一种带精密调速器的安全输液滴斗,滴斗内设有自动止闭开关,该自动止闭开关包括弧形支盘、浮塞,所述弧形支盘上设有透液孔,弧形支盘底部设有浮塞,所述浮塞与弧形支盘之间设有弹簧,所述滴斗底部设有接头,浮塞的头部压住接头的入口,滴斗底端与精密调速器连接,所述精密调速器包括机座,机座上设有输液管嵌槽,垂直于输液管嵌槽并与输液管嵌槽连通的推板滑腔,推板滑腔内设有挤压推杆,所述挤压推杆内设有丝孔,该丝孔内螺合有螺杆,螺杆的末端与旋钮连接。该带精密调速器的安全输液滴斗,不仅能够通用于输液瓶和输液袋,而且在两者的适用过程中,使用操作方便,提高对患者的服务效率,且结构简单、使用方便,有利于推广使用。

一种带精密调速器的安全输液滴斗
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械设备技术领域,具体为一种带精密调速器的安全输液滴斗。
背景技术
输液器,或称输液泵,顾名思义,是一种输液用的医疗器械。传统的输液方法是把装在瓶中或输液袋中断液体悬挂在高处,利用重力的作用使液体通过输液皮管流入静脉内,流量的大小由安放在皮管上的夹子来进行手工调节,调节的指标是看滴管中的滴速。这种结构的输液器,使用操作不便,不能提高对患者的服务效率。普通输液器在输液或换液时,如果输液管路中混入较大的气泡,就可能导致患者发生静脉空气栓塞,严重的甚至会危及生命。
为了解决这些问题,因此,我们提出一种新型输液器莫非氏滴管。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带精密调速器的安全输液滴斗,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种带精密调速器的安全输液滴斗,包括输液瓶、滴斗和输液管,其特征在于:所述输液瓶底部通过输液管连接滴斗,所述滴斗内部为空腔,所述滴斗内设有自动止闭开关,该自动止闭开关包括弧形支盘、浮塞,所述弧形支盘中心设有整流头,弧形支盘沿周边设有透液孔,弧形支盘底部设有浮塞,所述浮塞与弧形支盘之间设有弹簧,所述滴斗底部设有接头,浮塞的头部压住接头的入口,滴斗底端与精密调速器连接,所述精密调速器包括机座,机座上设有输液管嵌槽,垂直于输液管嵌槽并与输液管嵌槽连通的推板滑腔,推板滑腔内设有挤压推杆,所述挤压推杆内设有丝孔,该丝孔内螺合有螺杆,螺杆的末端与旋钮连接。
优选的,所述弧形支盘的中心插接有弹簧套,所述浮塞的根部设有套孔,所述套孔套在弹簧套外,所述弹簧一端套设在弹簧套内,弹簧的另一端压住浮塞。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.可自动止闭输液器,阻止空气进入血管,防止了空气进入到患者的体内,或出现导致回血的意外情况。克服现有输液器容易残留空气气体气泡的缺陷。
2.将滴斗与丝杆滴速调整机构整合在一起,控制滴速精准,不用损伤输液管。能够通用于输液瓶和输液袋,而且在两者的结合过程中,使用操作方便,提高对患者的服务效率。
3. 弧形支盘中心设有整流头,透液孔绕弧形支盘的中心均匀分布,这样便于药滴的平缓进入滴管中,防止对浮塞的干扰,提高自动止闭开关准确度。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1、2,本发明提供一种技术方案:滴斗3内部为空腔,所述滴斗底部设有接头,浮塞的头部压住接头的入口,滴斗底端与精密调速器连接,所述滴斗3设有自动止闭开关,自动止闭开关包括弧形支盘4、浮塞6,所述弧形支盘4上设有透液孔41,弧形支盘4底部设有浮塞6,所述浮塞6与弧形支盘4之间设有弹簧5,所述滴斗3底部设有接头7,浮塞6的头部压住接头7的入口处。精密调速器包括机座15,机座15上设有输液管嵌槽151,与输液管嵌槽151连通并垂直于输液管嵌槽115的推板滑腔153,推板滑腔153内设有挤压推杆152,所述挤压推杆152内设有丝孔155,该丝孔155内螺合有螺杆156,螺杆156的末端与旋钮157连接。
所述接头7与输液管20连接,输液管20穿过精密调速器的输液管嵌槽151。应用时,转动旋钮157,螺杆156带动挤压推杆152对输液管20进行挤压,从而实现对输液管进行钳制,来调整滴速。
所述弧形支盘4的中心插接有弹簧套51,所述浮塞6的根部设有套孔61,所述套孔61套在弹簧套51外,所述弹簧5一端套设在弹簧套51内,弹簧5的另一端压住浮塞6,弧形支盘中心设有整流头43,透液孔绕弧形支盘4的中心均匀分布。
本发明的工作原理:滴管3设有自动止闭开关,液面上升至浮塞6时,随着液面上升,浮塞6会在浮力的作用下浮起,自动打开输液管2管口,药液通过输液管2管口流到输液管2路中去,起到防滴空作用,防止了空气进入到患者的体内,或出现导致回血的意外情况。当输液将近完成时,药液液面在莫非氏滴管2中下降,浮塞6随着液面下降在弹簧5作用下而下降,直至液面低于浮塞6浮力位以下时,作用于浮塞6上的浮力消失,则在其重力下,牢牢地封堵住输液管2管口,使空气不能进入到输液管2路中,起到免排气作用,使得换药瓶时不用再排气。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种带精密调速器的安全输液滴斗,包括输液瓶、滴斗和输液管,其特征在于:所述输液瓶底部通过输液管连接滴斗,所述滴斗内部为空腔,所述滴斗内设有自动止闭开关,该自动止闭开关包括弧形支盘、浮塞,所述弧形支盘中心设有整流头,弧形支盘沿周边设有透液孔,弧形支盘底部设有浮塞,所述浮塞与弧形支盘之间设有弹簧,所述滴斗底部设有接头,浮塞的头部压住接头的入口,滴斗底端与精密调速器连接,所述精密调速器包括机座,机座上设有输液管嵌槽,垂直于输液管嵌槽并与输液管嵌槽连通的推板滑腔,推板滑腔内设有挤压推杆,所述挤压推杆内设有丝孔,该丝孔内螺合有螺杆,螺杆的末端与旋钮连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带精密调速器的安全输液滴斗,其特征在于:所述弧形支盘的中心插接有弹簧套,所述浮塞的根部设有套孔,所述套孔套在弹簧套外,所述弹簧一端套设在弹簧套内,弹簧的另一端压住浮塞。
