背景技术
因为钢管生产方法所决定的，例如使用钢板卷曲成型的钢管在成型输出时，一边平移一边旋转，而大型设备频繁停机不利于能源利用，因此，需要一个钢管切断机，能够切断一边平移一边旋转的钢管，并且切口平整，且现有的钢管切断机大都是人工操作的，自动化程度不高。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种钢管切断装置，结构简单合理，能够切断一边平移一边旋转的钢管。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：一种钢管切断装置，该钢管切断装置包括：
导轨，其与钢管平行；
小车，其设置在导轨上；
定位器，其包括竖直固定在小车上的液压缸一，所述液压缸一的伸缩杆上设置有定位轮，所述定位轮的旋转中心与钢管平行；
切割器，其包括竖直固定在小车上的液压缸二，所述液压缸二的伸缩杆上设置有切刀。
进一步的：所述定位轮的外圈为橡胶层。
进一步的：所述定位轮的轴孔长度大于所述定位轮的半径。
进一步的：所述切刀包括电机、护板和旋转刀片。
进一步的：该钢管切断装置包括两个所述定位器。
进一步的：所述小车上至少设置一个主动轮，主动轮和从动轮总数至少为4个。
其特征在于：与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：其一，本实用新型利用钢管平移的力带动小车同步平移，在小车上设置切割器对钢管进行切断，其结构简单合理，使用安全方便。其二，本实用新型对一边平移一边旋转的钢管进行切断时，切口平整；其三，本实用新型采用两个液压缸和主动轮上的电机控制，可自动化程度高。

导轨1，其与钢管2平行；
小车3，其设置在导轨1上，所述小车3上至少设置一个主动轮15，主动轮15和从动轮16总数至少为4个，小车3在导轨1上运动。
定位器4，该钢管切断装置包括两个所述定位器4，其包括竖直固定在小车3上的液压缸一5，所述液压缸一5的伸缩杆上设置有定位轮7，所述定位轮7的旋转中心与钢管2平行，所述定位轮7的外圈为橡胶层6，所述定位轮7的轴孔10长度大于所述定位轮7的半径。
切割器8，其包括竖直固定在小车3上的液压缸二9，所述液压缸二9的伸缩杆上设置有切刀11，所述切刀11包括电机12、护板13和旋转刀片14。
钢管2平移的力带动小车3同步平移，在小车3上设置切割器8对钢管2进行切断

切割器（8），其包括竖直固定在小车（3）上的液压缸二（9），所述液压缸二（9）的伸缩杆上设置有切刀（11）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢管切断装置，其特征在于：所述定位轮（7）的外圈为橡胶层（6）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢管切断装置，其特征在于：所述定位轮（7）的轴孔（10）长度大于所述定位轮（7）的半径。
