本发明公开了一种新型输液器莫非氏滴管,其特征在于:所述莫非氏滴管内部为空腔,所述莫非氏滴管底端通过输液管与排空气过滤结构连接,所述莫非氏滴管内设有自动止闭开关,该自动止闭开关包括支盘、浮塞,所述支盘上设有透液孔,支盘底部设有浮塞,所述浮塞与支盘之间设有弹簧,所述莫非氏滴管底部设有阀孔,浮塞的头部压住阀孔。该新型输液器莫非氏滴管,不仅能够通用于输液瓶和输液袋,而且在两者的适用过程中,使用操作方便,提高对患者的服务效率,且结构简单、使用方便,有利于推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械设备技术领域,具体为一种新型输液器。
背景技术
输液器,或称输液泵,顾名思义,是一种输液用的医疗器械。传统的输液方法是把装在瓶中或输液袋中断液体悬挂在高处,利用重力的作用使液体通过输液皮管流入静脉内,流量的大小由安放在皮管上的夹子来进行手工调节,调节的指标是看滴管中的滴速。这种结构的输液器,使用操作不便,不能提高对患者的服务效率。
普通输液器在输液或换液时,如果输液管路中混入较大的气泡,就可能导致患者发生静脉空气栓塞,严重的甚至会危及生命。
为了解决这些问题,因此,我们提出一种新型输液器莫非氏滴管。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供 一种新型输液器莫非氏滴管,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型输液器莫非氏滴管, 其特征在于:所述莫非氏滴管(3)内部为空腔,所述莫非氏滴管(3)底端通过输液管(2)与排空气过滤结构连接,所述莫非氏滴管(3)内设有自动止闭开关,该自动止闭开关包括支盘(4)、浮塞(6),所述支盘(4)上设有透液孔(41),支盘(4)底部设有浮塞(6),所述浮塞(6)与支盘(4)之间设有弹簧(5),所述莫非氏滴管(3)底部设有阀孔(7),浮塞(6)的头部压住阀孔(7)。
优选的,所述支盘(4)的中心插接有弹簧套(51),所述浮塞(6)的根部设有套孔(61),所述套孔(61)套在弹簧套(51)外,所述弹簧(5)一端套设在弹簧套(51)内,弹簧(5)的另一端压住浮塞(6)。
优选的,所述透液孔绕支盘(4)的中心均匀分布。
优选的,所述莫非氏滴管(3)由PVC 和聚烯烃热塑弹性体复合而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1. 浮塞的根部设有套孔,所述套孔套在弹簧套外,便于微浮力导向,开关非常灵敏。透液孔绕支盘(4)的中心均匀分布,可以让药液流速更加均匀。
2.在流速过大,或液面位置较低时,可自动止闭输液器,阻止空气进入血管,防止了空气进入到患者的体内,或出现导致回血的意外情况。
3.工艺简单,成本低,过滤效果好,可阻挡气体通过,当药瓶的药液流完后具有自动止液作用,换药瓶时不用再排气。克服现有输液器容易残留空气气体气泡的缺陷。
4.能够通用于输液瓶和输液袋,而且在两者的适用过程中,使用操作方便,提高对患者的服务效率。

请参阅图1、2,新型输液器莫非氏滴管包括滴管3和分布球8,所述输液瓶1底部通过输液管2连接莫非氏滴管3,所述莫非氏滴管3内部为空腔,所述莫非氏滴管3底端通过输液管2与排空气过滤结构连接,所述莫非氏滴管3设有自动止闭开关,自动止闭开关包括支盘4、浮塞6,所述支盘4上设有透液孔41,支盘4底部设有浮塞6,所述浮塞6与支盘4之间设有弹簧5,所述莫非氏滴管3底部设有阀孔7,浮塞6的头部压住阀孔7。
所述支盘4的中心插接有弹簧套51,所述浮塞6的根部设有套孔61,所述套孔61套在弹簧套51外,所述弹簧5一端套设在弹簧套51内,弹簧5的另一端压住浮塞6,透液孔绕支盘(4)的中心均匀分布。
为了克服传统PVC 输液器含有增塑剂,会对人体产生较大危害的问题,莫非氏滴管(3)由PVC 外层和聚烯烃热塑弹性体内层复合而成。
本发明的工作原理:莫非氏滴管3设有自动止闭开关,液面上升至浮塞6时,随着液面上升,浮塞6会在浮力的作用下浮起,自动打开输液管2管口,药液通过输液管2管口流到输液管2路中去,起到防滴空作用,防止了空气进入到患者的体内,或出现导致回血的意外情况。当输液将近完成时,药液液面在莫非氏滴管2中下降,浮塞6随着液面下降在弹簧5作用下而下降,直至液面低于浮塞6浮力位以下时,作用于浮塞6上的浮力消失,则在其重力下,牢牢地封堵住输液管2管口,使空气不能进入到输液管2路中,起到免排气作用,使得换药瓶时不用再排气。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种新型输液器莫非氏滴管,其特征在于:所述莫非氏滴管(3)内部为空腔,所述莫非氏滴管(3)底端通过输液管(2)与排空气过滤结构连接,所述莫非氏滴管(3)内设有自动止闭开关,该自动止闭开关包括支盘(4)、浮塞(6),所述支盘(4)上设有透液孔(41),支盘(4)底部设有浮塞(6),所述浮塞(6)与支盘(4)之间设有弹簧(5),所述莫非氏滴管(3)底部设有阀孔(7),浮塞(6)的头部压住阀孔(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型输液器莫非氏滴管,其特征在于:所述支盘(4)的中心插接有弹簧套(51),所述浮塞(6)的根部设有套孔(61),所述套孔(61)套在弹簧套(51)外,所述弹簧(5)一端套设在弹簧套(51)内,弹簧(5)的另一端压住浮塞(6)。
