本实用新型涉及工业设备领域,尤其涉及一种多级节能型空调机组。
背景技术
化纤企业车间内中央空调的控制、运行,对生产、质量的稳定至关重要。由于该设备一年四季连续运转,能耗占比大,直接影响生产成本的高低。例如:一套年产1万吨生产线(24个位),配套一套中央空调机组,仅送风系统和喷淋循环水泵装机功率就达96.5KW,仅此两项每天耗电为2316度。夏季高温季节时需要增开冷冻机组,耗电量更是大大增加。其中,送风系统包括一只侧吹风送风机(功率45KW)、一只环境送风机(功率18.5KW)、一只回风机(功率22KW)、一只喷淋循环水泵(功率11KW)。在生产线满负荷运行条件下,该空调机组满负荷自动运行,当生产线减负荷运行时,空调机组虽然根据变频控制自动调节,但侧吹风送风机是单级(单只)控制运行,当生产线减负荷至50%以下时,变频频率降至50%以下时,空调机组低速运转,导致风机电机易发热,会出现跳闸现象,且能耗较大。

本实用新型提供一种多级节能型空调机组,能够实现空调机组的多级控制,节约能源。
一种多级节能型空调机组,包括送风机机组,所述送风机机组由三台送风机并联组成,并通过空调输送管连接超声波雾化加湿器,所述超声波雾化加湿器包含八组超声波雾化喷头,所述送风机机组和超声波雾化加湿器均连接控制器,所述送风机受控制器控制,控制器可以根据需要调节送风机的工作方式,三台送风机满负荷工作或者关闭一台或两台送风机,实现空调机组的多级控制。
进一步的,所述超声波雾化加湿器功率为2.4KW,所述送风机功率为4KW。
本实用新型的有益效果是:(1)结构简单、紧凑,占地面积小;(2)能够根据需要实现多级控制,节约能耗;(3)超声波雾化加湿器雾化效果好,热交换效率提升,控制精度高。

一种多级节能型空调机组,如图1所示,包括送风机机组2,所述送风机机组2由三台送风机1并联组成,并通过空调输送管5连接超声波雾化加湿器1,所述超声波雾化加湿器1包含八组超声波雾化喷头3,所述送风机机组2和超声波雾化加湿器1均连接控制器6,所述送风机2受控制器6控制,控制器6可以根据需要调节送风机4的工作方式,三台送风机4满负荷工作或者关闭一台或两台送风机4,实现空调机组的多级控制。
进一步的,所述超声波雾化加湿器1功率为2.4KW,所述送风机4功率为4KW。

1.一种多级节能型空调机组,其特征在于,包括送风机机组,所述送风机机组由三台送风机并联组成,并通过空调输送管连接超声波雾化加湿器,所述超声波雾化加湿器包含八组超声波雾化喷头,所述送风机机组和超声波雾化加湿器均连接控制器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多级节能型空调机组,其特征在于,所述超声波雾化加湿器功率为2.4KW,所述送风机功率为4KW。
