Abstract
本实用新型为一种具有焦点定位的发光二极管阵列光杯结构,其包含一基板、设置于该基板上的至少三个反射光杯与数量对应所述反射光杯的多个发光二极管,其中所述反射光杯并排靠拢形成一几何图形,且所述反射光杯分别由上而下渐缩且形成一具有一开口的椎状容置空间,所述发光二极管设置于该基板上且容置于该椎状容置空间内,并所述所有发光二极管于所述所有发光二极管的中心处形成一焦点定位,据此,通过所述反射光杯并排靠拢的设计,可让所述发光二极管产生焦点定位,因此可沿用已知的二次光学组件,实现节省制造成本并满足制造上的需要。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明灯具的光源,特别涉及一种具有焦点定位的发光二极管阵列光杯结构。
背景技术
参阅图1所示,其为车灯使用传统光源的光学结构示意图,其包含一传统灯源1与一聚焦透镜2(二次光学组件),且该传统灯源1的光源方向3朝向该聚焦透镜2,为了控制发光的角度与范围达到最佳的聚光效果,传统灯源1必须设置于聚焦透镜2的焦点4,让该聚焦透镜2可以对该焦点4进行定位,通过这样的设计,可以有效控制发光的角度与范围。
随着发光二极管(LED)光源的兴起,传统灯源1逐渐被发光二极管光源取代,相关专利如中国台湾公告第I321364号、第M512292号与I428535号所揭,现行发光二极管光源多是以单一个反射光杯结构封装单一颗发光二极管晶片,或是单一反射光杯结构内封装多颗发光二极管晶片,也就是说,发光二极管结构为单一反射光杯,故每一颗发光二极管结构都是一单独光源焦点,当需要使用多颗发光二极管结构组装时即会呈现多个光源焦点。
又单颗发光二极管光源的亮度(辉度)较低且照射角度较小,因此大多集合多颗一起使用,以增加整体的照度与发散角度,参阅图2所示,当多颗发光二极管5直接使用于如图1所示的聚焦透镜2时,同样为让多颗发光二极管5的光源方向6朝向聚焦透镜2,然而此种使用多颗发光二极管5的方式,会产生多重光源焦点,多颗发光二极管5无法产生焦点定位以供聚焦透镜2对焦点进行定位,因而该聚焦透镜2无法控制发光的角度与范围,会产生散光的问题,换句话说,其应用于车灯时,会因为散光而影响对向车道的路人的视觉,而造成行车上的风险。
也就是说,已知多颗发光二极管5,其组装后会导致与聚焦透镜2无法匹配,为配合多光源焦点的发光二极管组件,现实中必须重新设计聚焦透镜2(二次光学组件),且二次光学组件也会因多个分散光源焦点而需要将二次光学组件结构体积放大,造成空间浪费,且使用的物料增加会影响环保进而增加成本与降低生产效益。
实用新型内容
因此,本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种具有焦点定位的发光二极管阵列光杯结构,其可以直接适用常用的二次光学组件,满足使用上的需求。
为达上述目的,本实用新型提供一种具有焦点定位的发光二极管阵列光杯结构,其包含一基板、设置于该基板上的至少三个反射光杯与数量对应所述反射光杯的多个发光二极管,其中所述反射光杯并排靠拢形成一几何图形,且所述反射光杯分别由上而下渐缩且形成一具有一开口的椎状容置空间,而所述发光二极管设置于该基板上且容置于该椎状容置空间内,并所述发光二极管在所述发光二极管的中心处形成一焦点定位。
更佳的,该几何图形为多边形。
更佳的,该几何图形的单边至少设置有二个该反射光杯。
更佳的,这些反射光杯为矩阵排列,也可以为圆形排列。
更佳的,该开口的形状为多边形、圆形与椭圆形中的任意一种。
更佳的,所述反射光杯的该开口具有不同的形状。
更佳的,该椎状容置空间的截面的线形为直线、圆弧及其组合中的任意一种
更佳的,所述反射光杯的该椎状容置空间的截面具有不同的线形。
更佳的,该基板具有一封装材,且该封装材形成所述反射光杯。
更佳的,所述反射光杯内的该发光二极管具有不同的规格。
更佳的,所述反射光杯内的该发光二极管具有不同的颜色。
据此,本实用新型已知的优点为,通过所述反射光杯并排靠拢的设计,可让所述发光二极管产生焦点定位,因此本实用新型可沿用已知的二次光学组件,无须重新设计,沿用小尺寸、低成本的二次光学组件,从而节省制造成本并满足制造上的需要。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型的技术方案进行详细说明。请参阅图3与图4,本实用新型为一种具有焦点定位的发光二极管阵列光杯结构,其包含一基板10、设置于该基板10上的至少三个反射光杯20与数量对应所述反射光杯20的多个发光二极管30,在本实施例中,该基板10可以具有一封装材11,且该封装材11形成所述反射光杯20,同时固定该发光二极管30。
这些反射光杯20并排靠拢形成一几何图形,此处以如图3所示的4个反射光杯20靠拢且形成四边形为例进行说明,且这些反射光杯20分别由上而下渐缩且形成一具有一开口22的椎状容置空间21,而这些发光二极管30设置于该基板10上且容置于对应的椎状容置空间21内,且这些发光二极管30于这些发光二极管30的中心处形成一焦点定位40。
同时参阅图5,本实用新型由于具有该焦点定位40,因此可以沿用常用的二次光学组件,即可以配合常用的一聚焦透镜50使用,不须重新设计二次光学组件,而满足制造的需求。
同时参阅图6、图7与图8,这些反射光杯20并排靠拢形成的该几何图形可以为多边形,且该几何图形的单边至少设置有二个该反射光杯20,较佳的,这些反射光杯20为矩阵排列,如图6所示,可以为2*4的矩阵排列,或者如图7所示,可以为10*10的矩阵排列,当然也可为其他的多边形,如三角形、五边形、六边形等等,只要满足单边至少设置有二个该反射光杯20即可。另外,这些反射光杯20也可为圆形排列与直线排列,其最低数量只要三个(如图8所示)。
另该椎状容置空间21的开口22,并没有一定的形状限制,该开口22的形状可以为多边形、圆形与椭圆形中的任意一种,甚至也可适用各种图形,可以根据其应用产品的整体光学设计而定,且这些反射光杯20的该开口22的形状也不需要统一,可以具有不同的形状。
同时参阅图9、图10与图11,该椎状容置空间21的截面的线形211a、211b、211c可以为直线、圆弧及其组合中的任意一种,其中,如图4所示,该线形211a为直线,或如图9所示,该线形211b为圆弧,或如图10所示,该线形211c为直线与圆弧的组合。且如图11所示,这些反射光杯20的该椎状容置空间21的截面也可以具有不同的线形211b、211c。另外本实用新型的该反射光杯内也可使用不同规格发光二极管,如使用不同颜色的发光二极管进行排列组合,制造者可以依据实际的需求进行自由组合,以满足使用上的需求。
如上所述,本实用新型已知的优点至少包含:
1.通过反射光杯并排靠拢的设计,可让发光二极管产生焦点定位,因此本实用新型可沿用已知的二次光学组件,无须重新设计。
2.具有聚焦点的设计,其所使用的二次光学组件可以小型化,从而节省制造成本并满足制造上的需要。
3.反射光杯可以依据需求选用合适的数量,满足不同亮度的需求。
4.反射光杯内可以依据需求选用不同规格发光二极管,即不同颜色的发光二极管,满足不同规格匹配的需求。

1.一种具有焦点定位的发光二极管阵列光杯结构,其特征在于,包含:
一基板;
设置于该基板上的至少三个反射光杯,所述反射光杯并排靠拢形成一几何图形,且所述反射光杯分别由上而下渐缩且形成一具有一开口的椎状容置空间;以及
多个发光二极管,所述多个发光二极管的数量对应所述反射光杯的数量,所述发光二极管设置于该基板上且容置于对应的椎状容置空间内,且所述发光二极管在所述发光二极管的中心处形成一焦点定位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有焦点定位的发光二极管阵列光杯结构,其特征在于,该几何图形为多边形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有焦点定位的发光二极管阵列光杯结构,其特征在于,该几何图形的单边至少设置有二个该反射光杯。
4.根据权利要求2所述的具有焦点定位的发光二极管阵列光杯结构,其特征在于,所述反射光杯为矩阵排列。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有焦点定位的发光二极管阵列光杯结构,其特征在于,所述反射光杯为圆形排列。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有焦点定位的发光二极管阵列光杯结构,其特征在于,该开口的形状为多边形、圆形与椭圆形中的任意一种。
