参照图1，本实施例包括机架1、升降气缸2、缓冲垫3、振紧平台4和阻尼毛刷5，所述升降气缸2安装在机架1上，所述振紧平台4与升降气缸2相连，所述振紧平台4上设有导向杆6，所述导向杆6通过直线轴承7安装在机架1上，所述缓冲垫3位于振紧平台4下方，所述阻尼毛刷5固定安装在振紧平台4上。
本实施例中，所述导向杆6为两组。
工作时，将饼子8(模具)从回转线的模具托盘上拉到振紧平台4上(振紧平台高位为初始位置)，升降气缸2快速下降，将饼子内的封口剂振紧(阻尼毛刷的作用是让饼子紧贴振紧平台表面，同时防止振紧时饼子跑偏)，升降气缸2上升，振紧平台4回到高位。

1.封口剂振紧装置，其特征在于：包括机架、升降气缸、缓冲垫、振紧平台和阻尼毛刷，所述升降气缸安装在机架上，所述振紧平台与升降气缸相连，所述振紧平台上设有导向杆，所述导向杆安装在机架上，所述缓冲垫位于振紧平台下方，所述阻尼毛刷固定安装在振紧平台上。
