本实用新型公开了一种用于波形彩钢瓦光伏系统的安装座,其特征在于,包括基座和C型安装槽,C型安装槽固接在基座上方中央,并开口向上;基座两侧各设有1个安装臂,安装臂下表面与波形彩钢瓦的上表面配合,安装臂上设有螺钉安装孔。本实用新型的优点在于:将安装座和铝轨结合为一体,省去了额外的铝轨,既节省了材料,又加快了安装效率;安装座上部有专门的安装槽,方便光伏组件的安装固定;钻尾螺钉固定在波形彩钢瓦的波峰位置,使雨水不会在该位置聚集,防水效果好;安装座中间底部和波形彩钢瓦波谷位置不接触,便于雨水导走。

本实用新型属于太阳能利用领域,具体涉及一种用于波形彩钢瓦光伏系统的安装座。
背景技术
一般的金属屋面的光伏系统需要先将安装座固定到彩钢瓦上,再在安装座上固定铝轨,最后在铝轨上安装光伏组件。结构复杂,安装效率低,防水效果也不好。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型公开了一种用于波形彩钢瓦光伏系统的安装座。
本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
用于波形彩钢瓦光伏系统的安装座,包括基座和C型安装槽,C型安装槽固接在基座上方中央,并开口向上;基座两侧各设有1个安装臂,安装臂下表面与波形彩钢瓦的上表面配合,安装臂上设有螺钉安装孔。
优选地,所述螺钉安装孔设在与波形彩钢瓦波峰相对应的位置,使雨水不会在该位置聚集,防水效果好。
优选地,所述基座底部与波形彩钢瓦波谷的形状不吻合,即将基座安装在波形彩钢瓦波谷中时,基座与波形彩钢瓦之间留有空隙,便于雨水导走。
优选地,所述用于波形彩钢瓦光伏系统的安装座为一体化结构。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明:
如图1和图2所示,用于波形彩钢瓦光伏系统的安装座,包括基座1和C型安装槽2,C型安装槽固接在基座上方中央,并开口向上;基座两侧各设有1个安装臂3,安装臂下表面与波形彩钢瓦的上表面配合,安装臂上设有螺钉安装孔4。所述螺钉安装孔设在与波形彩钢瓦波峰相对应的位置。所述基座底部与波形彩钢瓦波谷的形状不吻合,即将基座安装在波形彩钢瓦波谷中时,基座与波形彩钢瓦之间留有空隙,便于雨水导走。所述用于波形彩钢瓦光伏系统的安装座为一体化结构。
如图3所示,本实用新型的使用方法如下:
(1)在波形彩钢瓦安装座内侧预先粘好泡棉胶带11;
(2)将波形彩钢瓦安装座放置到安装位置,此时基座位于波形彩钢瓦波谷,用螺钉9将安装座固定到波形彩钢瓦上;
(3)将光伏组件7放到波形彩钢瓦安装座上,用和安装座上部的C型安装槽对应的螺栓5、螺母10、组件固定压块6将光伏组件固定好。

1.用于波形彩钢瓦光伏系统的安装座,其特征在于,包括基座和C型安装槽,C型安装槽固接在基座上方中央,并开口向上;基座两侧各设有1个安装臂,安装臂下表面与波形彩钢瓦的上表面配合,安装臂上设有螺钉安装孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于波形彩钢瓦光伏系统的安装座,其特征在于,所述螺钉安装孔设在与波形彩钢瓦波峰相对应的位置。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于波形彩钢瓦光伏系统的安装座,其特征在于,所述用于波形彩钢瓦光伏系统的安装座为一体化结构。
