图1是本实用新型的结构示意图,图中包括导线1、端板2、石墨烯层3、隔膜4、电解液5和集流体6,端板2内侧设有石墨烯层3,石墨烯层3上依附设有集流体6,所述集流体6之间设有隔膜4,在隔膜4的两侧设有电解液5。
集流体6、石墨烯层3、电解液5对电容的性能起着关键性作用,集流体6将电极材料涂到集流体上构成超级电容体电极,可以降低整个电极的内阻,集流体一般是耐酸碱耐腐蚀且导电性好的金属材料,金属材料可以是金属铝、铜、钛、不锈钢网或者泡沫镍,当电解液是酸性电解液时,选用金属钛,当电解液是碱性电解液时,使用泡沫镍,在有机电解液中使用金属铝材料。石墨烯层3可以保证电容在大电流下工作稳定。
这种石墨烯超级电容储能设备的结构简单,通过采用石墨烯多做电极材料,石墨烯能够达到比较高的功率密度,能够很好的储存电荷,并且可以保持结构的稳定。

1.一种石墨烯超级电容储能设备,包括导线(1)、端板(2)、石墨烯层(3)、隔膜(4)、电解液(5)和集流体(6),其特征在于:所述端板(2)内侧设有石墨烯层(3),所述石墨烯层(3)上依附设有集流体(6),所述集流体(6)之间设有隔膜(4),在隔膜(4)的两侧设有电解液(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯超级电容储能设备,其特征在于:所述集流体(6)是耐酸碱耐腐蚀且导电性好的金属材料,金属材料是金属铝、铜、钛、不锈钢网或者泡沫镍。
