本实用新型涉及石油地质中取套管套磨铣领域,具体涉及一种取套管套磨铣工具。
背景技术
在修井过程当中遇到地表几十米内套管破损、腐蚀等其他原因需要换套管。常规做法是通过大修设备进行提升中合点倒扣完成,此方法倒扣误差存在不确定性,常常需要几次重复倒扣才能完成取套管工作;另一做法是通过下入切割工具将套管割断取出,再进行打捞倒扣取出被割断套管的剩余部分;以上取套管施工都需要大修设备配合完成,且施工繁琐,大修施工费用高,施工周期长。因此,如何更简单的实施取套管工艺,缩短工作周期,降低费用,已成为本领域人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种取套管套磨铣工具。
本实用新型一种取套管套磨铣工具,包括上接头、内扶正体、外扶正体、套铣头,所述的上接头通过丝扣连接内扶正体的一端,所述内扶正体的另一端通过丝扣连接外扶正体的一端,所述外扶正体的另一端安装有套铣头,所述的套铣头通过铜焊接到外扶正体上,所述内扶正体与套管外径相同,外扶正体与井壁内径相同,所述内扶正体上下两端包括连接斜面,所述的上接头与内扶正体的连接倾斜面呈45°,所述的内扶正体与外扶正体的连接斜面呈45°。
进一步地,所述的丝扣长为10mm。
本实用新型一种取套管套磨铣工具,与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
工具有内外扶正体的扶正,内扶正与套管接触,外扶正与井壁接触,取套管套磨铣工具限位,使套铣头在下行套铣过程中只能对关键部位工作,速度快、效率高、成本节约50%以上,关键是不造成内外层套管的磨损,从而保证油井的完好。

为了更好的理解本实用新型,下面结合具体实施例和附图对本实用新型进行进一步的描述。
如图1所示本实用新型的技术方案是一种取套管套磨铣工具,包括上接头1、内扶正体2、外扶正体3、套铣头4,所述的上接头1通过丝扣5连接内扶正体2的一端,所述内扶正体2的另一端通过丝扣5连接外扶正体3的一端,所述外扶正体3的另一端安装有套铣头4,所述的套铣头4通过铜焊接到外扶正体3上。
所述内扶正体2与套管7外径相同,外扶正体3与井壁6径相同,从而使得内扶正2与套管7接触,外扶正体3与井壁6接触,进而导致取套管套磨铣工具限位,所述内扶正体2上下两端包括连接斜面,所述的上接头1与内扶正体2的连接倾斜面呈45°,所述的内扶正体2与外扶正体3的连接斜面呈45°,斜面保证上接头、内扶正体、外扶正体不同直径部件的连接。
所述的丝扣长5为10mm。
