技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种温控设备，尤其是一种利用水的导温实现控温/调温的设备。
背景技术
现阶段，市场上大多数温控设备都是采用加热棒加热或压缩机制冷，这些设备或多或少存在着一些制冷不行、加热不行、恒温控制不行等问题；难以满足工业上温度控制的需要。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足，本实用新型提供一种水溶式温控设备，利用水的温度传导，进行各种温度的水配比，使得输出的水达到需要的各种温度。本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种水溶式温控设备，包括：
至少两个储水箱、一个混合水箱；所述各储水箱中用于存放不同温度的水；
各储水箱设置在混合水箱上方；每个储水箱的底部设有连通混合水箱的出水管；
在各出水管上均设有流量传感器和比例电磁阀；各流量传感器连接流量控制器的各输入端，流量控制器的各控制端分别连接各比例电磁阀；
混合水箱的底部设有出水口；且在混合水箱中设有水混合机构。
进一步地，水混合机构为设置在混合水箱中的多片上下交错的横向隔板；且每个储水箱的出水管下方至少有一片横向隔板。
进一步地，混合水箱底部的出水口上设有阀门。
进一步地，各储水箱中设有恒温加热装置。
本实用新型的优点在于：
1）控温更加稳定；
2）降温/升温快捷；能够快速地实现控温；需要快速控温时，利用高温锅炉水和常温自来水，即可快速按需要比例混合后得到所需温度的水；
3）输出的水量大。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
本实施例提供的水溶式温控设备，如图1所示，包括三个储水箱1和一个混合水箱2；三个储水箱1分别是储水箱1A、1B、1C；
储水箱1A、1B、1C并列安装在混合水箱2上方；储水箱1A、1B、1C中分别装40℃、30℃、20℃的水；在其它实施例中，也可装更高温度或更低温度的水；
每个储水箱1的底部设有连通混合水箱2的出水管101；如果需要25℃的水，那么只要将储水箱1B和1C中的水按照1:1的流量放入混合水箱2即可；储水箱1A、1B、1C中可设置现有技术中的恒温加热装置，以保持各自的水温；
为了控制储水箱1流出水的流量，在各储水箱1的出水管101上均设有流量传感器3和比例电磁阀4；
本实用新型的电原理参见图2，包括流量控制器、流量传感器3和比例电磁阀4；图2中只画了一个出水管101上的流量传感器3和比例电磁阀4，另两个出水管101同样如此；
各流量传感器3连接流量控制器的各输入端，流量控制器的各控制端分别连接各比例电磁阀4；在图2中所示的反馈式控制下，能够精确控制各储水箱1的出水流量，从而实现混合后水的温度更精确；
混合水箱2的底部设有出水口201；出水口201上可设置电控阀门203；
当各储水箱1中的水按照控温所需要的比例流入混合水箱2中，能够得到所需要温度的水；但有时候也存在混合水箱2中的水混合不完全均匀的情况；
为此，可在混合水箱2中设置水混合机构202；一个简单的水混合机构202可以是设置在混合水箱2中的多片上下交错的横向隔板204；且每个储水箱1的出水管101下方至少有一片横向隔板204，以使得流入混合水箱2的水在横向上交汇溶和。

1.一种水溶式温控设备，其特征在于，包括：
至少两个储水箱(1)、一个混合水箱(2)；所述各储水箱(1)中用于存放不同温度的水；
各储水箱(1)设置在混合水箱(2)上方；每个储水箱(1)的底部设有连通混合水箱(2)的出水管(101)；
在各出水管(101)上均设有流量传感器(3)和比例电磁阀(4)；各流量传感器(3)连接流量控制器的各输入端，流量控制器的各控制端分别连接各比例电磁阀(4)；
混合水箱(2)的底部设有出水口(201)；且在混合水箱(2)中设有水混合机构(202)。
2.如权利要求1所述的水溶式温控设备，其特征在于，
水混合机构(202)为设置在混合水箱(2)中的多片上下交错的横向隔板(204)；且每个储水箱(1)的出水管(101)下方至少有一片横向隔板(204)。
3.如权利要求1所述的水溶式温控设备，其特征在于，
混合水箱(2)底部的出水口(201)上设有阀门。
4.如权利要求1所述的水溶式温控设备，其特征在于，
各储水箱(1)中设有恒温加热装置。
