太阳能电池是通过光电效应或者光化学效应直接把光能转化成电能的装置,太阳能电池片在加工时有时会贴装于背板玻璃上,由于电池片需要吸收太阳能才能转化为电能,现有的电池片吸收太阳能效率一般,功率较低。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种背板玻璃,其能够大大提高电池片吸收的太阳能,提高电池组件功率。
其技术方案是这样的:一种背板玻璃,其包括玻璃本体,其特征在于,所述玻璃本体正面设置有多个矩形贴片区域,所述矩形贴片区域呈矩阵排布,所述玻璃本体上除去所述矩形贴片区域,其余部分均镀有高温油墨层。
其进一步特征在于,所述高温油墨层的油墨为高温油墨(白): 3401-BETA180B9。
采用本实用新型的结构后,电池片贴于矩形贴片区域上,由于高温油墨层的存在,起到聚集太阳能的作用,使得电池片吸收的能量变多变快,有效提高了电池组件的功率。

见图1所示,一种背板玻璃,其包括玻璃本体1,玻璃本体1正面设置有多个矩形贴片区域2,矩形贴片区域2呈矩阵排布,玻璃本体1上除去矩形贴片区域2,其余部分均镀有高温油墨层3。高温油墨层3的油墨为芬奇油墨,型号为高温油墨(白): 3401-BETA180B9。
