背景技术
纺纱过程是把半制品粗纱或条子经牵伸、加拈、卷绕成细纱管纱的纺纱机器，细纱机或粗纱机是纺纱中的主要机器,在纺纱设备机器在高速运转时会产生大量的飞花、尘屑及短绒等，这些飞花、尘屑及短绒等杂质长期积攒堆积在纺纱机上影响纺纱机的散热等，更对现场工作的劳动者带来身体健康的危害，如通过人工打扫的方式进行清理整顿，一方面工作效率低下，影响车间的正常运行，成本大，另一方便由于碎屑小且容易漂浮在空气中，难以清理。
因此，本文提出一种气流纺纱机清洗推车是十分必要的。

针对现有的纺纱机存在的技术问题，本实用新型提供一种气流纺纱机清洗推车。
一种气流纺纱机清洗推车，包括带刹车万向轮、输送管、车体、推手、气动马达、风机叶片、气管接头、吸尘罩、主管体、喷气管、喷气嘴和集尘箱；车体上端面上安装有一集尘箱，所述集尘箱上端经输送管连通风机的出气口，风机进气口连通吸尘罩的出气口，所述吸尘罩经螺栓固接在所述集尘箱上，所述车体上安装有一主管体，所述主管体上连通有若干相互平行的喷气管，所述喷气管上安装有若干喷气嘴，所述车体一端安装有一推手。

1、本实用新型结构简单，很好的满足了其使用需求，利用气管接头接通气流纺纱机的高压气体管路，利用高压气体推动气动马达带动风机叶片转动，产生的负压吸收纺纱机的碎屑等杂质，解决了人工打扫的方式进行清理整顿，一方面工作效率低下，影响车间的正常运行，成本大，另一方便由于碎屑小且容易漂浮在空气中，难以清理的问题，保证了纺纱机车间的空气质量；
2、本实用新型采用清洁车体结构，移动方便，可对多个纺纱机使用，与设置在纺纱机机体上的清洁装置相比具有成本低，工作灵活可靠，使用方便的优点。

本实用新型提供一种气流纺纱机清洗推车，包括带刹车万向轮1、输送管2、车体3、推手4、气动马达5、风机叶片6、气管接头7、吸尘罩8、主管体9、喷气管10、喷气嘴11和集尘箱12；车体3上端面上安装有一集尘箱12，集尘箱12上端经输送管2连通风机的出气口，风机进气口连通吸尘罩8的出气口，吸尘罩8经螺栓固接在集尘箱12上，车体3上安装有一主管体9，主管体9上连通有若干相互平行的喷气管10，喷气管10上安装有若干喷气嘴11，车体3一端安装有一推手4，气动马达5输出轴上安装有若干风机叶片6，利用气流纺纱机上的高压气体推动气动马达5输出轴转动，结构简单，清理成本低，车体3下端安装有若干刹车万向轮1，车体3移动方便省力，气动马达5、主管体9上端的气管接头7分别经气管连通气流纺纱机的进气管，利用气流纺纱机的高压气体清理纺纱机，清理成本低，清洁效果好，气动马达5外表层缠绕有一层隔音毡，可减小气动马达5在工作过程中产生的噪音。
工作原理：该一种气流纺纱机清洗推车工作时，推动车体3，使喷气管10上的喷气嘴11对准纺纱机，首先将主管体9上的气管接头7接通气流纺纱机的高压气体管路，高速气体依次经主管体9、喷气管10、喷气嘴11喷吹到纺纱机机体上，喷吹时间5-8min，然后断开主管体9上的气管接头7的高速气体，接通气动马达5上的气管接头7利用高压气体使气动马达5的输出轴带动风机叶片6高速转动，使风机进气口产生负压通过吸尘罩8将纺纱机机体上漂浮起来的杂质收集到集尘箱12，清洗推车移动方便省力，可在多个纺纱机上使用，利用气流纺纱机的高压气体带动气动马达5带动风机工作运转。
利用本实用新型所述的技术方案，或本领域的技术人员在本实用新型技术方案的启发下，设计出类似的技术方案，而达到上述技术效果的，均是落入本实用新型的保护范围。
