本实用新型涉及门窗定位安装结构,具体来说涉及一种节能门窗安装副框。
背景技术
现有门窗副框有的为全钢副框,不符合节能要求;有的为全塑副框,虽然符合节能要求,但抗老化性能低下,塑料老化后,副框强度丧失;而现有钢塑共挤副框只有半幅以下钢衬加强,当塑料部分年久老化后,副框与墙体结合部位失去咬合力,门窗安装强度达不到要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术中的缺点,提供一种节能门窗安装副框。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种节能门窗安装副框,包括钢衬,钢衬底部两端分别设有向外的弯勾,钢衬内外包覆有包覆层,包覆层截面为双矩形框架,包覆层上部边框的两端分别设有凸出。
所述钢衬为冷弯成型钢衬。
所述包覆层为挤塑成型包覆层,包覆层材质为硬质塑料。
本实用新型的节能门窗安装副框为宽幅钢衬增强的钢塑共挤型材,用于节能门窗安装副框的加工,当塑料年久老化后,钢衬底部两侧的弯勾仍能勾住窗洞口水泥砂浆粉刷层在副框两侧沟槽中形成的向下拉勾,有效的保证门窗安装强度。

如图1所示的节能门窗安装副框,包括钢衬1,钢衬1为冷弯成型钢衬,钢衬1底部两端分别设有向外的弯勾4,钢衬1内外包覆有包覆层3,包覆层3为挤塑成型包覆层,包覆层3材质为硬质塑料,包覆层3的截面为双矩形框架,包覆层3上部边框的两端分别设有凸出2。如图2所示,副框型材截面底部两端的弯勾4和上部两端的凸出2形成水泥砂浆挂槽,在副框向门窗洞口预埋时,水泥砂浆凝固后在副框两侧的沟槽中形成向下的水泥砂浆粉刷层拉勾5。本实用新型的节能门窗安装副框为宽幅钢衬增强的钢塑共挤型材,当塑料年久老化后,钢衬1底部两侧的弯勾4仍能勾住窗洞口水泥砂浆粉刷层拉勾5。
