技术领域
本实用新型涉及电气化铁路接触网装备技术领域,尤其涉及一种斜腕臂用定位立柱。
背景技术
电气化铁道接触网系统中,定位支座起连接定位管与定位器的作用,是定位装置中的重要连接件。在我国已建成运营的接触网系统中,标准侧面限界(柱子侧面与线路中心的距离)下采用传统方式连接,传统连接方式的零件为定位支座、定位管、定位环,斜腕臂与这三个零件之间相互连接。一种在小侧面限界情况下,若采用传统连接方式,则连接空间容纳不下以上三种零件,连接件略显繁琐,结构不紧凑。针对这些问题,提出将三种零件功能整合、优化,具有适应小侧面限界工况,结构紧凑、安装简单的特性,一种小限界斜腕臂用定位支座便应运而生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题:在高速铁路曲线半径和侧面限界较小的工况下,设计一种小限界斜腕臂用定位立柱,减少定位环、定位管及紧固件数量,方便现场施工安装及后续维护,提高产品安全性,减少潜在的运营风险。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种斜腕臂用定位立柱,包括定位管和支座,所述的支座包括插入在定位管一端的插接部,在所述的插接部上设有过渡台,在所述的过渡台上设有支撑斜腕臂的固定板,所述的插接部、过渡台以及固定板为整体锻造成型,在所述的固定板上设有连接孔,在所述的固定板上设有连接在连接孔内固定斜腕臂的U型螺栓,在所述的固定板上设有放置斜腕臂的凹槽,在所述的插接部上设有安装孔,在所述的定位管上设有与安装孔匹配的通孔,在所述的安装孔和通孔内设有将支座和定位管固定连接的铆钉。
所述的安装孔设有两个且相互垂直不交叉,所述的通孔与所述的安装孔匹配。
在所述的定位管远离支座的一端设有限位孔,在所述的限位孔内设有限位销。
所述的连接孔均布在固定板四个角,所述的U型螺栓设置有一对。
所述的支座为铝合金或钢材质。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有的优点和效果:
1、本实用新型采用插接部+过渡台+固定板整体锻造结构、铆接工艺组合替代传统定位环、定位管、定位立柱三个连接零件及紧固件,从而实现三者功能优化、合一,减少了零件种类及紧固件数量,符合在小侧面限界工况下,连接空间紧张的连接要求,方便了现场施工及后续运营维护。
2、本实用新型斜腕臂用定位管和支座均采用铝合金或钢锻造工艺制造,替代了传统铝合金铸造工艺,提高产品生产效率,降低产品制造成本的同时,取消了铸造产品检验探伤环节,提高了工人职业健康安全。
3、本实用新型中“十字”垂直布局铆接工艺,连接简单,安全可靠。
4、采用上面结构减少定位环、定位管及紧固件数量,方便现场施工安装及后续维护,提高产品安全性,减少潜在的运营风险。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的斜腕臂用定位立柱包括定位管1和支座2,支座2固定在定位管1一端,在支座2上设有U型螺栓3,U型螺栓3与支座2配合来固定斜腕臂。
如图3所示支座2包括插接部2-1、过渡台2-2和固定板2-3,插接部2-1、过渡台2-2和固定板2-3整体锻造成型,插接部2-1呈柱状插入定位管1内与定位管1连接,在插接部2-1上设有安装孔2-11,安装孔2-11设有两个且相互垂直不交叉,在定位管1上设有通孔1-1,通孔1-1和安装孔2-11是相互匹配的,在通孔1-1和安装孔2-11内设有铆钉4将定位管1和插接部2-1固定连接,采用上面结构安装孔2-11实现十字铆接。过渡台2-2比插接部2-1要大,这样插接部2-1插入定位管1内以后过渡台2-2起到限位作用阻止定位管1移动方便铆接连接,在固定板2-3上设有连接孔2-31,固定板2-3上设有连接孔2-31,该实施例中连接孔2-31设置四个分别设置在固定板2-3四个角,在固定板2-3上设有U型螺栓3,U型螺栓3就连接在连接孔2-31内,一对连接孔2-31上连接一个U型螺栓3即U型螺栓3两端分别连接在两个连接孔2-31内,该实施例中U型螺栓3设置一对正好与连接孔2-31匹配,在固定板2-3上还设有凹槽2-32,凹槽2-32设置为弧面用来放置斜腕臂,凹槽2-32的形状与斜腕臂外形匹配,U型螺栓3和凹槽2-32配合将斜腕臂固定住。除了上面实施例U型螺栓3也可以只设置一个或者更多,设置更多是为了更牢固的固定斜腕臂。
在定位管1远离支座2另一端设有限位孔1-2,限位孔1-2内设置限位销5,限位销5防止定位管安装在外部零件上以后滑脱起到阻挡作用。
以上所述的定位管1和支座2均采用铝合金或钢材质制成。

1.一种斜腕臂用定位立柱,包括定位管(1)和支座(2),其特征在于:所述的支座(2)包括插入在定位管(1)一端的插接部(2-1),在所述的插接部(2-1)上设有过渡台(2-2),在所述的过渡台(2-2)上设有支撑斜腕臂的固定板(2-3),所述的插接部(2-1)、过渡台(2-2)以及固定板(2-3)为整体锻造成型,在所述的固定板(2-3)上设有连接孔(2-31),在所述的固定板(2-3)上设有连接在连接孔(2-31)内固定斜腕臂的U型螺栓(3),在所述的固定板(2-3)上设有放置斜腕臂的凹槽(2-32),在所述的插接部(2-1)上设有安装孔(2-11),在所述的定位管(1)上设有与安装孔(2-11)匹配的通孔(1-1),在所述的安装孔(2-11)和通孔(1-1)内设有将支座(2)和定位管(1)固定连接的铆钉(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜腕臂用定位立柱,其特征在于:所述的安装孔(2-11)设有两个且相互垂直不交叉,所述的通孔(1-1)与所述的安装孔(2-11)匹配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜腕臂用定位立柱,其特征在于:在所述的定位管(1)远离支座(2)的一端设有限位孔(1-2),在所述的限位孔(1-2)内设有限位销(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜腕臂用定位立柱,其特征在于:所述的连接孔(2-31)均布在固定板(2-3)四个角,所述的U型螺栓(3)设置有一对。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜腕臂用定位立柱,其特征在于:所述的定位管(1)和支座(2)为铝合金或钢材质。
