本实用新型涉及一种塑料加工设备,具体涉及一种控制下落流速的废弃塑料均料机。
背景技术
目前大部分的塑料回收加工再利用的过程中都要用到破碎机,要将塑料投入破碎机中破碎成小颗粒后才能做进一步的加工处理,破碎后的废弃塑料颗粒需要经过运输分散,物料在破碎下落的过程中流速难以控制,不能做到物料的均匀散落。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述技术现状,而提供一种新型一种控制下落流速的废弃塑料均料机。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种控制下落流速的废弃塑料均料机,包括分料腔和位于分料腔正下方的下料腔,所述分料腔上方为下料斗,下料斗和分料腔的落口下方设置多排均匀布置的排料板,废弃塑料经过破碎后落入下料腔,所述下料腔在物料落口处横向设有一根金属杆,所述的金属杆下方中央位置焊接一根弹簧,所述的弹簧下方连接一片挡板。
优选的,所述下料腔底部设置出料口。
优选的,所述挡板的长度大于出料口的长度。
优选的,所述金属杆通过设置在下料腔腔体内部的支撑板固定两端。
优选的,所述下料腔和分料腔形成的整体破碎机底部设有可移动的滚轮。
本实用新型的有益效果:本新型通过在下料斗和分料腔的落口下方设置多排均匀布置的排料板,实现破碎的塑料均匀落入,同时通过在分料腔落料口处添加通过弹簧控制的挡板,利用破碎塑料重量来控制下落流速的均料机。

如图1所示,一种控制下落流速的废弃塑料均料机,包括分料腔1和位于分料腔1正下方的下料腔2,所述分料腔1上方为下料斗3,下料斗3和分料腔1的落口下方设置多排均匀布置的排料板5,废弃塑料经过破碎后落入下料腔2,所述下料腔2在物料落口处横向设有一根金属杆7,所述的金属杆7下方中央位置焊接一根弹簧8,所述的弹簧8下方连接一片挡板9,所述下料腔2底部设置出料口4,所述挡板9的长度大于出料口4的长度,所述金属杆7通过设置在下料腔2腔体内部的支撑板6固定两端,所述下料腔2和分料腔1形成的整体破碎机底部设有可移动的滚轮10。
工作时,破碎的物料通过下料斗3进入分料腔1,排料板5将废弃的物料破碎均匀分开落入下料腔2,物料穿过支撑板6支撑的金属杆(7)抵达通过弹簧8拉伸的挡板9,由于重力作用,物料落入挡板9后,弹簧8将被拉伸形成滚落的空间,物料慢慢落入出料口4排除,当物料流入速度太快时,挡板9将被压下到出料口4上方,这样设备将会无法运行,必须停止继续投料破碎,实现了破碎速度的有效控制。
