背景技术
油田钻井下套管施工中,先下外层的表层套管,再下中层的技术套管,最后下内层的油层套管。下套管过程中,需人工扶正进行套管对接施工,由于套管的外径小于井口的内径,致使套管无法保持居中平衡,上部套管与下部套管垂直度和同心度不一致,后下套管与先下套管的丝扣不容易上紧、上满,工作效率低,施工质量差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述现有技术存在的下套管过程中,套管无法保持居中平衡,工作效率低,施工质量差的缺陷,提供一种钻井下套管用井口扶正装置。
上述目的是由下述方案实现的:
本实用新型由上扶正板、下扶正板、支撑杆组成,上扶正板和下扶正板为开有中心扶正孔的正方形板,上扶正板与下扶正板之间焊接有支撑杆。
本实用新型安装在井口转盘内,有效防止套管在井口的晃动,较好地解决了钻井下套管作业过程中井口套管平衡扶正问题,方便套管对接施工,提高了工作效率,确保施工质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型做进一步描述:
由图1可知,本实用新型由上扶正板1、下扶正板2、支撑杆3组成,其特征是 :上扶正板1和下扶正板2为开有中心扶正孔的正方形板,上扶正板1与下扶正板2之间焊接有支撑杆3。
所述的上扶正板1上开有可挂提钩的通孔1A和通孔1B,通孔1A和通孔1B呈对角线对称分布状。
在下套管过程中,可通过气动小绞车的钩子,分别插入上扶正板1上的通孔1A和通孔1B,控制本实用新型的升降,将其平稳放置于井口转盘内。通过钻机游车和吊卡,将套管居中位于上扶正板1和下扶正板2开有的中心扶正孔内,有效防止套管在井口的晃动,方便套管对接施工,提高了工作效率,确保施工质量。

1.钻井下套管用井口扶正装置,由上扶正板(1)、下扶正板(2)、支撑杆(3)组成,其特征是:上扶正板(1)和下扶正板(2)为开有中心扶正孔的正方形板,上扶正板(1)与下扶正板(2)之间焊接有支撑杆(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钻井下套管用井口扶正装置,其特征是:上扶正板(1)上开有可挂提钩的通孔(1A)和通孔(1B)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的钻井下套管用井口扶正装置,其特征是:上扶正板(1)上开有的通孔(1A)和通孔(1B)呈对角线对称分布状。
