,胎皮直接和轮毂注塑在一起,在胎皮磨损后需更换整个电机或外轮毂及内置磁片,使得用户更换难度大且成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种可以更换胎皮,从而减少成本的轮毂电机。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型是这样实现的,本实用新型提供的一种轮毂电机,包括:轮毂和套设在所述轮毂上的环状胎皮,所述胎皮与所述轮毂固定连接,所述轮毂外表面沿轴向设置有若干定位筋,所述胎皮的内表面设有与所述定位筋形状适配的凹槽,所述定位筋卡在所述凹槽内。
本实用新型进一步地技术方案是,所述定位筋的横截面为防止所述胎皮径向滑动的扇形,且所述扇形定位筋的远离所述轮毂的一端的长度大于靠近所述轮毂的一端的长度。
本实用新型进一步地技术方案是,所述定位筋具有拔模角。
本实用新型进一步地技术方案是,轮毂电机还包括设置在所述轮毂一侧端的底盖,所述胎皮位于所述端盖的一侧端设有环状挡片,在所述胎皮套入所述轮毂后,所述底盖与所述轮毂的一侧端固定连接,并将所述胎皮的挡片夹持,以防止所述胎皮轴向滑动。
本实用新型进一步地技术方案是,所述底盖与所述轮毂的一侧端通过螺钉固定连接,所述底盖及轮毂的一侧端对应设有螺钉安装孔。

具体地,请参照图1及图2所示,本实用新型提出一种轮毂电机,包括:轮毂1和套设在所述轮毂1上的环状胎皮2,所述胎皮2与所述轮毂1固定连接,所述轮毂1外表面沿轴向设置有若干定位筋5,所述胎皮2的内表面设有与所述定位筋5形状适配的凹槽,所述定位筋5卡在所述凹槽内。。
由于将所述轮毂电机的所述轮毂1与所述胎皮2分离设置,所述轮毂1外表面沿轴向设置有若干所述定位筋5,所述胎皮2的内表面设有与所述定位筋5形状适配的凹槽,所述定位筋5卡在所述凹槽内,所述胎皮2和所述轮毂1径向凹凸结构,可以防止所述胎皮2径向脱落,如此,本实用新型提出的所述轮毂电机可更换所述胎皮2且安装结构简易牢固,并大大减少耗损成本。具体地,为了更好的安装固定所述胎皮2,本实施例在所述轮毂1外表面沿轴向间隔设有若干所述定位筋5,所述胎皮2的内表面设有与所述定位筋5形状适配的凹槽,所述定位筋5卡在所述凹槽内。其中,所述定位筋5的长度可以沿所述轮毂1的轴向部分覆盖或全部覆盖。
在安装时,将所述胎皮2从所述轮毂1的一端套入,通过所述轮毂1外表面沿轴向间隔设置的所述定位筋5与所述胎皮2的内表面的凹槽配合,从而将所述胎皮2固定在所述轮毂1上。
此外,为了便于安装所述胎皮2,可以将所述轮毂1一端的所述定位筋5表面设置为斜楔面,并设置所述定位筋5具有拔模角。
进一步地,为了更好的定位安装所述胎皮2,可以将所述定位筋5的横截面设置为扇形,且所述扇形定位筋5的远离所述轮毂1的一端的长度大于靠近所述轮毂1的一端的长度,即设置为沿径向方向由内向外渐扩的齿状,如此可以有效防止所述胎皮2的径向滑动或脱落,使得所述胎皮2在所述轮毂1上的安装更为牢固。
更进一步地,为了更好的定位安装所述胎皮2,作为一种实施方式,所述轮毂电机还可以包括设置在所述轮毂1一侧端的底盖3,所述胎皮2位于所述底盖3的一侧端设有环状挡片,在所述胎皮2套入所述轮毂1后,所述底盖3与所述轮毂1的一侧端固定连接,并将所述胎皮2的挡片夹持,以防止所述胎皮2轴向滑动。
其中,作为一种实施方式,所述底盖3与所述轮毂1的一侧端通过螺钉4固定连接,所述底盖3及轮毂1的一侧端对应设有螺钉4安装孔。

1.一种轮毂电机,其特征在于,包括:轮毂和套设在所述轮毂上的环状胎皮,所述胎皮与所述轮毂固定连接,所述轮毂外表面沿轴向设置有若干定位筋,所述胎皮的内表面设有与所述定位筋形状适配的凹槽,所述定位筋卡在所述凹槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮毂电机,其特征在于,所述定位筋的横截面为防止所述胎皮径向滑动的扇形,且所述扇形定位筋的远离所述轮毂的一端的长度大于靠近所述轮毂的一端的长度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轮毂电机,其特征在于,所述定位筋具有拔模角。
4.根据权利要求1‐3中任一项所述的轮毂电机,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述轮毂一侧端的底盖,所述胎皮位于所述底盖的一侧端设有环状挡片,在所述胎皮套入所述轮毂后,所述底盖与所述轮毂的一侧端固定连接,并将所述胎皮的挡片夹持,以防止所述胎皮轴向滑动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的轮毂电机,其特征在于,所述底盖与所述轮毂的一侧端通过螺钉固定连接,所述底盖及轮毂的一侧端对应设有螺钉安装孔。
