背景技术
聚乳酸塑料做为生物可降解塑料，应用领域越来越广泛，聚乳酸塑料袋几乎在多个行业都有较为广泛的应用前景。如食品包装袋、垃圾袋、保护塑料袋等。目前，聚乳酸塑料袋生产企业在加工上述方形塑料袋时，均是先将熔融挤出物料吹塑成筒状膜泡，然后再进行机械或人工折边，并在折边处热合制得。在折边生产过程如采用人工无疑将需要耗费大量的人力，成本较高。而现有的机械设备折边，在生产过程中易造成塑料袋两侧折边不均匀，折边效率低。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题，本实用新型提出适用于聚乳酸塑料袋折边装置；能够实现机械折边，并使聚乳酸塑料袋的两侧折边均匀，折边效率高，降低生产成本。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提出适用于聚乳酸塑料袋折边装置；包括机架、人字板，安装在人字板上的压辊，对称设置在人字板两侧的折边装置；所述人字板配合安装在机架上；所述折边装置包括底架、压边板、固定杆和活动杆；所述压边板通过底架固定在机架上，压边板整体呈上窄底宽的三角形板，固定杆匹配安装在压边板上下两端处的侧面，活动杆通过支架与固定杆配合连接。
所述固定杆垂直压边板的侧面设置，活动杆通过安装在支架上的丝杠与支架配合连接，固定杆与支架之间通过套环连接；所述活动杆的一端匹配安装有转动手轮，另一端穿过支架向压边板延伸。
所述固定杆以活动杆为中心对称安装在压边板的侧面，固定杆的一端垂直压边板固定连接，另一端穿过套环后与支架配合连接。
所述人字板包括两个对称设置的平面板体，两平面板体的顶部之间留有间隙；在平面板体上水平均匀间隔设置压辊。
有益效果：
本新型通过设置的机架、人字板和折边装置；使筒状膜泡通过人字板向上运行，折边装置在人字板的两侧，通过转动手轮能够使压边板向筒状膜泡水平运动，将筒状膜泡的两侧向内压折一定的距离，形成折边，调整两侧的转动手轮，使两侧的压折距离相同。提高折边效率，降低生产成本。

本实用新型提出适用于聚乳酸塑料袋折边装置；包括机架、人字板1，安装在人字板1上的压辊11，对称设置在人字板1两侧的折边装置；所述人字板1配合安装在机架上；所述折边装置包括底架、压边板4、固定杆2和活动杆3；所述压边板4通过底架固定在机架上，压边板4整体呈上窄底宽的三角形板，固定杆2匹配安装在压边板4上下两端处的侧面，活动杆3通过支架5与固定杆2配合连接。
所述固定杆2垂直压边板4的侧面设置，活动杆3通过安装在支架5上的丝杠与支架5配合连接，固定杆2与支架5之间通过套环51连接；所述活动杆3的一端匹配安装有转动手轮31，另一端穿过支架5向压边板4延伸。
所述固定杆2以活动杆3为中心对称安装在压边板4的侧面，固定杆2的一端垂直压边板4固定连接，另一端穿过套环51后与支架5配合连接。
所述人字板1包括两个对称设置的平面板体，两平面板体的顶部之间留有间隙；在平面板体上水平均匀间隔设置压辊11。
本新型的折边装置的人字板1对称设置在待折边的筒状膜泡的两边，筒状膜泡从人字板1的中间下部进入，垂直向上运动。在筒状膜泡两侧通过底架安装压边板4，压边板4呈上窄底宽的三角形钢板，固定杆2为金属钢管垂直压边板4的外表面固定焊接安装，活动杆3通过现有丝杆技术安装水平在支架5上；固定杆2通过套环51与支架5固定连接。固定杆2和活动杆3的最外端处匹配安装一固定架。当转动活动杆3外端的转动手轮31时，支架5水平方向移动，支架5再带动固定杆2水平移动，固定杆2再带动压边板4水平远离或靠近筒状膜泡的侧面。压边板4的底部设置有向外的折板，以便能够使筒状膜泡顺畅通过压边板4向上运动。压边板4的上端与人字板1上部间隙相互配合，使筒状膜泡逐渐压缩通过人字板1顶部，再通过顶部配合设置压辊将已经制作有两侧带压折边的筒状膜泡压输送到下一工序。
