技术领域
本实用新型属于焦化技术领域,涉及一种焦炉荒煤气上升管换热器。
背景技术
目前世界焦化业进行荒煤气降温的传统方法是喷洒大量70℃~75℃的循环氨水,循环氨水吸热而大量蒸发,使荒煤气温度得以降低,进入后序煤化工产品回收加工工段。这样的结果是,荒煤气带出的热量被白白浪费掉,既浪费了荒煤气热能,还增加了水资源的消耗和电力的消耗,上升管荒煤气余热回收技术尚未取得实质性突破。
1970年开始,国内外都对上升管荒煤气的余热利用进行了多项次的研究和试验,夹套上升管、导热油、热管技术的应用,最终不能完全解决上升管的简体焊缝拉裂、漏水、漏汽等问题,以及上升管内部焦油和石墨的吸附问题,未及深入开发研究和使用,而搁置下来近30多年。炼焦荒煤气余热回收利用技术在我国经历了近30年的研究历程,其材料、结构不能满足现场工况要求,效率低、寿命短,关键技术没有突破,至今尚无成熟、可靠、稳定的大工业化应用实例。
上升管内衬材料是提高荒煤气余热回收利用效率的关键技术之一。原工艺装备上升管采用普通碳钢材料,内壁衬耐火砖,更换用余热回收装置后,内壁不能再衬耐火砖,否则热传导效率极低。这样,导致装置内壁直接与高温(650℃~900℃)荒煤气接触,而荒煤气中含有氧气、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、硫化氢、氧化氮、氢气、甲烷、水汽及芳香烃类化合物等,普通碳钢在此温度及环境下,高温烧蚀严重,不能满足工况要求。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种焦炉荒煤气上升管换热器。该换热器能够充分高效的回收荒煤气的余热,也能保障换热器在高温且恶劣的环境下的安全运行。

本实用新型的有益效果是:导热盘管提高了换热效率,同时到热盘管外侧设置的保温内层隔离板、填充层和外侧保温板,能够杜绝热量的扩散,降低了热量损失,提高了导热盘管换热后产生的水蒸气和热水;同时最内层采用合金导热体,能够提高换热器的使用寿命和使用效率,保障换热器能够在高温且恶劣的环境下长时间使用;本装置结构紧促合理,换热效率高,耐高温,耐腐蚀,适合用于荒煤气预热的回收利用。
更进一步的,换热盘管在换热过程中,热膨胀方向朝上,同时换热盘管的螺旋朝上设置,有利于热量的传递和换热盘管内部结构的稳定。
更进一步的,填充层使用的破碎的珍珠岩棉,其组织严密,保温隔热效果好;排气孔用于间隙停炉和上升管内湿气的排放。
更进一步的,保温层隔离板和换热盘管之间的间隙,有利于腔室的空气流动,便于换热盘管进行热交换;掺有稀土元素的镍铬合金制成的合金导热体的耐高温(800-100℃)、耐腐蚀效果更好。

本实用新型提供了一种焦炉荒煤气上升管换热器,如图1所示,包括从外之内依次设置的合金导热体5,合金导热体5为掺有稀土金属的镍铬合金,具体为Cr25Ni20和0.1~05%稀土元素熔融浇铸制成的合金热导体5;合金热导体5的外侧设置有换热盘管4,换热盘管4为螺旋朝上设置的;换热盘管4的外侧设置有保温内层隔离板3,保温内层隔离板3与换热盘管4之间设置有间隙;保温内层隔离板3外侧设置为外侧保温板1;外侧保温板1和保温内层隔离板3之间设置有填充层2,填充层2为破碎后的珍珠岩棉。
本实用新型的换热管,其结构紧促合理,换热效率高,且耐高温、耐腐蚀,适合用于荒煤气余热的回收和利用。
