Abstract
一种防滴空精密控速型输液器,包括输液瓶,所述输液瓶底部通过输液管连接滴斗,所述滴斗内部为空腔,所述滴斗内设有自动止闭开关,滴斗底端与精密调速器连接,所述精密调速器包括机座,机座上设有输液管嵌槽,垂直于输液管嵌槽并与输液管嵌槽连通的推板滑腔,推板滑腔内设有挤压推杆,所述挤压推杆内设有丝孔,该丝孔内螺合有螺杆,螺杆的末端与旋钮连接;所述接头与输液管连接,输液管穿过精密调速器的输液管嵌槽,与排空气过滤器连接。该防滴空精密控速型输液器,不仅能够通用于输液瓶和输液袋,而且在两者的适用过程中,使用操作方便,提高对患者的服务效率,且结构简单、使用方便,有利于推广使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗器械设备技术领域,具体为一种防滴空精密控速型输液器。
背景技术
输液器是一种输液用的医疗器械。传统的输液方法是把装在瓶中或输液袋中断液体悬挂在高处,利用重力的作用使液体通过输液皮管流入静脉内,流量的大小由安放在皮管上的夹子来进行手工调节,调节的指标是看滴管中的滴速。这种结构的输液器,使用操作不便,不能提高对患者的服务效率。
普通输液器在输液或换液时,如果输液管路中混入较大的气泡,就可能导致患者发生静脉空气栓塞,严重的甚至会危及生命。
普通输液器的药液过滤器滤膜孔径为(20±1)μm,过滤精度低,悬浮颗粒的直径都在15微米以下,这些微粒一旦进入人体就会积聚在血管内,并且很难排出体外,对人体的危害几乎不可逆转。严重时会发生肉牙肿等不良后果。因此,为癌症病人治疗用药时不能使用传统输液器。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供 一种防滴空精密控速型输液器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种防滴空精密控速型输液器,包括输液瓶、滴斗和排空气过滤器,其特征在于:所述输液瓶底部通过输液管连接滴斗,所述滴斗内部为空腔,所述滴斗内设有自动止闭开关,该自动止闭开关包括支盘、浮塞,所述支盘上设有透液孔,支盘底部设有浮塞,所述浮塞与支盘之间设有弹簧,所述滴斗底部设有接头,浮塞的头部压住接头的入口,滴斗底端与精密调速器连接,所述精密调速器包括机座,机座上设有输液管嵌槽,垂直于输液管嵌槽并与输液管嵌槽连通的推板滑腔,推板滑腔内设有挤压推杆,所述挤压推杆内设有丝孔,该丝孔内螺合有螺杆,螺杆的末端与旋钮连接;所述接头与输液管连接,输液管穿过精密调速器的输液管嵌槽,与排空气过滤器连接;所述排空气过滤器包括外壳、分布球,所述外壳与分布球内部之间的上半圆部分内设有透气膜,下半圆部分内设有精密过滤膜,且外壳上设有排气孔,所述精密过滤膜与透气膜连接处设有汽水隔板。
优选的,所述支盘的中心插接有弹簧套,所述浮塞的根部设有套孔,所述套孔套在弹簧套外,所述弹簧一端套设在弹簧套内,弹簧的另一端压住浮塞。
优选的,所述排空气过滤器底部设有出液接头,所述出液接头连接输液管,所述输液管另一端设有针头。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1.克服现有输液器容易残留空气气体气泡的缺陷。
2.工艺简单,成本低,过滤效果好,可阻挡气体通过,当药瓶的药液流完后具有自动止液作用,可自动止闭输液器,防止了空气进入到患者的体内,或出现导致回血的意外情况。此外,换药瓶时不用再排气。
3.将滴斗与丝杆滴速调整机构整合在一起,控制滴速精准、操作方便,同时节省材料。
4.能够通用于输液瓶和输液袋,而且在两者的适用过程中,使用操作方便,提高对患者的服务效率。

请参阅图1、2,防滴空精密控速型输液器包括输液瓶1、滴斗3和分布球8,所述输液瓶1底部通过输液管2连接滴斗3,所述滴斗3内部为空腔,所述滴斗底部设有接头,浮塞的头部压住接头的入口,滴斗底端与精密调速器连接,所述滴斗3设有自动止闭开关,自动止闭开关包括支盘4、浮塞6,所述支盘4上设有透液孔41,支盘4底部设有浮塞6,所述浮塞6与支盘4之间设有弹簧5,所述滴斗3底部设有接头7,浮塞6的头部压住接头7的入口处。精密调速器包括机座15,机座15上设有输液管嵌槽151,与输液管嵌槽151连通并垂直于输液管嵌槽115的推板滑腔153,推板滑腔153内设有挤压推杆152,所述挤压推杆152内设有丝孔155,该丝孔155内螺合有螺杆156,螺杆156的末端与旋钮157连接。接头7与输液管20连接,输液管20穿过精密调速器的输液管嵌槽151。应用时,转动旋钮157,螺杆156带动挤压推杆152对输液管20进行挤压,从而实现对输液管进行钳制,来调整滴速。

排空气过滤器包括包括外壳9、分布球8,所述外壳9与分布球8内部之间的上半圆部分内设有透气膜11,下半圆部分内设有精密过滤膜23,过滤膜孔径在0.7-1微米。外壳9上设有排气孔10,所述精密过滤膜23与透气膜11连接处设有汽水隔板22。外壳9底部设有出液接头19,所述出液接头19连接输液管20,所述输液管20另一端设有针头21。
本实用新型的工作原理:滴斗3设有自动止闭开关,液面上升至浮塞6时,随着液面上升,浮塞6会在浮力的作用下浮起,自动打开输液管2管口,药液通过输液管2管口流到输液管2路中去,起到防滴空作用,防止了空气进入到患者的体内,或出现导致回血的意外情况。当输液将近完成时,药液液面在滴斗2中下降,浮塞6随着液面下降在弹簧5作用下而下降,直至液面低于浮塞6浮力位以下时,作用于浮塞6上的浮力消失,则在其重力下,牢牢地封堵住输液管2管口,使空气不能进入到输液管2路中,起到免排气作用,使得换药瓶时不用再排气。
然后药液流进入分布球8,在分布球8的压力下,药液所残留的空气气体气泡压迫至透气膜11,然后,这些空气气体气泡经由外壳9、汽水隔板22和空气精密过滤膜23构成的排气腔的排气孔10排除掉;药液流进分布球8下半球后,通过精密过滤膜23后进入由外壳9、汽水隔板22和精密过滤膜23构成的过滤腔汇聚,精密过滤空气气体气泡,最后经出液口输进临床病患者的身体内。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种防滴空精密控速型输液器,包括输液瓶、滴斗和排空气过滤器,其特征在于:所述输液瓶底部通过输液管连接滴斗,所述滴斗内部为空腔,所述滴斗内设有自动止闭开关,该自动止闭开关包括支盘、浮塞,所述支盘上设有透液孔,支盘底部设有浮塞,所述浮塞与支盘之间设有弹簧,所述滴斗底部设有接头,浮塞的头部压住接头的入口,滴斗底端与精密调速器连接,所述精密调速器包括机座,机座上设有输液管嵌槽,垂直于输液管嵌槽并与输液管嵌槽连通的推板滑腔,推板滑腔内设有挤压推杆,所述挤压推杆内设有丝孔,该丝孔内螺合有螺杆,螺杆的末端与旋钮连接;所述接头与输液管连接,输液管穿过精密调速器的输液管嵌槽,与排空气过滤器连接;所述排空气过滤器包括外壳、分布球,所述外壳与分布球内部之间的上半圆部分内设有透气膜,下半圆部分内设有精密过滤膜,且外壳上设有排气孔,所述精密过滤膜与透气膜连接处设有汽水隔板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防滴空精密控速型输液器,其特征在于:所述支盘的中心插接有弹簧套,所述浮塞的根部设有套孔,所述套孔套在弹簧套外,所述弹簧一端套设在弹簧套内,弹簧的另一端压住浮塞。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防滴空精密控速型输液器,其特征在于:所述排空气过滤器底部设有出液接头,所述出液接头连接输液管,所述输液管另一端设有针头。
