本实用新型公开了一种智能化节能LED投光灯,包括壳体、设置于壳体上表面的LED灯板、与LED灯板电性连接的电源组件;所述壳体的下表面设有安装所述电源组件的电源盒和一排间隔设置的散热板;所述电源盒的底壁上设有一排凸条,所述电源盒设有一电源盖板,所述电源盖板的外壁上设有散热筋。本实用新型的智能化节能LED投光灯,结构设计合理,散热效果好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电器领域,尤其涉及一种智能化节能LED投光灯。
背景技术
投光灯,是指定被照面上的照度高于周围环境的灯具,主要用于大面积作业场矿、建筑物轮廓、体育场、立交桥、纪念碑、绿化景观照明、酒吧,舞厅等。LED作为新一代照明光源,具有亮度高、功耗低、寿命长、启动快,体积小、环保、可调控等优点,应用越来越广泛。随着大功率LED技术的开发和进步,已经有越来越多的投光灯采用LED作为照明光源。
目前,现有的LED投光灯大体都是一个封闭的空间,其结构复杂、散热缓慢、拆装不方便、使用寿命短,并且角度不易调整,影响照明效果。同时,投光灯主要采用使用硅胶防水条将玻璃与灯具壳体进行缝隙填充从而达到灯具其标准所需的防水等级之目的,再填充防水胶水以达到防水之目的,但现有技术中存在玻璃压紧难控制,而达不到标准所需等级,使得防水性能差。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种智能化节能LED投光灯,其结构设计合理,散热效果好。
本实用新型的目的采用以下技术方案实现:
一种智能化节能LED投光灯,包括壳体、设置于壳体上表面的LED灯板、与LED灯板电性连接的电源组件;所述壳体的下表面设有安装所述电源组件的电源盒和一排间隔设置的散热板;所述电源盒包括盒体和对应的电源盖板,所述盒体的底壁上设有一排凸条,所述凸条将电源组件与所述底壁隔开;所述电源盖板的外壁上设有散热筋。
优选的,所述盒体与电源盖板之间密封连接,能防止水进入电源盒中,提高了投光灯的防水能力。
优选的,所述壳体的上表面设有若干排水孔,该排水孔能防止雨水沉积在壳体的上表面,避免雨水渗入到LED灯板中。
优选的,所述智能化节能LED投光灯还包括一支架,所述支架的两端连接于所述壳体上。所述支架主要起到了支撑LED投光灯的作用,此外,通过该支架能将LED投光灯固定于路灯或建筑物上。
优选的,所述壳体两侧对称设有两个连接耳,两个连接耳上对称设有两个安装孔。所述支架的两端通过所述安装孔连接于连接耳上。
优选的,所述散热板上设有若干加强肋,该加强肋能提高散热片的强度。
优选的,所述支架呈L形,该支架为两个直臂铰接而形成的。且铰接的角度是可调的,通过调节铰接的角度,可方便的对LED投光灯的照射角度进行调节。
相比现有技术,本实用新型的有益效果在于:
1.本实用新型的智能化节能LED投光灯,在投光灯壳体的下表面设置了一排散热板,提升了投光灯的散热能力;其次,在盒体的底壁上设置了一排凸条,在电源盖板的外壁上设置了散热筋,进一步增加了投光灯的散热能力,避免电源因过热而烧坏。
2.本实用新型的智能化节能LED投光灯,壳体上表面上设有若干排水孔,便于雨水迅速排出,避免雨水渗入到LED灯板中;电源盖板与盒体之间密封连接,提高了防水效果。
3.本实用新型的智能化节能LED投光灯,支架可由两个直臂铰接而形成,且铰接的角度是可调的,通过调节铰接的角度,可方便的对LED投光灯的照射角度进行调节。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本实用新型做进一步描述:
实施例1
如图1-3所示,一种智能化节能LED投光灯,包括壳体10、设置于壳体10上表面的LED灯板20、与LED灯板20电性连接的电源组件(图未示)以及U形支架40;在本实施例中,LED灯板20为两块,且两块LED灯板20并列安装于壳体10的上表面上,并通过螺钉固定于壳体10上;两块LED灯板20之间具有一空隙,此空隙处设有若干排水孔11,方便雨水能及时排除,避免渗入到LED灯板20中;壳体10的下表面设有一排间隔设置的散热板12,该散热板12能将LED灯板20产生的热量及时散发出去,避免LED灯板20被烧坏;该散热板12上还设有若干加强肋121,以提高散热板12的强度;壳体10的下表面还设有一电源盒30,该电源盒30用于容纳电源组件;电源盒30包括盒体和电源盖板32,电源盖板32通过螺钉固定于盒体上;盒体的底壁上设有一排凸条31,该凸条31的设置,将电源组件与底壁隔开,避免LED灯板20产生的热量过快的传导至电源组件上,造成电源组件烧坏。电源盖板32的外壁上设有散热筋321,进一步提升了投光灯的散热能力;盒体与电源盖板32之间设有密封圈33,提升了防水效果,避免水分进入到电源盒30中。投光灯壳体10的两侧还对称设有两个连接耳13,两个连接耳13上对称设有两个安装孔131,U形支架40的两端通过螺钉连接在所述两个安装孔131上。
本实施例公开的智能化节能LED投光灯的功率为100W,主要用于工业区、厂区、小区、公园等空旷地带。
实施例2
如图4-5所示,一种智能化节能LED投光灯,其与实施例1的区别在于,实施例2的投光灯的功率为220W,散发的热量更大,因此投光灯的体积也更大。本实施例的智能化节能LED投光灯具有三块LED灯板20,该三块LED灯板20并列安装于壳体10的上表面;每两块LED灯板20之间均设有空隙,空隙处设有排水孔11;本实施例的支架呈L形,其一端通过螺钉固定于壳体10的后端面上。该L形支架41是由两个支架铰接在一起形成的,且铰接的角度是可调的,通过调节铰接的角度,可方便的对LED投光灯的照射角度进行调节。本实施例公开的智能化节能LED投光灯能方便的固定于路灯和建筑物上。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种智能化节能LED投光灯,其特征在于,包括壳体、设置于壳体上表面的LED灯板、与LED灯板电性连接的电源组件;所述壳体的下表面设有安装所述电源组件的电源盒和一排间隔设置的散热板;所述电源盒包括盒体和对应的电源盖板,所述盒体的底壁上设有一排凸条,所述凸条将电源组件与所述底壁隔开;所述电源盖板的外壁上设有散热筋。
2.如权利要求1所述的智能化节能LED投光灯,其特征在于,所述盒体与电源盖板之间密封连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的智能化节能LED投光灯,其特征在于,所述壳体的上表面设有排水孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的智能化节能LED投光灯,其特征在于,所述散热板设有若干加强肋。
5.如权利要求1所述的智能化节能LED投光灯,其特征在于,所述智能化节能LED投光灯还包括一支架,所述支架的两端连接于所述壳体上。
6.如权利要求5所述的智能化节能LED投光灯,其特征在于,所述壳体两侧对称设有两个连接耳,两个连接耳上均对称设有一安装孔,所述支架的两端通过所述安装孔连接于所述连接耳上。
7.如权利要求5所述的智能化节能LED投光灯,其特征在于,所述支架呈L形,该支架为两个直臂铰接而形成的。
