本实用新型涉及一种压铸模具，具体说是一种浇口结构。
背景技术
现有的压铸模具的浇口一般采用整体结构，该结构的弊端是：由于受到熔融金属的冲击，非常容易造成浇口内部的损坏，而一旦损坏，就必须更换整个浇口，造成生产成本的提高。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种分体式的浇口结构，具体技术方案如下：
一种分体式浇口结构，浇口套上部设置凸环，浇口套的外侧设置螺纹；固定套的凹槽与浇口套上的凸环配合；固定套旋接在浇口套上；固定套下方依次旋接有支撑环、第一锁定螺母、第二锁定螺母、支撑环、第三锁定螺母及尾套；所述尾套内部设置喇叭口。
本实用新型的优点是：
由于采用分体结构，可根据每个部件的受损情况局部更换，减少了生产成本。

下面结合附图具体说明本实用新型，如图1所示，浇口套8上部设置凸环9，浇口套8的外侧设置螺纹；固定套1的凹槽与浇口套上的凸环9配合；固定套1旋接在浇口套8外侧的螺纹上；固定套1下方依次旋接有第一支撑环2、第一锁定螺母3、第二锁定螺母4、第二支撑环5、第三锁定螺母6及尾套7；所述尾套内部设置喇叭口。
