本实用新型公开了一种曲轴加工时的可调式U型限位支撑结构，其特征在于：包括有U型底座，所述U型底座的中部安装有气缸，所述气缸的活塞杆伸出端安装有固定座，所述固定座的中部设有导槽，且导槽与其上方的弧形支撑板的导轨配合，所述弧形支撑板的支撑表面上设有橡胶垫，所述U型底座的两侧端部分别分布有对应的调节孔，所述调节孔中旋合有锁紧螺栓，且锁紧螺栓的顶紧端安装有橡胶垫片。本实用新型结构设计合理，不但支撑性能好，而且还具有通用性，避免在支撑高度不能调节时，出现误差有一定的外力或不能起到支撑的作用，满足了高精度自动化的加工要求。

背景技术：
目前随着国内工业的飞速发展，工业的自动化程度的提高，涡旋压缩机对曲轴加工精度的要求越来越高，因此对于曲轴钻铣定位夹具的精度和自动化程度要求也随之提高，因此在其夹紧定位加工过程中，其支撑部件大都是简单的支撑结构，其不但不具有通用性，而且在支撑时的高度不能调节，因此其在支撑时会有误差有一定的外力或不能起到支撑的作用，不能满足高精度自动化的加工要求。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种曲轴加工时的可调式U型限位支撑结构。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种曲轴加工时的可调式U型限位支撑结构，其特征在于：包括有U型底座，所述U型底座的中部安装有气缸，所述气缸的活塞杆伸出端安装有固定座，所述固定座的中部设有导槽，且导槽与其上方的弧形支撑板的导轨配合，所述弧形支撑板的支撑表面上设有橡胶垫，所述U型底座的两侧端部分别分布有对应的调节孔，所述调节孔中旋合有锁紧螺栓，且锁紧螺栓的顶紧端安装有橡胶垫片。
通过U型底座的结构，可将待加工的曲轴卡装在一定的位置，其底端通过可升降的弧形支撑板支撑，而且弧形支撑板是通过导槽与导轨固定的，因此当加工的曲轴是不同的弧度是可根据需要进行调节，而且通过气缸驱动，当弧形支撑板上的橡胶垫与曲轴轴面接触时，即可自动停止运行，一方面橡胶垫起到缓冲的作用，另一方面可辅助支撑，避免曲轴表面受损。通过分布的调节孔的结构，可根据需要调整锁紧螺栓的位置进行侧面夹紧。
本实用新型的优点是：
本实用新型结构设计合理，不但支撑性能好，而且还具有通用性，避免在支撑高度不能调节时，出现误差有一定的外力或不能起到支撑的作用，满足了高精度自动化的加工要求。

一种曲轴加工时的可调式U型限位支撑结构，包括有U型底座1， U型底座1的中部安装有气缸2，气缸2的活塞杆伸出端安装有固定座3，固定座3的中部设有导槽，且导槽与其上方的弧形支撑板4的导轨配合，弧形支撑板4的支撑表面上设有橡胶垫5，U型底座1的两侧端部分别分布有对应的调节孔6，调节孔6中旋合有锁紧螺栓7，且锁紧螺栓7的顶紧端安装有橡胶垫片8。
