太阳能电池板,是由若干个太阳能电池组件按一定方式组装在一块板上的组装件。太阳能电池板的传统安装时,传统的导轨不可以上下翻转安装,只能按特定方向安装,施工不方便,而且,传统的导轨强度低,可承受的压力小,不能满足高雪压条件,对太阳有电池板的夹紧力也弱。

一种中空式太阳能电池板导轨支架,是采用上下对称结构的型材,具有呈中空方框的基体,基体的顶面和底面形成对称的轨道槽。
所述轨道槽的槽底下陷形成沉槽。
所述轨道槽的槽壁顶端向内侧弯折形成轨道槽的挡沿,而向外侧弯折形成卡边,卡边与左右侧面配合形成侧卡槽。
所述基体的左右侧面布设沿型材长度方向延伸的条纹。
所述基体的左右侧面之中部向外弯,使左右侧面的截面呈曲线。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型结构简单,采用上下对称结构,可以上下翻转安装,施工方便;中空方框的基体结构,使导轨强度高,可承受压力大,不易变形;轨道槽结构使安装夹紧力更强。

如图1至图2所示,本实用新型揭示的一种中空式太阳能电池板导轨支架,是采用上下对称结构的型材,具有呈中空方框的基体1,基体1的顶面和底面形成对称的轨道槽2。
为了方便装配其他构件,轨道槽2的槽底下陷形成沉槽3,一方面方便外部螺丝组装时的刺破,另一方面起到内部连接件的点刺破摩擦。
轨道槽2的槽壁顶端向内侧弯折形成轨道槽2的挡沿4,而向外侧弯折形成卡边5,卡边5与左右侧面配合形成侧卡槽6,方便组装卡扣件。基体1的左右侧面布设沿型材长度方向延伸的条纹7,用于进一步方便配合卡扣件并增加双方的摩擦系数。
基体1的左右侧面之中部向外弯,使左右侧面的截面呈曲线,可以增加导轨支架的竖直方向弹性。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种中空式太阳能电池板导轨支架,其特征在于:所述轨道槽的槽壁顶端向内侧弯折形成轨道槽的挡沿,而向外侧弯折形成卡边,卡边与左右侧面配合形成侧卡槽。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种中空式太阳能电池板导轨支架,其特征在于:所述基体的左右侧面布设沿型材长度方向延伸的条纹。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种中空式太阳能电池板导轨支架,其特征在于:所述基体的左右侧面之中部向外弯,使左右侧面的截面呈曲线。
