本实用新型涉及一种发酵用水果清洗装置，具体是一种抖振式水果清洗装置。
背景技术
在水果加工的工业化生产过程中，在进行深加工之前需要对水果进行加工处理，比较常规的就是清洗工作，而清洗工作如果靠人工清洗存有劳动强度大、工作环境差、效率低、成本高的问题。现有的清洗一般都是冲洗的形式，其仅能冲洗上表面，而在清洗大量的水果时，其不能清洗水果内部，清洗效果不好。
现有技术中的的清洗装置存在废水，清洗成本高，且水果的清洗时存在清洗难以彻底高效。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供了一种可以采用抖振式结构，便于快速高效的清洁，减少用水量，能全方位清洁的抖振式水果清洗装置。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种抖振式水果清洗装置，包括底座，其特征在于：所述底座上固定安装有立板，所述立板上顶部设有横梁板，所述立板的侧壁上铰接有抖振板，所述抖振板的底部通过气缸活动铰接，所述抖振板的表面设有清洗槽，所述清洗槽的一侧设有挡水板，所述清洗槽内设有多个弹簧座，所述各个弹簧座上设有水果放置槽，所述清洗槽的侧壁上通过排水管连接底部的接水槽，所述横梁板的下表面设有喷淋头。
所述底座上设有操作平台。
本实用新型在底座上固定安装有立板，在立板的顶部设有横梁板，在立板的侧壁上设有抖振板，在抖振板的底部通过气缸活动铰接有清洗槽，在清洗槽内设置有弹簧座，在弹簧座内连接有弹簧座，这样待清洗的水果放置在弹簧座上，在清洗时，上方的喷淋盘进行喷淋，再通过控制气缸活动来实现抖振，这样一遍抖振一遍喷淋，实现了高效清洗，且节省水资源 。
