一种多排扁管的水冷式平行流换热器,扁管的左端插接在左端板上的扁管插口内,右端插接在右端板上的扁管插口内,左端板外侧扣接有左盖板,左端板的内壁上设有隔片,隔片将左端板与左盖板扣合形成的腔体分隔成分流腔室和汇流腔室,其中一排扁管与分流腔室连通,另一排扁管与汇流腔室连通,左盖板外侧设有进水管和出水管,进水管与分流腔室连通,出水管与汇流腔室连通;右端板外侧扣接有右盖板,右端板与右盖板扣合形成的腔体为回流腔室,两排扁管均与回流腔室连通。本实用新型多个回路串联,并将两排扁管层叠在一起,减小了换热器的迎风面积,风机直径也可以大大减小,适用于安装空间位置有限、风扇直径较小的场合。

技术领域
本实用新型属于平行流换热器技术领域,具体是涉及一种多排扁管的水冷式平行流换热器,适用于各种水冷式平行流换热器。
背景技术
现有技术中,水冷式平行流换热器通常是单层多回路的结构形式,或者是多层芯体通过外置管道连接在一起的结构形式。在安装空间位置有限,只能使用较小直径风扇的场合,现有的水冷式平行流换热器不能适用。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是解决上述现有技术所存在的技术问题,提供了一种多排扁管的水冷式平行流换热器。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种多排扁管的水冷式平行流换热器,包括两排扁管以及夹持在相邻扁管间的散热翅片,所述扁管的左端插接在左端板上的扁管插口内,右端插接在右端板上的扁管插口内,左端板外侧扣接有左盖板,左端板的内壁上设有隔片,隔片将左端板与左盖板扣合形成的腔体分隔成分流腔室和汇流腔室,其中一排扁管与分流腔室连通,另一排扁管与汇流腔室连通,左盖板外侧设有进水管和出水管,进水管与分流腔室连通,出水管与汇流腔室连通;右端板外侧扣接有右盖板,右端板与右盖板扣合形成的腔体为回流腔室,两排扁管均与回流腔室连通。
本实用新型将多层扁管叠合成排,两排叠合成排的多层扁管插接在左右端板上构成换热芯体,换热水经进水管进入分流腔室,分流后流经一排扁管,在回流腔室汇流后再经另一排扁管回流到汇流腔室,最后经出水管流出,扁管间的散热翅片散去换热水中的热量。多个回路串联,并将两排扁管层叠在一起,减小了换热器的迎风面积,风机直径也可以大大减小,适用于安装空间位置有限、风扇直径较小的场合。

实施例:参看图1,一种多排扁管的水冷式平行流换热器,包括两排扁管以及夹持在相邻扁管间的散热翅片,上下两根边板将边缘处的翅片压制在扁管上。扁管的左端插接在左端板上的扁管插口内,右端插接在右端板上的扁管插口内,左端板外侧扣接有左盖板,左端板的内壁上设有隔片,隔片将左端板与左盖板扣合形成的腔体分隔成分流腔室和汇流腔室,其中一排扁管与分流腔室连通,另一排扁管与汇流腔室连通,左盖板外侧设有进水管和出水管,进水管与分流腔室连通,出水管与汇流腔室连通;右端板外侧扣接有右盖板,右端板与右盖板扣合形成的腔体为回流腔室,两排扁管均与回流腔室连通。
本实用新型将多层扁管叠合成排,两排叠合成排的多层扁管插接在左右端板上构成换热芯体,换热水经进水管进入分流腔室,分流后流经一排扁管,在回流腔室汇流后再经另一排扁管回流到汇流腔室,最后经出水管流出,扁管间的散热翅片散去换热水中的热量。多个回路串联,并将两排扁管层叠在一起,减小了换热器的迎风面积,风机直径也可以大大减小,适用于安装空间位置有限、风扇直径较小的场合。

1.一种多排扁管的水冷式平行流换热器,包括两排扁管以及夹持在相邻扁管间的散热翅片,其特征在于所述扁管的左端插接在左端板上的扁管插口内,右端插接在右端板上的扁管插口内,左端板外侧扣接有左盖板,左端板的内壁上设有隔片,隔片将左端板与左盖板扣合形成的腔体分隔成分流腔室和汇流腔室,其中一排扁管与分流腔室连通,另一排扁管与汇流腔室连通,左盖板外侧设有进水管和出水管,进水管与分流腔室连通,出水管与汇流腔室连通;右端板外侧扣接有右盖板,右端板与右盖板扣合形成的腔体为回流腔室,两排扁管均与回流腔室连通。
