本实用新型公开了一种卡扣式胶合包装箱，其包括箱体、托盘，所述箱体底板和托盘为一体，箱体六个板面通过卡扣组合在一起，其中四个侧板间的每条棱上有两个卡扣，前侧板、后侧板与底板间每条棱上有四个卡扣，左侧板、右侧板与底板间每条棱上有三个卡扣，所述的底板和四个侧板间的棱有一层保护铁皮，四个侧板间的棱之间的棱也有一层保护铁皮，其中前侧板左右两侧的为带圆孔的铁皮。本实用新型的一种卡扣式胶合包装箱，采用卡扣式结构，方便拆装，当需要库存时，可将包装箱拆卸成板状，不占空间；箱体采用胶合板，可承受的压力强、抗冲击，耐老化。

本实用新型涉及包装运输领域，特别涉及一种卡扣式胶合包装箱。
背景技术
大多数运输包装箱采用木板、铁钉连接而成，有时外表面还固定有钢带，这样的包装箱浪费原木、板面粗糙不美观、拆装困难、重复使用率低。且根据国际通用检验检疫要求，出口产品的实木板包装箱必须经过熏蒸，否则不予出关，熏蒸费用较贵，增加企业生产成本，降低企业的竞争力。一小部分包装箱采用其他材质，如胶合板之类的复合板，胶合板包装箱出口到国外是免熏蒸的，有些企业为降低包装箱成本，采用胶合板材料包装，箱体四周的侧板直接用铁钉连起来，由于胶合板的质地较疏，铁钉固定不够牢固，且拆装困难，重复使用率低。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种拆装方便、重复使用率高、可承受压力强的卡扣式胶合包装箱。
本实用新型技术方案是一种卡扣式胶合包装箱，包括箱体、托盘，箱体材质采用胶合板，所述箱体底板和托盘为一体，箱体六个板面通过卡扣组合在一起，其中四个侧板间的每条棱上有两个卡扣，前侧板、后侧板与底板间每条棱上有四个卡扣，左侧板、右侧板与底板间每条棱上有三个卡扣，所述的底板和四个侧板间的棱有一层保护铁皮，四个侧板间的棱之间的棱也有一层保护铁皮，其中前侧板左右两侧的为带圆孔的铁皮。
本实用新型进一步改进在于，所述箱体的四个侧板和顶板间的通过卡扣固定，其中夹持部卡盘固定在顶板，卡座固定在侧板边缘处。
本实用新型的一种卡扣式胶合包装箱，采用卡扣式将包装箱的各个面组合在一起，方便拆装、重复使用率高。

如图1所示，一种卡扣式胶合包装箱，包括箱体、托盘5，箱体材质采用胶合板，所述箱体底板和托盘5为一体，箱体六个板面通过卡扣2组合在一起，其中四个侧板间的每条棱上有两个卡扣2，前侧板、后侧板与底板间每条棱上有四个卡扣2，左侧板、右侧板与底板间每条棱上有三个卡扣2，所述的底板和四个侧板间的棱有一层保护铁皮4，四个侧板间的棱之间的棱也有一层保护铁皮4，其中前侧板左右两侧的为带圆孔的铁皮3。所述箱体的四个侧板和顶板间的通过卡扣2固定，其中夹持部卡盘22固定在顶板1，卡座21固定在侧板边缘处。
本实用新型是一种卡扣式胶合包装箱，箱体采用胶合板，一方面可承受的压力强、抗冲击，耐老化，另一方面胶合板包装箱出口到国外是免熏蒸的，在符合出口的同时，降低了成本；本实用新型采用的卡扣式结构，将箱体的六个板面组装在一起，方便拆装，箱体的底板直接连接托盘，这样更有方便包装箱装车和在要叉车搬运时更加稳固。

1.一种卡扣式胶合包装箱，其特征在于，包括箱体、托盘，箱体材质采用胶合板，所述箱体底板和托盘为一体，箱体六个板面通过卡扣组合在一起，其中四个侧板间的每条棱上有两个卡扣，前侧板、后侧板与底板间每条棱上有四个卡扣，左侧板、右侧板与底板间每条棱上有三个卡扣，所述的底板和四个侧板间的棱有一层保护铁皮，四个侧板间的棱之间的棱也有一层保护铁皮，其中前侧板左右两侧的为带圆孔的铁皮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种卡扣式胶合包装箱，其特征在于，所述箱体的四个侧板和顶板间的通过卡扣固定，其中夹持部卡盘固定在顶板，卡座固定在侧板边缘处。
