技术领域
本实用新型属于一种燃气炉灶技术领域，属于一种燃气灶的余热回收装置。
背景技术
目前，传统厨房使用的大型燃气灶，其气体燃烧时主要依靠火焰表面的温度对锅底加热，当炒锅压在灶口上，高温喷射的火焰中的大部分会翻下来烧烤在灶膛侧壁的耐火砖上，其余部分则随烟道排掉。由于耐火砖长时间高温烧烤而经常损坏，一般每年要进行两次的维护和更换。气体燃烧时，耐火砖吸收的热量一部分散发在空间，使厨房温度升高，恶化环境，影响厨房的正常工作，另一部分传导在灶体上，长年如此，减少了燃气灶的使用寿命。所以大量的热量没有利用，还造成污染环境，增加运营成本。如何充分利用灶膛内的余热，同时还能减少炉灶的维护，这是人们考虑要解决的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述问题，提出一种厨房燃气炉灶余热回收利用装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的：厨房燃气炉灶余热回收利用装置，其特征在于：设有若干套燃气灶，所述燃气灶内壁设置有水套，所述水套下方设有自来水进水管，所述水套上方设有热水出水管，所述自来水进水管通过自来水表、入户总开关与市政自来水管网相连通，所述热水出水管通过管道与一不锈钢蓄水保温罐相连通，所述不锈钢蓄水保温罐通过管道给洗澡淋浴室、洗菜池、洗碗池、清毒洗碗机、蒸饭机、蒸饭柜、热水水龙头供水，所述不锈钢蓄水保温罐上装设有臭氧发生器，产生臭氧给罐内的水消毒，所述自来水进水管上还装设有管道过滤器。
所述水套采用紫铜圆台状水套，所述不锈钢蓄水保温罐外装有聚氨脂的保温层，并且保温层外做不锈钢防护壳。
本实用新型充分利用炉灶使用时排放的500-600℃的废热烟气；通过废热回收装置将烟气废热有效置换，并以热水的形式存储；炉灶使用即可产生热水；热水可供食堂洗碗、洗菜等使用。

1.一种厨房燃气炉灶余热回收利用装置，其特征在于：设有若干套燃气灶(1)，所述燃气灶内壁设置有水套，所述水套下方设有自来水进水管(2)，所述水套上方设有热水出水管(3)，所述自来水进水管通过自来水表(4)、入户总开关(5)与市政自来水管网相连通，所述热水出水管通过管道与一不锈钢蓄水保温罐(6)相连通，所述不锈钢蓄水保温罐通过管道给洗澡淋浴室(7)、洗菜池(8)、洗碗池(9)、清毒洗碗机(10)、蒸饭机(11)、蒸饭柜(12)、热水水龙头(13)供水，所述不锈钢蓄水保温罐上装设有臭氧发生器，产生臭氧给罐内的水消毒，所述自来水进水管上还装设有管道过滤器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的厨房燃气炉灶余热回收利用装置，其特征在于：所述水套采用紫铜圆台状水套，所述不锈钢蓄水保温罐外装有聚氨脂的保温层，并且保温层外做不锈钢防护壳。
