本实用新型提供循环式谷物抛洒烘干塔，它包括有截面呈圆形或方形的塔体，塔体内腔壁上设有加热机构，塔体顶部一侧设有进料斗，进料斗下方的塔体上部设有吸风罩，吸风罩呈内大外小的梯形状，吸风罩较小一端位于塔体外，较小一端端部连接有过滤室，过滤室外端形成出杂口，过滤室底部设有筛网，筛网底部设有导料筒，导料筒底部倾斜向下与吸风罩下方的塔体内腔连接；塔体底部设有倾斜的导料板，导料板较低一端与螺旋提升机进料端连接，螺旋提升机出料端向上延伸至塔体顶部另一侧形成循环口。本方案采用循环抛洒式烘干，在烘干过程中可以除杂，谷物受热均匀，烘干效果好。

本实用新型涉及农业生产技术领域，尤其是指循环式谷物抛洒烘干塔。
背景技术
现有的谷物烘干塔都是内烘式，将谷物堆在塔内烘干，这种方式谷物受热不均，容易造成局部过热。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种受热均匀、烘干效果好的循环式谷物抛洒烘干塔。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所提供的技术方案为：循环式谷物抛洒烘干塔，它包括有截面呈圆形或方形的塔体，塔体内腔壁上设有加热机构，塔体顶部一侧设有进料斗，进料斗下方的塔体上部设有吸风罩，吸风罩呈内大外小的梯形状，吸风罩较小一端位于塔体外，较小一端端部连接有过滤室，过滤室外端形成出杂口，过滤室底部设有筛网，筛网底部设有导料筒，导料筒底部倾斜向下与吸风罩下方的塔体内腔连接；塔体底部设有倾斜的导料板，导料板较低一端与螺旋提升机进料端连接，螺旋提升机出料端向上延伸至塔体顶部另一侧形成循环口。
所述的进料斗底部设有倾斜的进料导板，进料导板较低一端位于循环口一侧，较高一端位于吸风罩一侧。
所述的加热机构由均匀安装在塔体内的电热管构成。
本实用新型在采用上述方案后，螺旋提升机、电热管均为现有，直接购买安装使用，谷物在粗筛后由进料斗进入进行烘干，在谷物进入下落时通过吸风罩对较轻的稻屑等杂物进行吸收去除，吸收时带入的谷粒在进入过滤室后会在自重下下落，下落后通过导料筒导入塔体继续烘干，杂物则通过出杂口排出，首烘后的谷物通过导料板和螺旋提升机提升至循环口再次下落进行循环烘干，烘干后通过底部一侧的出谷口导出即可，废气通过相应的排气管排出；为了增加烘干效果，可以在螺旋提升机的外壳上安装加热管；本方案采用循环抛洒式烘干，在烘干过程中可以除杂，谷物受热均匀，烘干效果好。

下面结合所有附图对本实用新型作进一步说明，本实用新型的较佳实施例为：参见附图1，本实施例所述的循环式谷物抛洒烘干塔包括有截面呈圆形或方形的塔体1，塔体1内腔壁上设有加热机构2，加热机构2由均匀安装在塔体1内的电热管构成，塔体1顶部一侧设有进料斗3，进料斗3下方的塔体1上部设有吸风罩4，吸风罩4呈内大外小的梯形状，吸风罩4较小一端位于塔体1外，较小一端端部连接有过滤室5，过滤室5外端形成出杂口，过滤室5底部设有筛网6，筛网6底部设有导料筒7，导料筒7底部倾斜向下与吸风罩4下方的塔体1内腔连接；塔体1底部设有倾斜的导料板8，导料板8较低一端与螺旋提升机9进料端连接，螺旋提升机9出料端向上延伸至塔体1顶部另一侧形成循环口10，所述的进料斗3底部设有倾斜的进料导板11，进料导板11较低一端位于循环口10一侧，较高一端位于吸风罩4一侧。本实施例的螺旋提升机、电热管均为现有，直接购买安装使用，谷物在粗筛后由进料斗进入进行烘干，在谷物进入下落时通过吸风罩对较轻的稻屑等杂物进行吸收去除，吸收时带入的谷粒在进入过滤室后会在自重下下落，下落后通过导料筒导入塔体继续烘干，杂物则通过出杂口排出，首烘后的谷物通过导料板和螺旋提升机提升至循环口再次下落进行循环烘干，烘干后通过底部一侧的出谷口导出即可，废气通过相应的排气管排出；为了增加烘干效果，可以在螺旋提升机的外壳上安装加热管；本实施例采用循环抛洒式烘干，在烘干过程中可以除杂、谷物受热均匀，烘干效果好。

1.循环式谷物抛洒烘干塔，其特征在于：它包括有截面呈圆形或方形的塔体（1），塔体（1）内腔壁上设有加热机构（2），塔体（1）顶部一侧设有进料斗（3），进料斗（3）下方的塔体（1）上部设有吸风罩（4），吸风罩（4）呈内大外小的梯形状，吸风罩（4）较小一端位于塔体（1）外，较小一端端部连接有过滤室（5），过滤室（5）外端形成出杂口，过滤室（5）底部设有筛网（6），筛网（6）底部设有导料筒（7），导料筒（7）底部倾斜向下与吸风罩（4）下方的塔体（1）内腔连接；塔体（1）底部设有倾斜的导料板（8），导料板（8）较低一端与螺旋提升机（9）进料端连接，螺旋提升机（9）出料端向上延伸至塔体（1）顶部另一侧形成循环口（10）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的循环式谷物抛洒烘干塔，其特征在于：进料斗（3）底部设有倾斜的进料导板（11），进料导板（11）较低一端位于循环口（10）一侧，较高一端位于吸风罩（4）一侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的循环式谷物抛洒烘干塔，其特征在于：加热机构（2）由均匀安装在塔体（1）内的电热管构成。
