技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种皮革、鞋类等产品质量检测装置,具体地说是一种便携式成鞋摩擦色牢度试验机。
背景技术
摩擦色牢度是皮件和皮鞋类产品的一个非常重要的质量指标,在现行的鞋类产品标准中,皮鞋、皮凉鞋、休闲鞋等要求对成鞋的帮面和衬里及鞋垫耐摩擦色牢度进行试验,由于目前没有适合的仪器,只能人工擦拭样品。目前评估皮鞋帮面和衬里及鞋垫的摩擦色牢度有两种方法,一种是将成鞋破坏取鞋垫或衬里或帮面制成试样在仪器上进行摩擦试验,另外一种是取浸湿的白棉布用手拭擦,然后评定沾色程度。这两种方法都不是很理想,因为第一种方法要破坏成鞋,而且即使破坏了成鞋常常由于试样尺寸太小无法进行试验,第二方法由于无法准确控制压力等试验条件,试验者力大则沾色布沾色程度严重,力稍小则沾色布沾色程度就轻,所以测试结果受人为因素影响,人工摩擦压力不统一造成检测结果偏差大,不能准确反映真实情况,难以做出科学的评定,所以急需开发一种既不破坏成鞋又能按照规定压力和行程等标准方法测定成鞋的摩擦色牢度试验机。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于为克服现有技术的不足而提供一种便携式成鞋摩擦色牢度试验机,采用本便携式成鞋摩擦色牢度试验机可以避免人为因素对测试结果的影响,能准确反映被检产品的真实质量情况。
本实用新型实现上述目的的技术方案如下:便携式成鞋摩擦色牢度试验机,其特征在于:包括底座、试样托板、第一旋转摩擦组件、配重砝码和电气控制系统,所述第一旋转摩擦组件包括第一旋转摩擦头和第一摩擦头驱动机构,所述底座上设有垂直立柱,所述垂直立柱上设有第一水平悬臂,所述配重砝码和第一旋转摩擦组件轴向联动且可滑动地设置在所述第一水平悬臂的悬空端上,电气控制系统控制第一摩擦头驱动机构驱动所述第一旋转摩擦头旋转,所述第一旋转摩擦头的旋转轴垂直设置,所述试样托板设置在一个水平角度调节机构上并处于第一旋转摩擦头下方。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本便携式成鞋摩擦色牢度试验机通过设置垂直轴向可滑动并配有配重砝码的第一旋转摩擦组件对置于试样托板上的试样鞋进行摩擦试验,压力完全由配重砝码确定并可调节,因此测试结果不会受人为因素的影响,且能在成鞋上直接进行摩擦色牢度试验,无需破坏成鞋,能准确反映被检产品的真实质量情况。

具体实施方式
本实用新型便携式成鞋摩擦色牢度试验机,如图1、2所示,包括底座10、试样托板3、第一旋转摩擦组件1、配重砝码2和电气控制系统(图中未示出),所述第一旋转摩擦组件1包括第一旋转摩擦头101和第一摩擦头驱动机构102,底座10的形状不限,通常为矩形,便于制作。所述底座10上设有垂直立柱6,所述垂直立柱6上设有第一水平悬臂5,所述配重砝码2和第一旋转摩擦组件1轴向联动且可滑动地设置在所述第一水平悬臂5的悬空端上,其中第一旋转摩擦头101在下方,电气控制系统控制第一摩擦头驱动机构102驱动所述第一旋转摩擦头101旋转,所述第一旋转摩擦头101的旋转轴垂直设置,所述试样托板3设置在一个水平角度调节机构4上并处于第一旋转摩擦头101下方。所述配重砝码2和第一旋转摩擦组件1轴向联动设置可以使得配重砝码2的重量完全加载在第一旋转摩擦组件1轴上作为压力的一部分,所述配重砝码2可以是设置在第一旋转摩擦组件1上,或者是直接放置在其上。将试样托板3设置在一个水平角度调节机构4上,可以根据鞋样被测部位的倾斜角度,通过调整水平角度调节机构4使被测部位成水平位置,以便能正常测试。
本具体实施例中,所述第一水平悬臂5一端固定在垂直立柱6上,所述第一水平悬臂5的另一端即悬空端上设有贯通的垂直导向管12,所述第一旋转摩擦组件1设有一个与垂直导向管12内径间隙配合的壳体103,垂直导向管12内孔和壳体103外形优选为圆柱形,所述壳体103外径与垂直导向管12的内径尽量接近以避免工作时出现晃动,所述第一旋转摩擦组件1通过所述壳体103与垂直导向管12配合构成所述轴向可滑动地设置在第一水平悬臂5的悬空端上。所述壳体103上端优选为开口设置,以方便取放配重砝码2;此外,为了防止第一旋转摩擦组件1从垂直导向管12中脱落,所述垂直导向管12过壁上设有轴向长槽孔,所述第一旋转摩擦组件1的壳体103外壁上设有凸起的限位销13,所述限位销13间隙配合在长槽孔中。
本具体实施例中,水平角度调节机构4的具体方案如下:所述试样托板3固定在一个固定杆11的上端,固定杆11与试样托板3相垂直,所述固定杆11上套设有环状调整盖轮403,调整盖轮403的中心孔直径需大于固定杆11直径以便所述固定杆11能有一定的摆动范围,所述固定杆11的下端固定设有一个球体402,所述调整盖轮403下侧设有与所述球体402上部形状相配的球面凹腔,所述底座10上设有盖轮底座401,所述盖轮底座401中心设有凹腔构成球体402容腔,所述固定杆11下端的球体402置于球体402容腔中,所述调整盖轮403与盖轮底座401螺纹连接构成所述水平角度调节机构4。在需要调节试样托板3的倾斜角度时,旋转调整盖轮403松开球体402,通过调节固定杆11的角度即能达到调节试样托板3的倾斜角度的目的,当调节至合适的角度时,再旋紧调整盖轮403而锁定球体402即可固定试样托板3的倾斜角度。
为了适应对不同高度鞋样的测试,所述第一水平悬臂5优选采用沿轴向可调节地设置在垂直立柱6上的方式,从而能够调节第一水平悬臂5(即第一旋转摩擦组件1)与试样托板3之间的间距。轴向可调节结构如涡轮蜗杆升降结构等属于现有技术,此处不再赘述。
为了能够一机多用,同时也能对鞋样的侧面进行测试,本具体实施例中可以在所述垂直立柱6上还设有第二水平悬臂8,所述第二水平悬臂8的悬空端上设有第二旋转摩擦组件7,所述第二旋转摩擦组件7包括第二旋转摩擦头701和第二摩擦头驱动机构702,所述第二旋转摩擦头701的旋转轴垂直设置,所述底座10上与第二旋转摩擦头701相对的位置设有凸起的工作台9,为了方便使用和扩大适用范围,所述工作台9优选具有升降调节结构。
本具体实施例中,所述工作台9包括设有外螺纹的升降螺柱901、调节螺母902和螺母座903,所述螺母座903固定设置在底座10上,所述螺母座903中心设有螺母容腔,调节螺母902轴向定位、周向可旋转地设置在所述螺母座903的螺母容腔中,所述升降螺柱901顶端为工作面,所述升降螺柱901周向定位,下端与调节螺母902螺纹配合构成所述升降调节结构。
所述电气控制系统可采用以单片机或可编程逻辑控制器为核心构成的控制装置,通过内部程序控制本试验机的摩擦头的速度和测试的次数,并可设置显示面板方便观察,电气控制系统的设计属于现有技术,此处不再赘述。
为了方便控制,所述第一摩擦头驱动机构102和第二摩擦头驱动机构702优选伺服电机,所述第一旋转摩擦头101和第二旋转摩擦头701均固定设置在伺服电机的转动轴上。
为了便于观察和准确调节水平基准,优选在所述底座10的底部(如四角)设有若干(四个)螺栓底脚,并在所述底座10和/或第一水平悬臂5、第二水平悬臂8上设有气泡水平仪。

1.便携式成鞋摩擦色牢度试验机,其特征在于:包括底座、试样托板、第一旋转摩擦组件、配重砝码和电气控制系统,所述第一旋转摩擦组件包括第一旋转摩擦头和第一摩擦头驱动机构,所述底座上设有垂直立柱,所述垂直立柱上设有第一水平悬臂,所述配重砝码和第一旋转摩擦组件轴向联动且可滑动地设置在所述第一水平悬臂的悬空端上,电气控制系统控制第一摩擦头驱动机构驱动所述第一旋转摩擦头旋转,所述第一旋转摩擦头的旋转轴垂直设置,所述试样托板设置在一个水平角度调节机构上并处于第一旋转摩擦头下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式成鞋摩擦色牢度试验机,其特征在于:所述第一水平悬臂的悬空端上设有贯通的垂直导向管,所述第一旋转摩擦组件设有一个与垂直导向管内径间隙配合的壳体,所述第一旋转摩擦组件通过所述壳体与垂直导向管配合构成所述轴向可滑动地设置在第一水平悬臂的悬空端上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的便携式成鞋摩擦色牢度试验机,其特征在于:所述试样托板固定在一个固定杆的上端,所述固定杆上套设有环状调整盖轮,所述固定杆的下端固定设有一个球体,所述调整盖轮下侧设有与所述球体上部形状相配的球面凹腔,所述底座上设有盖轮底座,所述盖轮底座中心设有凹腔构成球体容腔,所述固定杆下端的球体置于球体容腔中,所述调整盖轮与盖轮底座螺纹连接构成所述水平角度调节机构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的便携式成鞋摩擦色牢度试验机,其特征在于:所述壳体上端设有取放配重砝码的开口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的便携式成鞋摩擦色牢度试验机,其特征在于:所述第一水平悬臂沿轴向可调节地设置在垂直立柱上。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的便携式成鞋摩擦色牢度试验机,其特征在于:所述第一摩擦头驱动机构为伺服电机,所述第一旋转摩擦头固定设置在伺服电机的转动轴上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的便携式成鞋摩擦色牢度试验机,其特征在于:所述垂直立柱上还设有第二水平悬臂,所述第二水平悬臂的悬空端上设有第二旋转摩擦组件,所述第二旋转摩擦组件包括第二旋转摩擦头和第二摩擦头驱动机构,所述第二旋转摩擦头的旋转轴垂直设置,所述底座上与第二旋转摩擦头相对的位置设有凸起的工作台,所述工作台具有升降调节结构。
8.根据权利要求7所述的便携式成鞋摩擦色牢度试验机,其特征在于:所述工作台包括设有外螺纹的升降螺柱、调节螺母和螺母座,所述螺母座固定设置在底座上,所述螺母座中心设有螺母容腔,调节螺母轴向定位、周向可旋转地设置在所述螺母座的螺母容腔中,所述升降螺柱顶端为工作面,所述升降螺柱周向定位,下端与调节螺母螺纹配合构成所述升降调节结构。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的便携式成鞋摩擦色牢度试验机,其特征在于:所述第二摩擦头驱动机构为伺服电机,所述第二旋转摩擦头固定设置在伺服电机的转动轴上。
10.根据权利要求1所述的便携式成鞋摩擦色牢度试验机,其特征在于:所述底座的底部设有若干螺栓底脚,所述底座和/或第一水平悬臂、第二水平悬臂上设有气泡水平仪。
