Abstract

膜式水冷壁常压热水锅炉包括炉体和炉体中的辐射受热面,本实用新型的辐射受热面采用膜式水冷壁;在炉体后部的对流受热面部分采用翅片管的布置形式,形成辐射受热面加翅片管对流受热面的组合形式。本实用新型结构紧凑,炉膛形式采用了膜式水冷壁的结构,由于膜式壁的整体性能好,传热系数高,所以可采用轻体浇注材料进行炉膛外部的密封,整体上减小了锅炉本体的重量,节约受热面成本20%左右。对流烟道部分设计成翅片管结构,翅片管的单根受热面积是光管的4.5倍,在单位空间内能布置的受热面积约为常规三回程锅炉受热面积的1.5倍。在保证出力的同时,不仅减小了锅炉的整体尺寸,而且对应的锅炉房面积也相应减小,极大的节约了用户的投资资金。

本实用新型属于锅炉技术领域,具体涉及一种膜式水冷壁常压热水锅炉。
背景技术
常压燃油(气)热水锅炉以柴油或天然气为燃料,通过燃烧器对水加热,实现供暖和提供生活、洗浴用热水,锅炉智能化程度高、加热快、低噪音、无灰尘,是一种非常适合中国国情的经济型热销锅炉品种。国内通常的常压热水锅炉形式有两种:
1.CLHS立式锅炉采用燃烧器下置式燃烧方式,燃料在炉胆内微正压燃烧,高温烟气在炉胆内进行辐射换热,再进入烟火管对流换热,最后经上烟箱排出。
2.CWNS卧式锅炉采用全湿背式三回程结构,烟气流程长,为了降低排烟温度,全波纹炉胆设置,使火焰产生强烈扰动,有效防止了因金属热胀冷缩而导致设备寿命的降低。
以上两种锅炉的本体制造均采用锅壳式结构,炉膛受热面形式采用波纹炉胆结构,对流受热面采用螺纹烟管或者光管的结构。波纹炉胆的加工制造工艺复杂,成型处尺寸精度难以保证,且与管板焊接时需要扳边开坡口对接焊处理。一些大型燃油、燃气锅炉在布置受热面时还常用到D型布置的方式,采用光管水冷壁的炉膛结构,对流受热部分采用灯笼体结构的密排对流管束结构,体积大,成本高,制造周期长。由于传统三回程锅炉采用波纹炉胆加锅壳式的结构,炉膛内全部由波纹炉胆组成,不仅加工制造方成复杂,周期长,而且整个波纹炉胆形成的炉膛用料重,成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种膜式水冷壁常压热水锅炉,以减少了锅炉的制造难度和生产周期,节省成本。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:膜式水冷壁常压热水锅炉包括炉体和炉体中的辐射受热面,本实用新型用膜式水冷壁做炉膛四周辐射受热面,翅片管布置在膜式水冷壁管的空间内做对流受热面,两种形式的管子做为锅炉本体受热面,同时配合使用,形成辐射受热面加翅片管对流受热面的组合形式。
本实用新型结构紧凑,炉膛形式采用了膜式水冷壁的结构,由于膜式壁的整体性能好,传热系数高,所以可采用轻体浇注料材料进行炉膛外部的密封,整体上减小了锅炉本体的重量,节约受热面成本20%左右。对流烟道部分设计成翅片管结构,翅片管的单根受热面积是光管的4.5倍,在单位空间内能布置的受热面积约为常规三回程锅炉受热面积的1.5倍。

具体实施方式
膜式水冷壁常压热水锅炉包括炉体1和炉体中的辐射受热面2,辐射受热面2采用膜式水冷壁,在炉体1后部采用翅片管3布置在对流烟道内的对流受热面部分,形成辐射受热面2加翅片管3的对流受热面的组合形式。由于膜式壁的整体性能好,传热系数高,所以可采用轻体浇注料材料进行炉膛外部的密封,整体上减小了锅炉本体的重量。单根翅片管的受热面积是同等长度光管受热面积的4.5倍,能在单位空间内布置更多的受热面积,大大节约了锅炉本体的布置空间,在相同受热面积的条件下所用的钢材重量是传统炉型的67%,降低了耗钢量,节约成本。实际锅炉运行中,我公司一台2.1MW新研制的常压热水锅炉,供热面积为2.5万平方米,排烟温度为98℃,正常负荷运行时室内温度达到19℃-20℃。实验证明,在保证出力的同时,不仅减小了锅炉的整体尺寸,而且对应的锅炉房面积也相应减小,极大的节约了用户的投资资金。

1.一种膜式水冷壁常压热水锅炉,包括炉体(1)和炉体中的辐射受热面(2),其特征是:用膜式水冷壁做炉膛四周辐射受热面(2),翅片管(3)布置在膜式水冷壁管的空间内做对流受热面,两种形式的管子做为锅炉本体受热面,同时配合使用。
